• Julia (6/5): Helt okej - Nära till våra släktingar. Snäll personal. Myror i ena rummet när man åt snacks. Duschen var inte så bra blev fullt med vatten så man fick stänga av vattnet emellanåt för att det inte skulle svämma över. Ac stängde av sig när man gick ut ur rummet.

• G. (8/5): Prima overnachting op 1 uur van luchthaven Bangkok. - Redelijk zachte bedden. Rustige omgeving. Lekkere douche. Slechts één (bureau)stoel voor op het balkon. Ontbijt mager. Beperkte kaart in restaurant voor diner. Duur.
• Lynn (8/5): Pleasant Stay for SEA Games - Nice, safe and close to the venue for the SEA Games. Good breakfast for the price. Not much around the hotel so if you want to go to restaurant or any night life, this is not really the hotel for that.

• Mohammad (10/5): A comfortable and pleasant stay—I’d happily come back! - I really liked this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful especially the Front Office Supervisor Anya, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. It felt like a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again! Location is quite far from major attractions.
• Henrique (8/5): It was a very pleasant stay! - Hotel facilities are in general good, the swimming very good also. The staff was very friendly and kind. Restaurant not so good! The application for ordering its disappointing. Traditional menu would be better! The hotel meals can be improved and be more tasty! The breakfast was very weak, with few options and variety.

• Cxoz (1/5): Bad - Nothing was good,bad experience. The hotel is in a poor area of town and not lit-up at night. We are foreigners and we we not comfortable No cafes that you normally see on vacation. Room was clean, with all Thai Channel TV

• Craig (5/5): Passable - The location was close to where I was working at the time so in that sense the location was good. However getting into and out of the property during the weekday is very very difficult and so in that sense the location was not so good. Basically a 2 star hotel that looks from the outside like a 3 or 4 star hotel. The rooms were average with a bed and a cheap flat bottom chair, nothing else really.

The location was good for m, to visit some of the llesser-known birding spots around the area. The hotel was very quiet and yet close to the main routes. All good. No suggestions or criticisms.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - Basic hotel ... but comfy beds. No Irons in most Thai hotels and as usual about two strips of toilet paper🤣 Get accustomed to using the wash handle. Bed was excellent...a welcome change from the normal rock hard beds in most Thai hotels. Shower has good pressure and water temp ...but honestly housekeeping should pay a bit more attention as shower was not very clean with visible mold in on curtain and tile.

• Debra (7/5): Value for money and functional accommodation. - 1. I liked the location as it was on the way of our destination and there was a lot of food nearby. 2. Rooms were clean and modern and parking was easy 3. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to store luggage 4. Additional bottles of water was available in the lift lobby 1. No room slippers available 2. Bottom of shower curtains needs to be cleaned/changed 3. No coffee/tea was provided in the room, only 2 bottles of water
• Hyun (3/5): Poor - The staff were friendly. I stayed on the 8th floor, and the smell from the bathroom drain was really disgusting it gave me a headache. We sprayed, lit a scented candle but it didn’t help. Also, they need to clean bathroom thoroughly. It would have been better to pay $200 more and stay at Novotel.
• Ali (8/5): Very good - The room was clean & tidy. The amenities are quite complete. There are too many dogs infront of the hotel even though they are not bothering the guest lol
• Alan (7/5): nice rooms, great pool, convenient restaurant but lacking some facilities - The room was large and the bed extremely comfortable. There was aircon in both rooms. A kettle and fridge were provided. The towels were changed each day. The restaurant was convenient and the chef was very obliging to provide meals when requested. There were no cups, cutlery or crockery in the room so the kettle was useless. The shower / bath was poorly designed so every time I used the shower the water flooded the bath surround and dripped onto the floor. Every night there was loud, live music from a nearby venue that finished at 11 so would have been annoying to early sleepers. There were no instructions in the room as to how to use a Thai language TV. I had to log back into the hotel WiFi every day, which no-one told me about until I complained that there was no WiFi at reception. The buffet breakfast was invariably cold because no-one had lit the heaters underneath the eggs and bacon pans., (so the chef had to cook them separately for me)
• Gary (8/5): Very good - Comfy bed in a very modern hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Just something to consider for hotel management they could not give change at the counter most farang will not have a Thai bank account to pay. for their stay using phone wallet.

• Kcnx (7/5): A convenient short stay for professionals visiting companies in Patumthani and Ayutthaya areas. - The bed and pillow are good quality. The room is spacious. Air-conditioning is good. Amenities could be better such as providing slippers, toothbrushes, razor etc. The cleanliness should be improved. There were a used cutton-bud package and some hair strands in the bathroom.
• Hans (9/5): Superb - The breakfast was okay but very basic. The swimming pool was great. The cupboards in the kitchen area in the room were completely empty, even without any shelfs. I would exxpect some cups and saucers, a knife, spoon and fork for example just to prepare and eat some food or drinks.
