• Rhianna (7/5): Perfect location for exploring the lake district - Easy check in and great facilities, enjoyed the ps5 The bed sheets were quite scratchy and there is no parking for the property, you have to pay for parking across the road
• Karin (8/5): Exactly what we needed, clean, tidy and compfy - Spacious and great location near the high street and harbour, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, nice access with the door code key, very clean, washing machine and dryer available, Very hospitable to our dog. No outside parking (which was mentioned in the add and we were aware of it), the back courtyard is communal, it’s not privat, there was a banging noise from the heating pipes

• Christine (4/5): Cleaner needs sacking!! - On arrival house had good decor and design...which is a shame after what we found *I don't normally be this brutal and a long review about a holiday let but needs saying and ive never encountered this before at other holiday lets ive stayed at*. Cleaner to this property needs sacking !! Found a stain on double bed sheet so turned sheet around (should of took pic of this but i forgot). Bathroom floor dirty...bath mat on floor looked like never been cleaned. Bin lid wouldn't shut so smelt. Rug in living room dirty. *Couple of days after arrival needed to move the 2 settees ( one is a sofa bed) to look for my dogs toy and both underneath where filthy !! Also black bits that looked like mouse droppings under both settees!! Id lost my sock under the double bed, when getting it the underneath had obviously not been hoovered for ages ( open bed so easy to hover under). Kitchen door cupboards were covered in greasy marks/finger prints ( only noticed when we put cooker light on so saw it in the shadows if you get me). Told owner 3days in as ALL THIS WASNT FOUND IN ONE DAY, who came up with some excuses and a poor offer of 1 night free if returned or in other property's they had. Bedding to sofa bed was stuffed in a clear plastic box on top of breakfast bar so not very welcoming. ( Sofa bed was not needed thank god) Smart door key coding takes some getting used to. Review only lets you put 4 pics on.

• SHARON (5/5): needs attention for the price - good location for the centre The main bed is very poor id go to say broken very noisy every time you even moved, and hair was found in one of the single beds, also the first few stair rails were loose . Lots of gadgets in there we don't require for a 1 night stay and not enough quality for a good nights sleep. hence my average review.
• Beadle (5/5): nice but needs more work on the small things. - the lower bannister on stairs is very wobbly not nice to hold onto for my daughter. the central heating was ok but radiator in front bedroom had to be turned off as it would constantly bang and made it impossible to watch tv downstairs.maybe something to do with the radiators being loose and not secured correctly. only two bath towels provided for three guests. the fridge was cleaned perfectly but the freezer tray had dirt and blood in it. the house was covered in scaffolding front and rear. no mention of this when booking. if we had known this we would not have booked as so noisy in the wind with boards banging.

Couldn’t fault it and the hosts were amazing replied back straight away when asked a question were so helpful and kind and the house looks even more beautiful in person🙂 Nothing everything was perfect
