• Elder (4/5): - I stayed at the Radisson Hotel Belém until May 2 and, honestly, the experience was quite disappointing, especially considering we were paying over R$1,000 per night. Right upon arrival (the night of April 26), we could barely sleep because a guest was blasting music until around 4 a.m., with no effective intervention from the hotel. Apparently, it was the Guns N’ Roses crew. On the second day, the room’s air conditioning completely stopped working and we had to change rooms at 11 p.m., which was extremely inconvenient. In the original room (1202), the toilet was also problematic: the seat kept falling down constantly and the flushing stopped working. At least that improved after we switched rooms. Another frustrating issue happened at check-in: the concierge scanned both of our passports but failed to properly add my partner’s name to the reservation. As a result, we were stopped at breakfast and told we would need to pay as if he were an extra guest. We got it resolved, but it was an unnecessary and embarrassing situation. Additionally, the visitor policy is absurd for a hotel at this level. Even for a quick visit from my mother (who is local), we would have been charged an extra R$120. That makes no sense, especially at this price point. I’ve stayed in 5-star hotels in the U.S. where this simply isn’t a thing. Yes, registering visitors for security makes sense, but charging for it? That feels amateur. The key cards also failed constantly, almost every day they would just stop working out of nowhere, including for the elevator, which was extremely inconvenient when coming back from being out. We also had a very uncomfortable situation where housekeeping entered the room while we were in the bathroom, without proper notice. At the rooftop, the sauna was also closed. When I asked if they could open it, I was told it simply doesn’t work. Honestly, this does not match a 4-star hotel. It’s much closer to a 3-star, comparable to a Holiday Inn.
• Gerwig (9/5): Amazing, relaxing vacation very near some fun places to play! - I only got coffee and a banana at breakfast as I usually eat a full eggs and protein breakfast. My husband partook of the continental offering and enjoyed it. The fact that you could move around the grounds without having to carry a card to open doors, Gates etc. was very convenient. Parking arrangement is a little difficult when the property is booked full and after office is closed, communication can get a little difficult but is politely resolved with a little patience. Be aware if you are driving and arrive for a late check in. It all works out.

• Nickens (3/5): Consistently, impressively bad. - Excellent location! The faucet in the shower never stops running. Good luck finding anyone to pick up the phone or respond to a service request. The water in the hot tub was brown. The pools are surrounded by mesh fabric fences that look like something you’d install to keep a pet rabbit out of your vegetable garden. If I can help one person avoid this place and save their money, I’ll feel like my life wasn’t lived in vain.

• Mercedes (7/5): For some this may be the right choice, if you prefer human contact and a warmer atmosphere from your stay , this may not - I appreciated the outdoor space that it was private. I liked the multiple pools outside my door. The bed was nicely firm. The grounds were not conducive to rolling luggage to your room as there was mostly gravel and openings in the concrete. It made it very difficult to carry my luggage. There was not really a traditional lounge or waiting area to take advantage of while waiting for my Uber. There were lots of mosquitoes and I received multiple bites that lasted throughout my vacation. The technology has a removed atmosphere of an inviting experience. Communication was done thru my mobile device and I must say I missed the in person contact. I did not feel this was a good value based upon previous stays in Fort Lauderdale and what I received for my money.

The grounds are clean, clear, healthy, and beautiful. And the property manager, Michael, may be the most prideful, hard-working individual we have ever known. His efforts, and those of the owners and additional staff, are evident all around the Inn. Wow! I absolutely recommend Inn on the Drive to ALL. Can’t wait to return. N/A

• Lawrence (10/5): Would definitely book again! - Great location, great value for the $, wonderful facilities. We stayed in the Villa and it was like home away from home. Super private but with access to all facilities. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast but with top of the line organic products. Super good and healthy. Staff was awesome too, especially Michael the Manager and his assistant August.

Michael was een superhost. s ochtends koffie op bed gekregen van de vervangende gastheer, In de kamer kan er geen raam open waardoor het erg muf rook, ook al waren we maar een halve dag weg. De eigenaar vraagt 40 euro extra als je om 13 uur wil inchecken. Bij uitchecken om 10 uur vraagt hij weer 40 euro als je tot 12 uur wil blijven, Belachelijk!!! dit is touristen geld uit de zakken kloppen.

And the massage was top notch! Small thing: We didn’t appreciate being woken up on Christmas by a crew 10 guys on the roof of the villa. Not only was it noisy, it seemed unfair to the workers on a holiday. Also we had to move twice due to to booking.com issues. We paid a high price for our stay so these were unfortunate details that made our stay less than ideal. Otherwise, great stay.

• Jason (10/5): I couldn’t ask for a more comfortable new like Resort. This is your place. I had such a great time. - I went to this property couple years ago, and I must say that the vast improvement of the remodel and management has grown tremendously in present day. It’s so clean and designed beautifully and I just absolutely love it. If the Internet could be just a little stronger because it didn’t work in the bathroom, my phone, but that’s really it. Everything else is pretty great.
