• Kateřina (10/5): - It is a unique historic house. The house is very spacious. It has everything you need. The atmosphere inside and in the surrounding area is fantastic. We were very well taken care of throughout our stay.

Enjoy a true Japanese experience in a comfortable yet simple space. The host is very friendly and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a more cultural Japanese experience, I highly recommend this place. Although it might be a simple language barrier, some of the features are not clear because it is not a two bedroom but rather a one bedroom with extra space for four beds. It also mentions a hot tub, but in western society, it really is simply a small bathtub.
• Nico (10/5): Very pleasent stay - The House and it's old japanese flair. Whether something needed replacing in the house (e.g. towels or bin liners), all we had to do was let the houskeeper know and everything was taken care of to our complete satisfaction. Whenever we had questions about recommendations for places to eat or sights to see, we were always given the best possible advice. Also the history of this house is very interesting and we would be happy to preserve it's existance. It's just a sidenote and not a big issue. When it's cold outside and the house isn't heated constantly it also get's relatively cold inside. But nothing to counter with the AC inside the House.

• Yerbol (9/5): Memorable stay in old Kyoto. For sure recommend to stay in this house. - Situated in old part of the city where you will experience Japanese living culture. Very nice house. It would be nice to have winter house slippers as we came during winter and floor is very cold.
• Shaina (10/5): Un séjour agréable dans une maison historique parfaitement située, propre et accueillante. - Nous sommes venus en groupe pour deux nuits et avons adoré notre séjour. La maison, chargée d’histoire, est magnifiquement rénovée et très bien aménagée. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Kyoto, et tout était extrêmement propre. L’hôte était également super sympathique : une jeune femme parlant très bien anglais, qui nous a tout expliqué en détail et avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous ne sommes restés que deux nuits, donc difficile de trouver un réel point négatif. Tout nous a semblé très bien. À noter simplement qu’il n’est pas indiqué sur Booking qu’il y a du shampooing, nous avions donc apporté le nôtre, mais il y en avait bien sur place.
• Stefan (10/5): Super schön und freundlicher Empfang. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft. - Tolle Atmosphäre, liebevoll renoviert. Super nette Ansprechpartnerin und schnelle Hilfe zu jeder Zeit. Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung wie Gewürze etc. wäre gut. Auch eine Waschmaschine würde helfen. Aber eigentlich alles so beschrieben und kein großes Problem.
