• ..Nana..89 (1/5): - Nothing The place looks old and not taken care of. They give you a code to enter the main door, that is useless as the locker is not working and the door is always open. This means anyone can enter the hotel and access to the rooms area. Our room in particular was a disaster. The toilet doesn't have a shower plate so you shower on the toilet floor directly. There is no curtain or anything, not even a mat. Therefore after each shower the whole toilet becomes wet and slippery. My partner fell and bump with the back, when raised the concern with the staff, they just said that accident can happen anywhere, and just ignore it (no help to reach an hospital or even acknowledging the problem). Also, the "table" was simply a shelf screwed in the wall in two points, one broken, and the rest glued at the wall directly. Obviously, in the moment we put something on it the whole shelf came down, thanks God not on our feet (so close)! Again, the host didn't care. Don't come here.

• Marcin (1/5): The worst hotel experience of my life — dirty, moldy, and no contact with the owner. - Unfortunately, there was nothing I liked about this place. This place is a complete scam. The photos on Booking.com do not reflect reality — the rooms are dirty, smell of dampness, and there’s visible mold and fungus on the walls and ceiling. I’m allergic to mold and immediately started having breathing problems. I tried to contact the owner, but they didn’t answer the phone and were impossible to communicate with. I reported the issue to Booking.com because the property was absolutely unfit for staying in. Unfortunately, the owner refused to refund anything — he clearly said he had no intention of returning even part of the money. It was impossible to reach any agreement. The behavior was extremely dishonest and completely disrespectful toward guests.

• Mohan (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Misleading advertisement by calling it a Grand Palace. No indication that there isn’t a lift in the 5 story building and a dangerous narrow concrete stairway for the less able, especially the elderly. Deliberately ignoring phone calls & my email cancelling the booking and refusing to refund my legitimate request explaining it was impossible for me with a severe disability to climb up with my cases to the allocated room on the 5th Floor.
