• Gilchrist (9/5): All in all a good choice for any age group. Very modern. Well equipped. Great city. Loved my stay. - Very handy for Triana bridge area where the main attractions and the hop bus and the river cruise is (incl in hop ticket).Find Jacinto street nearby past the Jamon shop at the end of the short street. Also there is a burger king if the local food doesn't appeal. Find the yellow church.One way takes you to Triana bridge the other to stop 6 on the hop on bus route which I use in every city to get around. 2 day ticket gets you into some places free. The kids park opposite had benches to spend a while with your book and a drink in sun or shade. Please no alcohol when kids are there though. Wi fi would be good but probably add to the price. Also as a lone female traveller I'm probably in the flat more and could be doing with another book to read (I left mine there hopefully for the next person) Some even have a few games for families. That's the main thing as few English tv channels.

• Javier Navia (8/5): Ideal para viajeros solos o una pareja - Aunque no está en el corazón de la Sevilla más turística, está de todos modos muy cerca, a una distancia caminable. Cuando llegué debí esperar algo más de las 15 para acceder a la habitación.

• maurice (1/5): Evitez de séjourner à cette adresse ! - aucun petit dejeuner était proposé. Comment Booking a pu référencer ce type d'appartement car d'un côté, il confort y était ainsi que son design mais par contre il n'y avait aucune isolation phonique, on entendait absolument tout des voisins sur les côtés, au dessus et des gens qui parlaient sur le trottoir. première soirée, nous avons pu dormir que quand le voisin a fermé les yeux, deuxième soirée, un couple de chinois accompagné du chauffeur de taxi s'est introduit dans notre chambre à minuit un quart, a pu ouvrir la combinaison extérieure et s'est retrouvée à l'intérieur de notre logement, encore une fois, nous avons pu nous endormir vers é heures du matin, une fois que ces personnes ont pris leur douche, ranger leurs affaires et sommes partis une journée avant notre départ prévu en leur envoyant un message : nous vous faisons gratuite la dernière soirée sans demander un quelconque dédommagement voir mes commentaires ci-hauts mentionnés. Surtout ne réservez pas dans cette structure car vous risquez de passer des nuits blanches, les parois n'ont aucune isolation.

• Cindy (9/5): Excellent séjour ! - L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très bien équipé. La douche et la baignoire sont parfaites. Très bien placé dans une rue au calme.

• albie (9/5): Well-equipped modern apartment with wow factor - The property exceeded our expectations massively! It is very large, modern, clean, and well equipped. Don’t let the small kitchen deceive you, it is extremely well equipped with cutlery, cooking utensils, a hob, a washing machine, a microwave. The bedroom is HUGE, and the bath is a great addition. The sofa bed was very comfy and large, and very easy to fold in and out. The location was amazing, about a 5 minute walk from the main bit of Triana, with the Casco Antiguo just being a 5 minute walk from the apartment. If anyone stays here, there is a fantastic tapas bar 1 minute up the road called Típico. We had the best meal of the night there, with amazing Tinto De Verano’s, yummy plates, and amazing service. The walls are quite thin; you can hear everything next door and upstairs are doing. We could hear the upstairs neighbour on the toilet 🙈🙈 The pinpoint on the map on the check-in instructions wasn’t where the apartment is. It took us about 5 minutes to find the apartment, which might be just us being dumb, but more information on the apartment, such as “blue door” would be helpful ☺️ Seeing as the front door is more like a gate, the glass porch door doesn’t really insulate the noise of the street. Also as the apartment is on the ground floor, you hear everything from outside. Other than these little points, our stay was perfect, and we would be more than happy to stay again on our return to the beautiful city of Sevilla 💗

• Monika (7/5): Świetna lokalizacja i wyposażenie apartamentu, jakość obsługi pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Dość wygórowana cena w stosu - Lokalizacja w urokliwej dzielnicy Triana, cicho i blisko do centrum, sklepów i restauracji. Apartament doskonale wyposażony i urządzony. Wejście do apartamentu bezpośrednio z ulicy co nie było zaznaczone w opisie. Praktycznie brak światła dziennego- podczas gdy zdjęcia obiektu sugerują że za zasłonami znajdują się duże okna. Brak szafy, aby rozpakować rzeczy - jedynie kilka wieszaków na drążku. W momencie przyjazdu w mieszkaniu było zaledwie 14 stopni- ogrzewanie działa, ale nagrzanie zajęło 2 dni. Mimo to zimno od betonowej podłogi i od wejścia. Kontakt z agencją wynajmującą jedynie za pomocą AI - łatwo uzyskać informację o dostępie do obiektu, ale nie można się dogadać w przypadku dodatkowych pytań. Brak elastyczności w przypadku gdy chcielibyśmy zostawić bagaż lub zostać godzinę dłużej w dniu wyjazdu. Brak reakcji na informację o zepsutej lampie. Czystość na średnim poziomie.
• Maria Alejandra (9/5): Séjour parfait - La situation de l'appartement dans un quartier calme à deux pas d'un petit supermarché et très proche de la rue commerçante du cartier de Triana. Le pont pour traverser le Guadalquivir es à 10 mins à pied. L'appartement est confortable, propre et bien équipé. L'appartement correspondait bien à la photo sur le site. Tout comme la description. Rien à améliorer, tout était bien.

Nell'appartamento non abbiamo trovato né asciugamani né le federe. Ci sono state consegnate il giorno seguente, dopo aver fatto presente la mancanza. L'appartamento si trova a piano terra con l'accesso direttamente dalla strada.
• Najet (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix, je recommande. un petit souci pour trouver l'hébergement. - Tout La communication avec l'IA et non un humain, ce qui a jeté un flou sur la procédure d'arrivée dans l'hébergement qui n'était pas claire. Sinon, tout le reste est bon, conforme aux photos. Il y a trois appartement le A, le B et le C, attention la baignoire en photo n'est pas dans tous les appartements.

La rue où se trouve l'appartement ne m’a pas plu. Mais on accède tres rapidement à des coins plus sympathiques.

• Cristina (9/5): UNA ESTANCIA PERFECTA. EL APARTAMENTO ESTÁ MUY BIEN Y LA UBICACIÓN EXCELENTE - El apartamento está muy bien. Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Está en una calle tranquila, muy cerca del centro de Triana. Con multitud de servicios y establecimientos alrededor. Aunque me gustó todo de la estancia, por poner un pero, echamos de menos alguna almohada de diferente gramaje, para poder elegir. Todas eran iguales.
• RUTH (7/5): Decepcionante - El lugar estaba limpio y bien amoblado. Hay mucho ruido, se escucha todo lo que pasa en otras habitaciones. Me toco un apto en planta baja muy oscuro. El personal tomo mucho tiempo para darme una factura más de 10 días con varias solicitudes de mi parte. Booking NO respeto el transporte gratuito que había ofrecido, mismo si su representante dijo que lo haría NO lo hicieron , me parece deshonesto.

• Ana Maria (7/5): - El apartamento muy nuevo y limpio. Muy completo y buena ubicación. Que estaba en planta baja y las puertas de cristal no cerraban bien, daba inseguridad. Que el apartamento que nos dieron tenía la ducha adaptada (sin haberlo pedido) y estaba junto al váter, todo se mojaba y era bastante incómodo. También había bastante ruido de los vecinos de arriba y de su aparato de aire acondicionado, con lo que era difícil descansar. Las sábanas de la cama eran pequeñas y se salían todo el rato.

• ROSA (10/5): Perfecto para descansar y visitar Sevilla - El apartamento es precioso y silencioso. La cama muy cómoda. Está muy bien situado para disfrutar de zona Triana, Calle Betis, Torre del Oro, Plaza de Toros... hay un supermercado al lado y muchos bares. Sin duda volvería a alojarme allí. Me costó trabajo hacer el check in on line con el móvil, no se guardaban los datos pero resultó fácil hacerlo con el ordenador.
