julie (10/5): Wonderful experience! Warm and helpful staff, great location, lovely apartment. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. We experienced excellent customer service. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and safe. We are a family of 4, and the two bedroom worked well for us. We had a great stay and definitely recommend.

Maisa (10/5): Ótimo apartamento e localização. - Apartamento novo e funcional. Roupa de cama e toalhas excelentes A limpeza ficou a desejar. Não limpavam a pia do banheiro adequadamente. A pia possui uma pedra que veda o ralo, acumula muita sujeira e se não for limpa diariamente fica extremamente nojento. Acredito que futuramente irão retirar essa pedra.

Melhor lugar para se hospedar em São Paulo - Primeiramente da recepção pela funcionária Stéfani, não sei se é assim que se escreve , ela me atendeu com um sorriso no rosto desejando Boas Vindas e realmente isso faz toda a diferença ainda que eu esteja extremamente cansada da viagem e depois de um dia de trabalho cansativo fora da minha cidade de origem , segundo que os seguranças são extremamente educados e gentis o que nos deixa tranquilo em uma cidade grande e por vezes violenta. Terceiro que o apartamento estava cheiroso, limpo e confortável . Como sugestão eu pediria para deixar ao menos uma garrafa de água no frigobar pois chegamos cansada e uma água faz toda a diferença. Apesar de ter um mercadinho no próprio flat o que acho o máximo , preço super acessível e prático . Eu pediria para deixar a água no frigobar e pediria para o hóspede pagar por Pix através de um QrCode. Como disse , uma sugestão . No mais, eu amoooooo, ficar hospedado Aloe Vila Nova Conceição. De nada, foi tudo maravilhooooooso ! Impecável , melhor lugar para se hospedar de SP

A localizaçao é bastante boa, ainda que a VIla Nova Conceiçao náo seja um bairro conveniente como Jardins ou Pinheiros. A equipe do prédio foi muito atenciosa durante toda a estadia O prédio tem boas instalaçoes como piscina e academia. Conideraria para futuras oportunidades O prédio está próximo de uma rua movimentada o que trás um problema de ruido no apartamento. Também está próximo a uma rota de avióes para Congonhas. Idealmente o apartamento deveria ter janelas anti-ruido. O apartamento nao tinha alguns itens básicos de limpeza como detergente para a louça ou guardanapos/toalha de papel

Tato (7/5): Good design and location, but no coffee equipment - beware! - The coffee scam they run, in which the room is filled with kitchen equipment but no coffee maker whatsoever, because they have a deal with Le Pain Quotidien downstairs. Really lame.
