The waterpark was so much fun mi kids absolutely loved it. Honestly just wanted to write something here but we loved everything about this place, there’s nothing to not like.

• Angela (10/5): Best family getaway in a long time!! - Huge yet quick to get from room to pool. It had everything you need on one property. I know it’s a resort but there should be at least one restaurant or sandwich shack that you can afford to feed the whole family at. The food was so pricey and not even that good.

• Tim (2/5): to some up the stay we experienced i would give it a 1and a half star!!!!!!! - We didnt have breakfast at the resort 25 bucks for a buffet is excessive with kids 4 and 7 16 bucks but its a resort so we went to a waffle house the air conditioner in the room was noisy as heck went to call the front desk and let them know and had to leave a message that never got returned and during check in i was told we could use a credit card to use to charge using the wrist band so didnt have to carry a card around that was great but it didnt work half the time luckily i had my card anyway and the parking website says free parking we looked and no luck so we had to stay in the parking garage and that was a extra 50 bucks from 9 friday night till 9 sunday morning when we left the staff acted like they didnt want to be there one person i can see that but at least 75 percent were acting like we were a bother to order a drink or snowcone or ask a question. we made reservations at curve ball and when we got there for some reason it didnt go through right and was told nothing we can do about it so then we tried the smokehouse special and was told if we didnt have a reservation we were out of luck but when you looked around and there was a bunch of empty tables i counted at least 6 that i could see from the front of the restaurant. so we tried the jackrabbit and the guy in charge that evening was very apologetic and was a great manager who needs to be recognized for his fantastic professionalism......

Y’all are pretty much charging - We absolutely had a great time, the taco place was terrible and extremely overpriced. Loved the ice cream. The pools were fun too. I definitely think it’s extremely overpriced for what you get though. The convenience of what is offered does not really justify the price to this place. The price. Kind of inconveniently laid out as well. Also wish there were better hours for the pools. You’re paying to be there to swim, waiting until almost noon to be able to do that kind of ridiculous.
• Jacqueline (7/5): We went to OU for parents weekend and thought this would be a fun option for a stay! - Food was good and amenities were good. I didn’t love all the extra charges. Free Parking is very far away. So you must use the garage 16.95 to park , the other option was to walk forever. Also 30 dollars for a glass of wine is a bit ridiculous $18 I could see. Kids games and icecream very reasonable. I do think when the pool isn’t open someone needs to tell you that. Or reinforce it when booking. Overall stay was nice.

• Alexis (1/5): A stressful, unsanitary stay that ruined my son’s birthday and left us feeling ignored and unsafe. - The resort looks nice from the outside and the concept of the waterpark is great. Check-in was quick and the staff at the front desk was polite. Our stay was extremely disappointing. Bugs were crawling and flying inside the room, and one bit my child. We had to call engineering multiple times, and even after moving rooms, the new room also had bugs. The birthday package I paid for wasn’t ready at check-in, and by the time it was brought, the moment was gone. The water in the pools was cold, and when I reported it to a manager, he said there was nothing he could do. The $25 gift card they gave us didn’t work anywhere on the resort. The entire experience felt unclean, unsafe, and disregarded by management.

This is an amenity hotel, which at 4pm check in doesn't leave much time to use the indoor water park, change clothes and eat dinner. Its sooooo expensive and not enough time to use the amenities.

• Chelsea (10/5): - The entire resort smelled SO GOOD! The beds were extremely comfortable, including the sofa bed. The water park was beyond our expectations. The breakfast buffet at the Jack Rabbit was pretty small but pricey. We paid $120 for two adults and three kids for biscuits and gravy, bacon/sausage, frozen and heated pancakes and waffles, and scrambled eggs. There was also a small selection of fresh fruit and yogurt.

Everything you need all in one. I didn’t like the fact that the hotel charge for everything and it’s a little expensive so be mindful if you’re there with a lot of children that everything is very expensive and I don’t like the fact that everything is cashless so you will have to charge it to your room or a card

We traveled with a 10 year old, 2 year old and a 2 month old and we were unaware, maybe due to fault of our own, that the outdoor pool had no shade and that "floaties" were not allowed. It made it hard to be a family when not everyone could be together outside.
