• Joanna (10/5): Piękne miejsce i bardzo dobra lokalizacja w bardzo dobrej cenie - Apartament był piękny i było w nim wszystko, a nawet więcej niż potrzebowaliśmy. Pyszna herbatka była zbawieniem kiedy wróciliśmy wychłodzeni ze skoczni :) Parking bardzo ciasny, jest to zrozumiałe w tej okolicy, jednak odrobinę problematyczne

Po príchode sme čakali asi pol hodinu na správu ako sa dostaneme do ubytovania,aj napriek dvom telefonicky volaniam a dohodnutom čase kedy prídeme, kľučka na WC a kúpeľne bola pokazená a za tri dni sa tam nikto neukázal aby to opravil,voda v umývadle neodtekala,na TV sa nedali sledovať žiadne programu,len kodovane...netflix, atď....pri odchode sme tiež nevedeli kde máme nechať kartu od apartmánu... takže za tie peniaze problémov dosť...

• Vladislav (10/5): - The perfect match for ones who came for skiing and for exploring the city. The apartment is very comfortable, located in the quiet street in the heart of the city. Also it's super clean, warm and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is also super tasty and for sure doesn't leave you hungry. Communication is easy, nice and fast if you describe your request via WhatsApp:) Highly recommend!!

• Jacek (10/5): - Lokalizacja 1 min od Krupówek, czysto, bardzo dobrze przemyślana przestrzeń nawet dla 4 osobowej rodziny, super kontakt z zarządzająca osobą, parking, ładny wystrój wnętrz, czysta łazienka z grzejnikiem elektrycznym przydatnym w zimie, na pewno tu wrócimy super miejsce! Minimalne mankamenty które nie wpłynęły na ogólna ocenę i pobyt: bardzo gorąca było nam w nocy i nie bylo możliwości zmiany temperatury (albo nie wiedzielismy jak zmienić), kawa w młynku chyba stara warto wymienić, słabo wyciszone drzwi zewnętrzne, drzwi do budynku ciężko się otwiera.

• ahorvath723 (1/5): - Gyönyörű a szállás, felújított épület, parkolás a szállás elkerített magánterületén, kiváló elhelyezkedés, a Krupówki utca pár lépésnyire található, a Gubałówka sikló 5-10 perc séta, Biedronka üzlet 3-5 perc. Kommunikáció a szállásadóval!!! Csakis ezért fogok mindent lepontozni, -annak ellenére, hogy a szállás egy gyönyörű hely-, remélve azt, hogy a szállásadó tesz valamit ezügyben. Több értékelésnél lehet olvasni, hogy a szállásadóval való kommunikáció nehézkes vagy nem is lehetséges. Tehát összefoglalom, mi mit tapasztaltunk. Érkezésünk előtt pár nappal felvettem a kapcsolatot a szállásadóval itt a Booking-on. Érkezésünk napjáig semmi válasz nem érkezett. Majd érkezésünk napján ismét írtam a szállásadónak, hogy mely időintervallumban érkezünk. Válasz ismét nem érkezett. A Booking leírása szerint érkezéskor valaki várni fogja a vendéget. Ez nem történt meg. Felhívtam a szállásadót, csörgött a telefon, de egy idő után a hangüzenet-rögzítő kapcsolt be. Többszöri telefonhívás után kaptam egy üzenetet a bejelentkezéssel kapcsolatban. Nehezen, de bejutottunk. Következő probléma. A reggeli. Ezzel kapcsolatban sem kaptunk semmiféle tájékoztatást, a Booking-on sincs részletezve. Mikor vagy hogyan? Nem tudtuk. Csak vártunk, hátha valaki kopog az ajtón. Az értékeléseket visszaolvasva elvileg a szobaajtó elé helyezik el. Ez sem történt meg. Ismét írtam a szállásadónak (nem Booking-on, mert Booking-on elérhetetlen), majd jött a válasz, hogy a reggelivel megbízott személy egy másik lokációra szállította ki a reggelit. ??? Elnézést kért és felajánlotta, hogy az aznapi reggeli árát visszatéríti. Ezután kértem a következő napi reggeli azonnali lemondását is és annak visszatérítését is. Mindezeket figyelembe véve, úgy gondolom, egy szállásadó nem engedhet meg magának ilyen hozzáállást a vendéggel szemben. A hidegben várni, hogy miként és mikor tudod elfoglalni a szállást, várni a ki tudja, mikor érkező reggelit. Mit érehet ilyen esetben az a család, aki még kisgyemekkel is érkezik?

• Christelle (5/5): - The apartment is very centrally located in Zakopane and was clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. Communication with the landlord was very poor. Our messages sent through Booking.com were never answered, and we did not receive any information about the self check-in in advance. We had to call to obtain the check-in details. The Wi-Fi password was not displayed anywhere in the apartment, and the air conditioner only started working on our last day (the 5th day), which was disappointing.
• Kubiak (10/5): - Bliskość centrum na mega wielki plus jak dla nas,łatwe i bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie,śniadania pod drzwi też super opcja,ładny czysty apartament. Problem z ciepłą wodą,ale to było jednego dnia , sytuacja szybko została rozwiązana i reszta pobytu była bez komplikacji.
• Abigail Scerri (5/5): Great location and nice apartment BUT lack of communication from owner - - Location is very good, a few minutes away from the main street. - Free parking is also very convenient. - Apartment is modern and clean - TV has an number on online services you can access to (Netflix, AppleTV) While our stay was generally fine, the lack of communication from the owners significantly impacted our experience. The owner did not respond to any messages on Booking.com, so we had to call every time we needed assistance or information. For example, upon arrival, there were no instructions on how to enter the building, forcing us to call the owner to get the passcodes. It would have been much more convenient if this information had been provided in advance. Additionally, despite requesting the Wi-Fi password via WhatsApp and Booking.com messages, we never received it. We also experienced issues with the air conditioning, which wasn’t working properly and made the room uncomfortably hot. Although the owner promised to respond within five minutes, it took about an hour before she informed us that a technician would come the next morning. Unfortunately, we received no follow-up communication about whether the issue had been resolved, and the A/C worked only sporadically. It felt like once you’re there, you’re largely left to manage any problems on your own. There were also some minor improvements that could enhance the apartment's comfort, such as fixing the broken coffee grinder, installing a shelf in the shower cubicle, raising the kitchen lamp to avoid bumping our heads, providing bottled water in the fridge, and leaving a welcome card with important information like the Wi-Fi password, coffee machine instructions, and emergency numbers.

Pozwoliła nam zostać w apartamencie 1,5h dłużej, co było dla nas dużym ułatwieniem, a dodatkowo po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić walizki na miejscu. Bardzo doceniamy takie podejście i życzliwość. Pobyt był komfortowy, a dzięki elastyczności i uprzejmości czułyśmy się naprawdę mile widziane. Apartament niezwykle przestronny i czysty .Warto dodać, że to miejsce ma naprawdę dobrą lokalizację. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce i wrócimy!
