Second time staying here in the last 6 months and once again we have said that we are coming back and we definitely will be next year! Overall - Rural, private, secure and well looked after property. You have everything you need from kitchen supplies like pots and pans cutlery, cups, plates, coffee machine and microwave to hair dryer, clothes rack and iron etc. Very true to the booking photos, has plenty of outdoor seating located around the property, pool, indoor gym area next to the pool, sheltered indoor seating area. Location wise - FANTASTIC! All apartments give a great view! It's rural and very quiet despite the road you honestly forget it's there until you leave the property. Good parking location if you rent a car but it is around €15 euro in a taxi down to Costa Teguise and has bus stops right outside the property to take you down or up the island so you don't need to rent a car. The only issue we found in both apartments is that the shower water tends to run water onto the bathroom floor but it isn't a major issue when you put a towel down or just mop it up! Vending machine was gone, due to my partners distress as he was looking forward to getting snacks from it this stay as he didn't on the last one 🤣 maybe next time

Helene (7/5): Nous y avons passé une nuit, suffisant pour un cours sejour mais pas davantage - La vue sur les montagnes. La propreté du logement , la piscine et les extérieurs. Appartement bruyant , entre la route juste à côté , et les murs comme du papier qui font qu on entend les voisins. Problème de joint au niveau de la douche il y a de l eau qui déborde après une douche mais ca sera facilement réparé j imagine. Les lits sont trop mous et Il manque des lampes de chevet ds les chambres, des petits détails qui font la différence … il est indiqué c est à teguise alors que c est aux portes de tahiche, prévoir qq minutes la voiture pour remonter à teguise.

Chloé (4/5): - Bon emplacement. Le logement est plus ou moins au milieu de l'île pour les différentes activités. Une voiture est néanmoins indispensable pour tous les déplacements. Le sol du logement et le plan de travail n'avaient pas été nettoyés correctement avant notre arrivée. Un des matelas n'était pas très confortable. Les lits sont sur roulettes et pouvaient se déplacer. Le dessus de lit n'était pas très propre. À chaque douche il y avait de l'eau partout. La colonne de douche était cassée.On nous a dit qu'on nous apporterait du papier toilette mais nous ne l'avons jamais reçu. La piscine n'était pas propre.

La limpieza, la habitación con goteras (el techo estaba desconchado), el baño que se llena de agua cuando te duchas, el suelo sucio, el olor a pintura de la habitación, la humedad. Te responden enseguida a los mensajes, pero no solucionan ninguno de tus problemas, estuvimos 8 días con el baño que cada vez que nos duchábamos llegaba el agua hasta la habitación.

Gladde douchebak. Super gehorig ( nachtelijke porno van de buren ). Wel een gratis fles wijn, ZONDER kurkentrekker! Keukenkastjes vielen uit elkaar. Geen fatsoenlijke privé buitenzitje. Een smalle entree ( 1 schuifdeurtje waar je door kon). Te hoge opstap van de entree.

Lieve (5/5): De ligging van de accomodatie was perfect ! Comfort kon beter ! - De ligging, centraal, goede uitvalsbasis om het hele eiland te bezoeken. De badkamer en toilet waren basic, te kleine ruimte. Bovendien waren de afvoeren verstopt, zodat we met onze voeten vaak in het water stonden. Toiletpot stond los zodat we wiebelend op het toilet zaten !!! Keuken was OK, proper. Koelkast was prima ! Bedden waren goed, maar te weinig dekens, we hadden enkele koude dagen op Lanzarote, dus we hadden het ‘s nachts koud. Donkere zitplaats, geen daglicht in de leefruimte!

Tragédie určitě nedoporučuji za tu cenu. Psali jsme i ubytovateli i na podporu bookingu a žádná extra snaha nechtěli jsme si kazit dovolenou tim ze 3 dny budeme řešit jenom ubytování tak jsem to nějak vydrželi ale uz nikdy vic

Ségolène (3/5): Major Cleanliness Concerns - Mold is growing on the bedroom wall next to the bed. There was also paint peeling and falling in the bathroom due to no ventilation and a strong sewage smell from a blocked shower drain. These are serious hygiene and health concerns. We contacted the property but received no response. Would not recommend.
George (4/5): Great location but let down by poor condition - Great location with lovely views from the balcony area, convenient parking, excellent communication from the proprietors for check-in details and when any issues were raised. Well-equipped, and some nice welcoming touches. The condition of the accommodation was generally poor, with two key issues: even very brief use of the shower caused water to leak (seemingly under the floor) and flood the floor of the main room; and (possibly due to the first issue) the house generally felt/smelled damp, with lots of mould on the ceiling and walls. For these reasons we would not book this accommodation again. These are seemingly not new issues from looking at recent reviews, so it is disappointing that they have not been rectified ahead of receiving new guests. Also, whilst well-equipped, much of the equipment (e.g., cutlery, door fittings) felt very cheap.

Damian (1/5): AVOID, mould and damp - Not much honestly. It was a decent enough location for running and starting base for driving, but nothing exceptional and definitely not enough to make up for the shortcomings of this property. Really baffled where all these positive reviews come from - and they have definitely influenced our decision to book, so I want to give an honest review to help others avoid making the same mistake. All of the nice pictures of airy rooms on the listing are of Apartments 1 and 2. The remaining 7 apartments (3 - 9) are tiny rooms where the only source of daylight is the front door, which is basically a thin sliding window, so you have to make a decision whether you want any daylight, or any privacy, because you cannot have both. One of the apartments actually doesn't even have a glass window as the door, so it is extremely dark inside. The rooms smell terribly of damp and there is A LOT of visible mould (see photos attached). There is also an awful smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. With regards to the outside facilities, again, unless you're staying in Apartments 1 or 2, you're going to be disappointed in hot weather as there's nowhere near enough sun loungers for the number of people staying at the property, plus shortly before your arrival, you will be informed that they don't provide pool towels, which is rather inconvenient for a property whose main appeal is the pool.

The view is very pretty, the apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need - extra blankets, space heater, shower gel and hair conditioner - there were even some snacks and a bottle of wine, which shows a level of care about the guests. The apartment is also very clean and pretty! And the parking is great - easy to access and plenty of space. We had quite a bad issue with cold water - once we have arrived at around 19:00 to 20:00, we have discovered that there is no cold water in the apartment at all - in the shower, in the toilet, in the kitchen. We have promptly the owners about the problem, and we got an answer around 40 minutes later, which suggested a solution which didn’t work, and then we didn’t hear anything from them until next day. And even next day the response was kinda late - closer to 10:30, which, for such critical issue, is not something you’d call fast. However, when we finally got the approximate timeline for when the cold water issue will be resolved, the issue was resolved quickly, and by 12:00 the water was back. Everything was polite and friendly, but not really transparent as to whether the issue will be fixed and when. I hope that in the future the owners will improve the communication, and when customers inform them of critical issues, they will make sure to check with them the same evening and provide at least an estimated time when the issue will be resolved. For me, at least, replying something like “oh, that didn’t help? We’re requesting a technician to fix it already, and they’ll be coming tomorrow at around 11:30-12:00 to fix it - sorry it can’t be done earlier, as there are not many technicians around available on a short notice”. Transparency would’ve made a world of difference!
Jeroen (6/5): Nice but could be A lot more. - Locatie en stilte, ruim van opzet I just didn’t respond anymore because I knew you were not going to do something about it anyway. You were saying your team visited the property but I know it is not true because I can see from the Code and the way the room was left that nothing happened. It’s a pity that you write this kind words, obviously had a course or something to do so, but what you should do is keep your customers happy. You have a very nice place but if people have real complaints about something you should do something about it instead of telling this BS. And saying it’s normal. I will write a review. I will tell people also good things but you can see the photos on Booking and Google when the water is flowing into the room and the toilet is leaking. That there should also be some kind of heating because the nights are just too cold this time of year. People stay for more than 7 days you should change linen and towels at at least one time. Lucia (6/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. Cuando llegas te dejan dos cápsulas para que te hagas el café el primer día y la cocina está bastante equipada para utilizarla. Me tocó la habitación 6 y el estado de mantenimiento general era malo. Más allá de que hacía frío y tener el hueco de una ventana sin tener una ventana puesta no ayuda, en cuestión de seguridad no me dejaba muy tranquila. El primer día que llegué el pomo de la puerta de entrada a la habitación estaba roto (lo arreglaron al otro día) y la ventana corredera que daba ingreso a la habitación no cerraba bien. Está puerta corredera esta junto al hueco de la ventana si ventana, así que no me daba mucha seguridad (la puerta corredera la arreglaron también al segundo día de mi llegada aunque sea). Muchas humedades en la habitación principal y el baño sobretodo ya que se caían pedazos de pintura descascarillada mientras me bañaba.

marylou (9/5): Magnifique séjour sur l’île aux volcans - Le logement était très bien situé, proche de tout les principaux sites de visites, supermermarché ect … Décoré avec goût. Logement bien équipé (fer à repasser, sèche cheveux…) La pression de la douche était trop faible et il manquait un rideau de douche. Nous avons inondé la salle de bain à chaque fois.

Peter (7/5): Nice with a car - Blue skies, palms. Pretty Apartment. Ok just about to try to use public transport for a short Sunshine escape. Liked our hikes to amazing places - people so friendly and helpful. Address on Google maps was completely different from the property name. Apparently the name and number changed from Casa Francesca e Vito Calle Diseninado Vega Tahiche, 15 to Olympia 60. This should be made clear to travellers who won't be familiar with overseas postal addresses. We wasted 2 hours looking but met a kind local man who helped but also couldn't find the accomodation. We thought a car was not vital, probably Unwise. Cafés mostly shut and nearby Supermarkets were very basic. Doors in the property were very tricky to open, front duplicate key badly cut and we couldn't shut the shower or toilet doors, had to take a knife or likely get stuck in! Very basic kitchen equipment but ok. Very unreliable bus services and timetables one way fine, return up to 7 hours later. Luckily we like walking.
Martina (6/5): Buono ma da migliorare - La struttura è molto bella con un bello spazio esterno dove in determinati periodi dell’anno é godibile data la piscina e lo spazio per cenare fuori. La casa in sé è fredda e umida a meno che non sia penso luglio e agosto. Priva di riscaldamento (o pompa di calore per esempio) il bagno è un disastro, non ci sono appoggi e il wc e separato dalla doccia ed è tutto un continuo allagamento ma che diventa impossibile lavarsi.
Henry (5/5): Poteva andare un po' meglio - La casa molto bella, con veranda e terrazzo e in una posizione isolata fuori dalla confusione , con bel panorama. E' situata in posizione strategica a Nazaret tra Teguise e Arrecife nella parte centro nord dell'isola la più bella. Terribile la gestione di inconvenienti : se si scrive una mail rispondono subito ma poi i problemi non vengono risolti o lo sono in ritardo. Siamo stati una settimana senza due lampadina (la casa era comunque illuminata) ma soprattutto c'era un doppio problema al bagno (motivo della valutazione non alta); il water perdeva ed è stato riparato dopo una settimana e il piano doccia , costruito male , non la faceva confluire tutta nello scarico per cui all'inizio della vacanza tra perdita e doccia difettosa la stanza si allagava; abbiamo dovuto fare sempre molta attenzione a usare poca acqua. Negativo per una casa così bella.

Bon j'aurais du vérifier avant Pas d'ingrédients de base en cuisine et loin de tout. Pas ensoleillé et donc un peu froid et humide en hiver
Fanta (4/5): Una experiencia que prometía que terminó siendo una decepción - Nada. Experiencia muy decepcionante. Alojamiento pequeño, húmedo y sin ventilación. Cocinar es imposible porque el olor impregna todo al no haber aire ni ventanas (la puerta hace de ventana, quitando toda privacidad). Sumado a esto, el cierre del baño es defectuoso, la ubicación es apartada y hay malos olores constantes cerca de la piscina. Precio excesivo para un servicio tan deficiente.

Santiago (9/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, en medio de la isla, no tardas nada en llegar a cualquier sitio. Las piscinas no la pudimos usar pero era muy chula Estuvimos tres personas una semana y sólo nos dejaron un mini rollo de papel higiénico. La peseta de la ducha era de madera y estaba inflada por la humedad. Las ventanas que daban al exterior se quedaban abiertas. Realmente sólo notificamos durante la estancia lo de las ventanas, pero se quedaron como estaban.

A very calming place to stay, would recommend to others and intending to go back again! Regret not using the vending machine lolz 😂 More towels (however will request more on next booking)
Mirco (1/5): Natale rovinato - La struttura di per sé avrebbe un ottimo potenziale anche se mancano servizi essenziali tipo la lavatrice . Per chi soggiorna più giorni potrebbe diventare un problema . Però devo anche essere onesto che loro non scrivono di dare questo servizio e di essere stato non attento a sincerarmi non ci fosse dandolo per scontato Non mi è piaciuta principalmente la pulizia che era approssimativa . Abbiamo trovato capelli sui materassi e in bagno dei clienti precedenti e anche il pavimento per quanto lo lavassimo risultava sempre sporco . Tutto può andare bene se non hai bisogno di risolvere problemi perché non rispondono alle chiamate e ai messaggi impiegano molto tempo . Abbiamo dovuto anticipare l ‘uscita di qualche giorno perché erano entrati due topolini ( può succedere ) ma loro non hanno saputo risolvere immediatamente il problema . Booking ha risolto per loro restituendomi i soldi delle tre notti , ma questo ha creato non pochi disagi perché nel periodo di Natale sull’isola non c’era molta offerta di strutture ed erano carissime .

María (4/5): Mucho que mejorar - - Ubicación en el centro de la isla, piscina y terraza. - También se agradece mucho el kit de bienvenida, con algún dulce, un vino y algún otro detalle. - Nos dejaron entrar a la habitación antes de la hora - Hay una falta de limpieza generalizada. En nuestra habitación, la falta de limpieza se notó nada más entramos. Solo había que mirar cualquier esquina. Lo mismo sucedía en la piscina, que estaba llena de bichos - la ducha es muy incómoda, porque solo tiene una mampara fija lateral y se inunda todo el baño - lo mismo sucede con el inodoro. La tapa superior está (por lo que nos pareció) pegada, y se movía continuamente - es muy escaso que para una estancia de días (la nuestra de 5) te den un solo juego de toallas por persona. Lo mismo con el papel higiénico, que nos dieron dos rollos. - en la habitación que nosotros estuvimos (la 02) la luz es escasísima. La ventana principal es la puerta de entrada (es una puerta corredera como las de los balcones) y si es de día la tienes que tener cerrada para tener algo de intimidad. Eso hace que de día y de noche sea una habitación excesivamente oscura, porque hay solo dos bombillas que no iluminan nada. En conclusión, las fotos muestran un alojamiento mucho mejor del que nos encontramos. Fue una decepción.

Piotr (10/5): A comfortable, quiet base ideally situated for seeing Lanzarote. - The location of the apartment was really convenient. Very quiet, even though it’s located by the main road. Lots of parking space, safe and secure entry. Clean and cosy apartment with all amenities that you’ll need. Not many tourists around which made for a far more relaxing and authentic experience. Close to the bakery, corner shops and restaurants in the nearby area, a perfect start point to all of the places to see in Lanzarote.
Maryna (10/5): I’d love to come back 🥹 - I loved absolutely everything about this place! 😍 The bed was super comfortable. Note that the double bed is actually two singles pushed together, but it didn’t matter to me since I stayed alone. I also loved the little detail of the towels being left in a lovely cotton bag. Watching the sunrise with the swimming pool and volcanoes in the foreground was incredible. Despite being close to the main road, the area was very quiet, and it was very easy to find on arrival. The town of Teguise is nearby and definitely worth a visit. Overall, the complex is in a perfect location for exploring different parts of the island. You can park right in front of the property. The shower was in excellent condition, and all amenities were provided (soap, shower gel, conditioner, hair dryer). There was also a bottle of drinking water and a coffee machine with a few capsules kindly left by the host. That coffee made my mornings even better, I didn’t even want to leave to explore the island! 😅 Communication with the host was smooth, nothing to point out If I had to suggest an improvement, aside from the blackout curtains, adding a sheer curtain to the large window/door would be very helpful. Everything else was perfect!

Cristian (5/5): Incomunicado pero en un sitio maravilloso. - la ubicación , la limpieza , el orden y el detalle de la botella de agua y de la botella de vino se agradece bastante. No hay wifi por más que digan que sí que tienen , he estado con mi pareja allí incomunicados completamente sin tener nada de cobertura en el apartamento con las contraseñas que me indicaron y la red wifi que me dijeron y no funcionaba… eso es para mejorarlo sinceramente , por lo demás , la estancia muy agradable.

This is a major issue causing big problems. The bed was 2 beds set next to each other rather than 1 king bed. Overall property need renovation to match provided by booking photos.
