• Daniel (1/5): Nein für Selbstbestimmte; ja für Sicherheitsfanatiker - Höflichkeit, Sauberkeit, modernes Interieur Unverhältnismäßige Kontrollen erzeugen ein ständiges Gefühl der Beobachtung und ein Unbehagen. An Eingängen befinden sich immer zwei Securities, welche Türen öffnen und schließen. Dokumentenabgabe meiner Besucher inkl. Anrufe davor und danach, ob ich meine Besucher wohl noch überlebt habe. Resultierend geringe Privatsphäre. Polsterüberzug wurde von einem Security beim frühen Check-out an die Rezeption gebracht. Mich hat wohl ein Mosquito ins Gesicht gestochen. Das sind würdelose unzumutbare Verhaltensweisen, die nur vom Hotel-Management bestellt werden konnten. Das sehr höfliche Personal hat es ein wenig kompensiert. Frühstück besteht nur aus einer Vorauswahl an verschiedenen Eiern, Toastbrot und Früchten. Wenn man keine Eier und Toastbrot essen möchte, ist es eher dürftig. Ich würde trotz guter Note hier eher nicht mehr buchen.

• Yuchun (7/5): - 位置就在塔佩門對面巷內，位置絕佳。有電梯，對於嬰兒車和行李很有幫助。 這是沒有24小時前台的旅宿，因此如果你是深夜抵達的航班，最好能事先知會酒店抵達時間，否則會需要在門口等待員工從其他地方來開門。 實際房間與照片差異不大，但我們的房間地磚破了好幾塊，須繞道而行，否則就會受傷，這基本上是不應該營業的房間條件。

• Laura (8/5): In sostanza rapporto qualità prezzo non buono - Posizione centralissima, con attrazioni, walking street e 7/11 vicini. Tra il muro e il letto non ce modo di passare, e nel bordo del letto c erano molta sporcizia tra cui peli, capelli e polvere. Doccia aperta senza vetro o tenda (molto rovinata) quindi oltre a lavarti tu lavi tutto il bagno.

• Jessica (10/5): - Loved that it offered an elevator (a luxury it seems in Chiang Mai). The new wood style floors were an elevated touch too. Our room was super updated and felt fresh and tended to. Location is great, in a quiet corner right off the busy street. Nothing. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other stays in Chiang Mai.

• Rohit (6/5): Lovely room, great views.. - The property is well located and the apartment is beautiful. It has a lovely balcony and great views of the entire city of Chiang Mai and walkable from most important places in town. The beds are comfortable too. The hot water wasn't working on day one and instead of fixing it they initially offered for us to check out and take a day's refund when we had booked for two. On persisting they got some repair done but it looked like a short term fix as the next morning the shower was spouting cold water again. Also the reception is unmanned and you need to call them or WhatsApp them for anything and the lobby is unmanned and the door to the lobby which is meant to open with a key card was generally left open so it didn't feel very safe. I feel the quadruple room is great for a family and location works great for Chiangmai tourists especially first time visitors.

Room was adequate but would not suit people with limited mobility as one side of the bed against the wall. No seats or anything on balcony would have been nice to sit outside for a change. Shower only good for one shower then cold wait 15 minutes for the next person to shower. Only hot water in shower not hand basin. Breakfast was adequate with 3 choices

• CHIENNI (4/5): - 位置很好 房間很髒完全沒有打掃乾淨，牆壁有壁癌，粉塵掉的地上都是，浴缸裡一大堆垃圾，地上有老鼠大便，感覺只有換寢具床單，其他地方都沒打掃，房間廁所推門壞的，上廁所無法關門，房間沒有遙控器（後來反應才補），微波爐插電後不能使用，結果是那個插座沒電，硬體設備很爛，完全不值一個晚上5000元。 唯一很棒的事，員工都有積極處理以上提到的事情，真的辛苦他們了。
