Prachtige kamer op de vierde verdieping met uitzicht op de stad door grote ramen. L’Occtaneproducten, een hamamdoek om mee te nemen. Vriendelijk en vrolijk personeel en een hartelijke, ontspannen sfeer. Echt een aanrader. Echt een neuzeldingetje dan: meer en grotere kommetjes bij het (heerlijke) ontbijtbuffet.

• Lloyd (9/5): Throughly recommend both the rooms and the restaurant. - We had to book last minute as our previous hotel canceled our booking due to a flood and we were pleasantly surprised. The team were so helpful and friendly, noting was too much effort. Ben behind the bar is superb and knows his stuff. The food from breakfast to dinner is excellent! Rooms are cosy, with good amenities and great toiletries. Underground parking is available at an additional charge. We were wishing we could stay for another few nights. A huge thank you to the team!

• Simon (9/5): A great hotel for a city break - This hotel is a real find. Very conveniently located and with very comfortable and sympathetic decoration and facilities. The staff are really friendly. We would definitely come back here. We stopped in the hotel cafe one afternoon for a coffee but waited for over 20 minutes and were not served so we left. They were very busy and we were sitting outside and we weren’t that put out but the service could have been improved.

• Sophie (10/5): A fantastic weekend - thank you! - Lovely slightly quirky boutique hotel. Staff were super kind and helpful. Ben the barman was so passionate about his job - he was great! Our room and bathroom were great and we loved all the L’Occitane toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was incredible- I particularly loved the huge variety of fruits, nuts, pastries. The Sunday brunch looked amazing - sadly we had to leave so didn’t have an opportunity to try it. Parking is a bit of a hassle - it costs extra and is in an underground carpark about 4 mins walk from the hotel, but the hotel is so great don’t let that put you off!!!

• Stephen D. (10/5): 99.99% perfect hotel - We were shocked by just how good this hotel was. It's nicely located a ten minute walk from the centre of Toulouse and all the better for that. This hotel oozes French decor, style and charm - forget those copy+paste hotel chains, every single detail is exquisite! The rooms were serviced daily and literally presented again as walk-in brand new! The breakfast is pricey, but what awaits you is an Alice in Wonderland experience of every conceivable type of pastry, cake, breads, cold cuts, cheeses and fruit. Incredible! A special shout out to the lovely bar/restaurant staff, in particular Ben. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We stayed a total of three nights, and we were sorry to have to leave and return to real life. My partner bemoans the lack of a fitness area/gym. That is basically all we can complain about.

O hotel é muito charmoso, quartos bastante confortáveis e equipe muito solícita. Cama e roupa de cama confortáveis; produtos de banheiro L’Occitane, da região; e ambiente simpático, música ambiente no quarto quando chegamos (possível desligar, claro), velas no lobby e restaurante. Boa distribuição de tomadas no quarto; belas janelas, mas que vedavam bem o barulho, mesmo nosso quarto sendo de frente para a rua. Parece que ganharam uma chave Michelin recentemente; merecida. O box do banheiro não tinha cortina e nem um vidro separando do restante do banheiro, então às vezes molhava um pouco o chão, mas nada que tenha nos incomodado muito.

• Miranda (10/5): It is a very good hotel in a great location - We really liked the room. High floor, nice and quiet and very comfy bed. Very welcoming friendly staff. Good huge buffet breakfast which we took in the lovely outdoor garden. Dinner menu small but quality of the food and service excellent. The hotel has really too young a vibe for us. It is open to the public for meals which can make it quite busy especially in the afternoon. That said there is a small area roped off at the bottom of the garden with tables & chairs and large sunbeds for hotel guests only. The pool is very small.

• alexandre (7/5): - tres bel hotel , bien situé , tres bon petit dejeuner , chambre assez spacieuses avec une decoration typée ( selon les gouts on pourra apprecier ou pas ) et tres bien equipées parties commune plus exigues que ne le montre les photos , piscine format petit bassin pas vraiment pratique ... un peu cher tout de meme .
