• Jehane (4/5): Unit was good, because of the area its located and the drunk people we saw i would not visit again - Staff was good. Unit was clean. The area is not good, does not feel that safe. There was other people in units that had loud music on the whole night and was drunk. in the morning they was al around and still noisy, i was not comfortable and it did not feel safe to sit with my family on the outside area because of drunk and loud people all around.
• Keabetswe (10/5): It was nothing short of amazing I loved it - Upon arrival I was welcomed by an amazing lady named Rachel and she was extremely helpful and sweet as she showed me around I liked that the bedroom was very clean and the bed was spacious too , I also loved that the air conditionings work perfectly fine even in the bedroom , overall I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be coming back

• Chris (7/5): Very comfortable stay for what we needed, apartment was clean and service was great! - The service from Rachel was excellent, changed our check in time with no issues, the venue was clean with more than enough bedding a towels The pool is clean and looked after however the area surrounding the pool is not so well kept. Grass is covered in thorns so no additional area for kids to play.

Lots of vandalized houses within the estate, looks dodgy. - While our room was clean and had all the necessary things one may need for their stay, the surroundings within the estate were dodgy. Surrounding houses looked vandalized while others were closed for renovations, leaving us worried about security. There seems to also be a disconnect with Booking.com as our reservation was apparently not showing on their side as it should and we had to wait to be allocated a room.
• Herman (8/5): - Clean, spacious and both rooms had their own bathroom. Close to Dinokeng Game Reserve The estate is not in the best area, but well close to Dinokeng. The resort itself looks outdated some areas and not the nicest, but where our house was (deluxe) close to the pool it was nice and peaceful. One little suggestion, put a sponge and cleaning cloth in the kitchen, we only had a cloth to dry dishes, but we had to wash some cutlery . Someone came and clean but is is nice to have some cleaning possibilities if you self cater and use plates more than once. Also a sharper knife would be great for cooking.

• Siyanda (10/5): - Carousel Eco Estate was perfect for our friends’ staycation. The guesthouse units gave us plenty of space, and evenings around the boma with a braai and music made the trip unforgettable. Great spot for groups who want both comfort and fun.

• Bester (3/5): False advertising. Rating by Bookings.com was complete lie. - Absolute false advertising. Using Carousel Hotel photos of pools and restaurant, knowing that it closed down long ago. Worst stay as there was no descent restaurant to eat at.

• Caroline (9/5): On-site parking is available at no additional cost. Sparkling clean Swimming pool for the whole fam - It was self catering. Fully equipped kitchen with friendly staff who are readily available to assist with the guests request. There was a leak in the bathroom but I'm sure that's a minor and can be fixed. Maybe, if they can look at buying or allocating traditional pots (Hart) specifically for those who like pap (bogobe) because those are best for that kind of cooking. No WIFI Services

• Musiiwa (8/5): Nice - The property was clean and safe, although, we were skeptical about the set up of the area being so empty and no burglar bars. But turned out safe. Rachel was so attentive, when we needed anything during our stay, she made sure we got it. Thank you. Maybe they can make more improvements renovation wise, it has so much potential, in that area.
