Niamh (1/5): - Unfortunately nothing as the room is advertised as studio with Balcony but this is not what you get. Very disappointed. I unfortunately booked again with this company due to family in the area. The room I booked said Studio with Balcony and as I stayed before I knew the sound from the road is Extremely Loud. I thought if there is a Balcony then the room will be quieter and from the start our room 81 was changed due to an issue with the door. We where changed to room 121 which was ok but not a room with a Balcony and the bathroom light didnt work. I contacted them and they moved us to room 122 which still had no Balcony and a very big issue with the shower leaking. The floor was constantly wet and im sure there will be an accident if its not fixed. I contacted them advising I booked a room with a Balcony and their response we've already changed your room and then the next response was we incorporated the Balcony into the room for more space. I advised this is not what I booked. But basically the ignored my messages.
Niamh (2/5): Don't book if you want to sleep - I booked Studio stayed in room 123. Studio has the balcony as part of the room. It seems like you are sleeping outside as it is not properly sound proof and the noise from the road and trains will keep you awake.The shower leaked everywhere also.

Murilo (2/5): Horrível - O apartamento é bonito, porém… Ao invés de fazer um comentário como todos estão fazendo eu vou questionar os donos ou quem gerencia. Como podem ver tantos comentários negativos e não fazerem nada? Cheguei no apartamento imundo, com tampa e vazo urinado e com papéis usados da estadia anterior. Fui mudado de apartamento e quando chego no outro o que acontece? A mesma coisa! Cortina não cobre a janela total, 5:30 da manhã claro dentro do quarto, alem do chuveiro que fiz o favor de arrumar, pois fui ligar e vazava água por cima e molhava tudo. Resumindo: O que todos relatam ainda continua! Custo benefício no valor você encontra tantos outros ao redor e com uma limpeza impecável! Inadmissível uma empresa terceirizada só fazer isso e fazer mal ou melhor… não fazer! Horrível e muito mal Adm!

Alexandre (1/5): - Nunca passei tanto nervoso em uma estadia com a booking, sempre fui bem atendida e reservo faz tempo com vcs, desde o check-in foi caótico, o Sr Caio responsável pela moovi Sky nao nos enviou o link antes do check-in para fazermos a facial, mudaram de acomodação pir três vezes , até que nos colocaram em um quarto sem Internet, que comuniquei na mesma hora que trabalho home office e que a Internet era imprescindível, fui enrolada até no outro dia , ficamos a sexta e o sábado em prol dessa questão, quando meu marido resolveu colocar o Sr Caio onde deveria, o mesmo nos trocou de unidade, nos mandando para o Lumen , que também nso tinha Internet no quarto , foi comunicado ao mesmo Sr Caio , que desta vez nem se deu o trabalho de enrolar , só fez de conta que não era com ele ....Trabalhei todos os dias no coworking, sendo que eu e meu esposo locamos essa acomodação para ficarmos msis tempo juntos, fato esse que ele tinha que ficar no quarto , pois explicou ao Sr Caio os motivos e eu no coworking, tive hóspedes do mesmo andar me passando a senha de seus respectivos Wi-Fi para me ajudar , mais nso chegava no nosso quarto, foi nos passado a senha do Wi-Fi do apartamento 519 quando estávamos hospedado no 520 , provavelmente quem vai ler essa avaliação é o Sr Caio , e cais excluir, só que hj temos muitos recursos que não estão condicionados ao Sr Caio e a Moovi Sky , e a booking por contratar uma empresa tão incompetente será notificada, quero meu dinheiro de volta , ou iremos resolver todo esse embrolio na justiça....Armazenei provas necessárias para que estivesse respaldada em tudo....Tenho problemas de saúde, laudada, onde todo esse estresse me causou diversos problemas. ..Minha nota é-0 pra essa palhaçada toda ... De tudo !!!

No banheiro o box não segura agua q passa por baixo e acaba alagando o banheiro todo e os ralos não drenavam rapidamente pareciam entupidos parcialmente! Fizemos uma reclamação com a locadora mas não resolveram! E a piscina q estava no anuncio estava interditada
