• Victoria (5/5): Passable - Location was ok. Not the cleanest and had someone knock on the door in the early hours Didn’t feel safe and not the cleanest
• RHIAN (7/5): Good appartment - Great location and extremely secure. Lots of good kitchen appliances (although we only used the kettle) and parking across the road was only £6 for 24hrs. Even though I booked for 4 adults there was no bedding for the sofa bed and nor enough towels. I just expected there would be.
• Chris (8/5): Enjoyable place to stay with a good view - Just to let you know the soap in the bathroom by the sink was not working. Very pleasant stay with lots of amenities 4 security entries was sometimes a challenge !!
• Chris (6/5): Bad customer service - The location was good, and the place was okay. The room was generally okay, but a bit dirty in places. The dishwasher had a horrible smell coming from it too, but we just didn't use it. The property charged us £1 per minute for a late checkout. My partner was ill all night, so we checked out 49 minutes late. The late checkout fee was in the t and c's, but I feel it should have been made clearer. I've never heard of charging £1 per minute, and I've travelled quite a lot. Also, two people came to the room and neither mentioned this late checkout policy. I understand this is their policy, but £1 per minute seems extremely high to me.

• Johan (5/5): Very good location and clean apartment. But due to the problems we encountered during our stay, I would not recommend th - It was really clean and the location was great. It was unfortunately very noisy at night because of neighbors that were next to the bedroom wall. I was woken up every night even with earplugs on. It was also a little hot and we couldn’t open the windows wide to get some fresh air. Finally, it smelled like weed in the living-room in the morning probably because of someone who smoked in another apartment and it went through the ventilation to our apartment.

• Laura (6/5): Pleasant - Sofa wasn't ready to use as a bed. I was staying with my Dad. So I felt cold sleeping at the sofa. There was only a small towell (and two big) for two people Because in the picture of the sofa was ready as a bed...you should to leave extra sheets and duvet

I would definitely stay again and recommend the host was amazing too! Thanks I really enjoyed my stay. No cutlery No microwave No telly in the bedroom
• Maggie (8/5): It’s a chic Apart-hotel, considerate arrangement but - The decor, the room layout, the location and the facilities! The “Experiencing issue or have feedback” inside the Guest Pass, I used it to report my room’s issues, no one answered me until I sent email to boutique.reservations@jacksonheim.co.uk, Jordan replied and he’s helpful. The shower room is better comes with shower head rather than just having a rain shower.

• Karen (9/5): Gorgeous apartment - Gorgeous apartment. Exactly like photos. Plenty of room for 3 to 4 people spotlessly clean. . I slept on the sofa bed which is huge and really comfy.. Great location. 10 mins walk to train station and city centre with metro in front of building. The management team were excellent and very quickly sorted 1 or 2 little niggles. Would definetly stay here again Nothing really but just to note it is on the third floor and lift was out of order. This didn't bother us but for someone less able it wouldn't be ideal
• Tahir (10/5): Happy days to end the holiday - Excellent location with easy links via the tram. Parking was £6 a day opposite the apartment. The apartment was very chic and had all appliances needed. Would have preferred black out blinds.
• Margaret (10/5): Really loved it, felt very secure and it felt - The apartment was immaculate, really contemporary, lovely high ceilings, really comfy bed, beautifully fitted kitchen and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. was particularly impressed with the complimentary lotions and potions which smelt amazing. TV in lounge was massive and the range of channels available was great! Sofa wasn’t very comfortable but everything else in the apartment were great
