• Daisy (10/5): Homley and comfortable stay - The staff are lovely and the accommodation felt very homely. Everything was clean and comfortable. They also have luggage storage which was useful. Would definitely stay here again! The location is a bit further out but still close enough to public transport (bus and MRT).

The atmosphere is super quiet and relaxing, and the beds are big and very comfortable. The shower was great too, with warm water and perfect pressure. The neighborhood is nice and easy to get to, which made getting around really convenient. The owners are also very kind and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

• Tweed Nuijten (9/5): Leuk comfortabel verblijf - De netheid van de kamer. Alles was netjes en schoon. Aantal extra's zoals oordopjes, tandenborstels met tandpasta en papieren doekjes. 😊 Wassen en drogen tegen een kleine compensatie, ook erg fijn. Communicatie via whatsapp was goed en snel. Het viel niet tegen maar een nachtlampje naast het bed was fijn geweest. Geen stopcontact in de badkamer.

• Jordan (10/5): Incredible value! - Such a comfortable stay! Beautiful clean rooms and really quiet. We slept an absolute dream and had a lovely relaxing end to our trip! We couldn’t believe how good the rooms are for the money we paid. Exceptional value and really well run. We will be staying here whenever we return to Bangkok!

The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on but the pillows were good.

• Daniel (10/5): - Excellent value for money. The rooms were super clean and everyone was very helpful. In a good location out of the chaos of the busier areas but also close to cool cafes and bars and easy enough to get around. Would highly recommend this place.

• Jacques (9/5): Très bien - On est au calme, ce qui est appréciable à Bangkok. L'appartement est propre, le lit est comfortable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute. On est un peu à l'écart des transports mais ça reste faisable (bus à 5 minutes pour rejoindre Victory Monument où il y a le BTS). Ne pas hésiter à prendre un taxi (Grab / Bolt) si vous voulez gagner du temps.

• Andrea (8/5): - Posizione tranquilla ed ottima pulizia degli ambienti. Possibilta' di lasciare lo zaino in in deposito bagagli. Posizione defilata rispetto ad attrazioni turistiche, caffetterie, locali, ristoranti e centri commerciali.
• Maryna (7/5): Nice place for it’s price - The room was clean. Water and basic amenities were provided. The room was tiny with tiny window. Location is a bit far away from everything.

If it’s your first time in BKK it might feel a little isolated or daunting because it’s not Khaosan Rd or Sukhumvit but you are luckier than you think. Ubon Jaew Hon might be one of the best isaan restaurants in BKK. Local tuk-tuks with local prices, motorbike taxis able to take you to BTS etc.. Rooms are clean and staff are pleasant Nothing

I had great sleep there, firm mattress, quality bedding, fits my personal preference, I would pass out as soon as my head hits the pillow. Location is a bit far from everything and transport options, so car or bike it is to get around. The nearest station is about 25 mins walk.

• Daniel (7/5): Further from the city center and noise, but decent and comfortable - The place itself is located in a really calm area. The room was clean and offered us what we needed for two nights. If you don’t mind being a bit further away from the main touristy area and need peace at night, that might be the right choice for you Noise wise, we had a bit of an issue. The walls are not thick and we could clearly hear our next door neighbor having late night conversation or even threw a tantrum the second day and screamed in the hallway. We might have been just unlucky to be honest, the other neighbors were quiet. The place is quite far from the city if you’re not taking a Grab. There is a 7-eleven right next to it, which a quite convenient though if needed.

• Dilyana Uzunov (9/5): - Very kind staff and exceptionally clean and beautiful rooms. The neighbourhood is very quiet and cosy and there is a nice restaurant down the road. There is a small outdoor sitting area that is perfect for relaxing in the evening after a long day. Would stay here again. It's a little far and the public transport is not always reliable. If you use grab or own transportation it will be no problem.

• Leila (6/5): It was fine on a discounted price. Room was clean and not too much noise. Walking distance to Ari. - It was clean. Easy check-in and quick communication. I was charged 100b for washing detergent and it would have been ok if the dryer had actually dried our clothes but we ended up with damp clothes even though I left them on for two rounds.
• Leo (10/5): Perfect - Located in a small and quiet street. Very pretty houses, very convenient, there is a washing machine, a room to store your luggage or weigh it, and you can check out easily. Cosy rooms, the lady who cleans the rooms is nice.

• Jan (10/5): Nice stay in Bangkok - Čisté a dobře vybavené pokoje. Nabízejí úschovnu zavazadel i po check out. Doporučujeme používat místní autobusy. Je to za pár peněz, ale pozor, v centru to někdy stojí déle, tak možná přejet na metro. Okolí je trochu průmyslové, je blízko dálnice, ale tu jsme neslyšeli.

• María Ignacia Fernández (7/5): Regular - La habitación está correcta para 1 o 2 noches, es pequeña para abrir una maleta, pero está limpio y tiene buena ubicación. Cuando llegamos teníamos que pagar el taxi y necesitabamos cambio, y le pedimos a la mujer que nos recibió y se alteró mucho, nos hacía una cruz con las manos y cada vez que le pedíamos se ponía muy extraña. Fue una muy mala bienvenida. Dejamos el cartel pidiendo la limpieza de la habitación y sólo fueron a sacar la basura y hacer la cama, dejaron nuestros pijamas y cosas que estaban arriba de la cama tirados en el suelo y no repusieron nada, ni agua, ni jabón, tampoco cambiaron toallas, no fue una limpieza en realidad. Se salía toda el agua de la ducha, no tiene una separación.
