A chaleira e outros utensílios de cozinha não estava muito bem limpos. Não há televisão O AC só funciona no quente As escadas do prédio não têm luz

• Matteo (3/5): Da rivedere l’organizzazione in generale - La pulizia e la cordialità del personale. La porta di ingresso nel palazzo è sprovvista di chiave, ma si accede solo tramite un codice. Caso vuole che la seconda giornata di permanenza sia saltata la luce e non si poteva più accedere se non aspettando che qualcuno aprisse l’ingresso dall’interno. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile a qualsiasi ora per fare in modo di aprire la porta, ma è stato comunque un grande disagio perché non ho potuto sentirmi autonomo e vivere una esperienza sera di permanenza
• MARIA ELISA (8/5): Buena ubicación y relación costo/beneficio - La ubicacion excelente, 3 cuadras de la estación de tren y 10 minutos caminando al duomo 2 pisos por escalera. Desniveles un poco peligrosos dentro del apartamento ( baño y habitación )

• José Bravo (8/5): Una buardilla diferente - El lugar es una buardilla de muy buen aspecto, decorada con gusto. El ingreso se logra subiendo cuatro tramos de oscura escalera. El lugar estaba muy limpio, pero no tenía los utensillos para mantenerlo. Las hornallas cerámicas no se podían encender. Hice el aviso pero no hubo respuesta. Tampoco, en una primera impresión, no estaba claro el funcionamiento de la cerradura de la puerta, más ante la consulta la solución fue aportada rápidamente.

• Luisa (8/5): Einfach Unterkunft. - Gute Lage und das Zimmer war groß genug. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Dusche, Küchenzeile. Die Toilette hatte keine Tür, was das mit der Privatsphäre etwas schwierig machte. Zudem war das Zimmer im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug, was Ansich kein Problem ist, aber nicht in der Beschreibung stand.

• Omar Gustavo (5/5): - La ubicación de la habitación y la limpieza previa. NO HABÍA TV plana como dice el anuncio. TAMPOCO HABÍA PLANCHA. Es imperdonable, tanto para el propietario que ofrece como para Booking, que se permita TAMAÑA MENTIRA con el tema de la TV Plana. Si bien a mi no me afectó mucho ya que no soy de usar mucho la TV, me parece intolerable que se ofrezca algo que ni siquiera existe en la habitación.

• Froya (9/5): Would recommend! - Great location, very clean and modern flat, perfect size for a couple. Walkable to all the central sights. Easy check in and great service from hosts, including recommendations on where to go for dinner and ice cream. The aircon didnt blow cold, just worked like a fan so it was too hot at night. There were no shutters and only thin white curtains which didnt block out any light so it got bright at 5:30am
