- Nesrin (1/5): Immediate removal of this fraudulent listing from your platform, as it is clearly scamming customers - No facilities, nothing except electricity and minimal heating.
The entire place was unsafe and uninhabitable.
This situation caused us serious distress and left us stranded in the middle of the night in a foreign city. The listing is completely misleading and does not reflect reality. The photos on your website are fake and do not match the actual condition of the property. When we arrived:
The house was abandoned, filthy and full of rubbish.

- Zhen (1/5): horrible - Nothing i couldn’t even stay cause the landlord never answered i tried to call and text and never answered This is a scam don’t waste your money here he have no refund policy he will charge the money , he wont ever reply cause his phone number and email don’t work at all and then he will cancel claiming you never went. I have stayed at the airport for 2 days because of this.

I complained but the property manager/owner did nothing and did not respond to chat nor return my calls and booking.com did not address my issue. I have been duped of my hard earned money, and demand my full refund. You cannot ask me to cancel booking for the full amount for something that did not meet my expectation and misrepresented picture online I booked for 9 nights but did not stay there for a night as the property was different from what was displayed on booking.com. I complained but the property manager/owner did nothing and did not respond to chat nor return my calls and booking.com did not address my issue. I have been duped of my hard earned money, and demand my full refund. I saw someone going out of the building I was at the i saw the corridors its dirty and they told that they won't answer that what they do. accept booking even if don't have rooms and don't answer when clients call them. I'm still waiting for my refund.

I booked this hotel, but no one gave me the key or access to the room. I traveled all the way from Washington State to the UK, and when I arrived, there was absolutely no staff available to help me. I tried contacting them many times and even filed a complaint, but no one responded. In the end, I had to cancel my reservation, and I still didn’t receive any refund. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience! 😡 There was nothing to like, rode people talking on the phone.

We had to seek emergency accommodation elsewhere and were out of pocket. very bad. we have been trying to communicate with them for request of refund and have heard no response. we then contacted booking.com to assist use with this issue that was causing much stress, and booking.com have been unable to help us thus far.
- Matt James Riley (1/5): Truly awful place. A drug den. - Nothing. The premises was a drug den for either suppliers or used by drug users as there were a large number of gas bottles being cleared from out of the room on my arrival.
The mattress was urinated upon to the extent I couldn't sleep on it. Other guests were partying until 2am keeping me awake. I was locked out of the premises as the main door had a electronic key card entry and the proprietor failed to tell me the code. Only luck had it that another guest heard me banging on the door to get in. It was truly the worst place I've stayed in through Booking.com. I've stayed in five star hotels in Europe to hostels in Mombasa, but this is the worst experience I've encountered.

I tried to contact him several times and he replied one hour later, his phone number doesn’t work. And still he acts like he doesn’t care. Frustrating experience. It was super dirty, dilapidated, and full of rubbish. I got pictures of the terrible conditions of the toilet, it said it the description that is familiar house, it is NOT A FAMILIAR HOUSE.

I got there, the room allocated was met as a store. I took a picture and sent it to their contact. This made me wait outside for over 2 hours. It seems they don't keep record of guests as they keep knocking doors to confirm if it is occupied or not. Very dirty environment. The room stinks and dirt from previous user was still in the room I got. Other than that, I enjoyed the quietness of the area.

Nothing was as advertised, there were ants and the sharp bits of nails sticking out of the staircase. It was filthy and the owner didn’t message me back until an over an hour after checkout ended (9:15 PM) with minimal description of how to get to my room.

We arrived at an abandoned, uninhabitable house. - its an abandoned house, dirty, broken, dangerous Apart that was dirty and inhabitable, we did't have blankets, towels, the bathroom was so dirty. No courtains, no claen floor, there were LOOSE NAILS on the ladder in each step which made it so dangerous to step into that floor since there was a risk of getting hurt. We are trying to get our money back from booking because this was very serious and dangerous

Bathroom is unusable it’s so dirty and smelly. There is lots of pictures and boxes in hall way making it unsafe. Front Door is always left wide open.
