• Ronald (10/5): Perfect accommodation for a relaxed stay in Metz - Perfectly located in a quit area, the centre of Metz and train station are easy reachable by public transport. The rooms are spacious, very clean and convenient for small children.
• Wanda (10/5): Excellent 2 Night Stay - Excellent communication with our host. The unit was roomy & very clean. The welcoming wine and the fridge with a good supply of bottled water was very welcome. Coffee was supplied (both Nespresso cups & drip coffee). We did not cook but there was a good selection of cutlery, china, cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable, towels fluffy and thick. The terrace although small was lovely in a sunny location & overlooking the garden. Parking in front of the complex was great. The neighbourhood was quiet and there was a lovely Italian restaurant a 10 minute walk away. We enjoyed it so much we went back a second time! There are 34 steps to the apartment.

Damien has given a lot of thought to equipping the apartment with everything needed for a short or long term stay. The beds are very comfortable. It was great to have the balcony as we had good weather. The apartment is a short walk away from the station and town centre. The parking space was a bonus as we did not need the car at all during our stay. Damien is a very good host and communication was quick and succinct. I highly recommend staying here.

• Karin (10/5): Ein rund herum gelungener Kurzurlaub - Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Sie wurde mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, dass merkt man sofort. Die Betten sind super bequem. Wir waren zu 4 und haben hervorragend geschlafen. Die Kommunikation mit Damien war sehr herzlich. Auf all unsere Fragen kam innerhalb weniger Minuten die Antwort. • Florence (10/5): Tout était parfait - Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour. L’accueil de Damien a été particulièrement chaleureux, et l’accès au logement est très simple. L’équipement est complet et de grande qualité, avec de nombreuses attentions de la part de l’hôte : bouteilles d’eau, café, bouteille de vin, kimonos… Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour offrir un maximum de confort. La présence d’une machine à laver, d’un lave-vaisselle et même d’une cave à vin rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement dispose également d’une petite terrasse, idéale pour se détendre. Les deux très grandes chambres, équipées d’écrans géants, apportent un vrai plus en termes de confort et d’espace. Enfin, le parking gratuit est un avantage indéniable. Les espaces sont lumineux, propres et agréables à vivre, ce qui rend l’ensemble très confortable au quotidien. L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort : calme, pratique et bien desservi, il facilite la vie de tous les jours. On s’y sent rapidement chez soi, ce qui est pour nous un critère essentiel. • Rob en Christa (10/5): - Geweldig mooi luxueus appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan alles is gedacht. Thee, koffie, koelkast met voldoende water, flesje wijn. Giga grote tv in woonkamer en nog 1 in slaapkamer, inclusief netflix. Mooie badkamer, goede douche, ook wasmaschine. Heel goed bed, super grote slaapkamer. Hele goede communicatie met eigenaar via WhatsApp. Metz is ook een hele mooie historische stad, nooit geweten echt de moeite waard. Jammer van het miezerige weer, het is nu natuurlijk winter. Hopenlijk komen we nog eens terug in de zomer. Voor herhaling vatbaar!!! Helemaal niks!!

Sie ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert – man merkt sofort, wie viel Herz die Vermieter in alles gesteckt haben. Die persönliche Begrüßung und die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten „aufs Haus“ haben uns besonders gefreut. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist super praktisch. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern, und trotzdem war alles perfekt vorbereitet: Wickelunterlage, Feuchttücher, Hochstuhl – wirklich an alles gedacht! Le logement est très grand, ultra cosy, luxueusement aménagé avec beaucoup de petites attentions, une propreté irréprochable. Très proche de toutes commodités. Rue calme. Nous sommes des habitués de Booking et là, c'est la perfection à tous niveaux. C'est un hôtel en fait... (Vous avez tout ce qu'il faut en accessoires de cuisine et hygiène). Pour les personnes qui viennent pour le travail ou cérémonie, il y a même un défroisseur vapeur.

The guy Damian is so friendly and explain everything and make us feel like home. We had wonderful time there. For kids was Nutella, cornflakes, milk. Free bottle of wine for us. Cold water in the fridge. Even for cooking some noodles, pasta. And everything what you need. New toothpaste and toothbrushes for all family. Shampoo for us and for the kids. Washing liquid. The best customer service which we have ever seen. There is washing mashing, but not dryer. And if you are for 1 day is not possible your clothes to dry so fast.

The facilities available are exceptional and honestly like a ***** hotel. The owner is very friendly with a big smile and responds immediately. He communicated all instructions well in the beginning and greeted us personally. I never met an apartment owner like him until yesterday. I shall definitely come here again in future if need be. Thank you for your warm exceptional hosting. Nothing at all.

The owner is so nice to introduce the facility in the apartment, treat us white wines and plenty water and gas water. It’s Clean and the size is big. Very luxury for traveling. The wooden blind is electric, too! We do luckily have a stay here.

Tussendoor werd ons geappt&gevraagd of alles naar wens was. Een dikke aanrader! Er zijn geen enkele minpunten.

There were loads of little gadgets, everything you could possibly need. The host was really affable, communicative and flexible. The location was not directly in the city center, however it was in a very quiet neighborhood. If you are traveling by car it is ideal - parking provided.

He met us at the apartment and gave us a private tour, which was very helpful. The wine, coffee pods, creamer, cereal, milk, treats, and water were the highlights. It made the place feel more like home and was a welcome sight after a long day of driving. I loved the special touch with all of the items available for little kids to use. My kids are older and didn't need them, but I know they would be useful for someone with little ones. My kids enjoyed it so much they didn't want to leave. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to friends. I didn't care for the hard master bed, but my husband loved it. If you like a firm bed you will love it as well. My son didn't really care for the pull-out bed, but I don't think I've ever come across a pull-out bed that is really comfortable. It all depends on your preference.

• Olga (10/5): - We spend a great time in Metz in this beautiful and very comfortable flat! It's clean, very stylish and cosy. Exactly like on the photos. The kitchen is equipped with everything you wish for and more. We are traveling a lot with kids and i am cooking quite often in the flats, which we are renting. And very often there is something missing, but it's not a case here - i felt like at home, everything on the right places. Our host Damian is very friendly and helpful. He met us personally and showed us around the flat and explained how was everything working. The day before he send us all instructions and tipps for staying in Metz and was always in contact and answering all our questions immediately. He prepared books and sweets for the kids as a present and wine&water for the adults in the fridge. If i could give 100+ points for hospitality - Damian would definitely get it from us. The flat is situated in a calm area of Metz, but the center is nevertheless in a walking distance of 30 minutes. And one more bonus is a parking place in front of the house! It was nice, but unfortunately short stay (just two nights), i wish we could stay longer😊

• laurence (10/5): - Chez Damien, on se sent immédiatement à l’aise, presque comme chez soi. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos : décoré avec goût, parfaitement propre, extrêmement bien équipé, et agrémenté de petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Damien est un hôte exceptionnel : accueillant, chaleureux, disponible, et toujours prêt à se plier en quatre pour le confort de ses "locataires". Nous avons passé un séjour parfait, dans un cadre qui frise la perfection. Les bons échanges font les bonnes relations — et celles-ci, nous espérons les renouveler très bientôt ! Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Merci à vous.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und angenehme Woche in dem sehr schön eingerichteten und komfortablen Apartment mit vielen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kaffee, Wein, Badartikel oder Blumen zur Begrüßung. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen.

• Volker (10/5): Perfekt - Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist aussergewöhnlich gut und Damien hat sich wirklich um Alles gekümmert, was rings um einen Aufenthalt so zu klären ist. Und wer zum Frühstück oder Kaffee eine gute Boulangerie sucht, die ist nur etwa 300m weg und sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz ist direkt vorm Haus und die Lage ist ziemlich ruhig. Wer also Metz besuchen möchte, in dieser Ferienwohnung wird er sich wohl fühlen. Was Damien in der Wohnung an netten Details alles zu bieten hat und was keineswegs erwartbar war, kann ich hier gar nicht alles schreiben. Jeder Gast wird positiv überrascht sein.

• SHISHENG (10/5): 好好好！ - 我是一个旅行驾驶陪游者，10年的工作经历经常在外住酒店以及名宿等！ 没有哪一家比得过这家名宿。主人bouquet是位很用心经营他的房子、房子宽敞明亮、干净整洁，装修个性温馨！舒适！房东热情接待！牙刷牙膏都是5星级标准配置。冰箱里的水、水果，白葡萄酒等等！一应俱全。如果不是因为工作原因我都好想多住几个晚上…房间设备如照片中那样干净明亮舒适！
• F (10/5): - Mieszkanie jest niesamowicie dopieszczone w każdym szczególe. Dla nas było idealne do odpoczynku po pracy. Spędziliśmy w nim 2 tygodnie i czuliśmy się jak w domu. Pełne wyposażenie, doskonałej jakości sprzęt, bardzo wygodne łóżko, prywatne miejsce parkingowe, szybki internet. Bardzo miłe powitanie, Gospodarz to przemiły człowiek nastawiony na wszelką pomoc i dbający o Twój komfort. Czystość wręcz lśniąca. Jedno z najlepszych mieszkań w jakim byliśmy w trakcie naszych podróży:)
