• Alba (1/5): HOTEL COCHAMBROSO! - Nada absolutamente nada Nos sorprendimos bastante, porque aún sabiendo que no es un hotel de 4 estrellas, nos esperábamos un mínimo de limpieza. Nada más entrar olía fatal a pies, no estaba ni barrido, detrás de la mesa había una botella de agua, el baño estaba sucio, la ducha asquerosa. Y luego podríamos habernos muerto de frío tranquilamente, la ventana la tenéis rota que no cierra por lo que por la noche hace mucho frío, uno de los calefactores no funciona. No teníamos toallas suficientes y uno de los días nos duchamos con agua congelada, que no funcionaba y la alcachofa de la ducha iba fatal. UNA AUTÉNTICA ESTAFA NADA DE NADA

Grzyb na ścianach, Smród wilgoci, BRUD, niesprzątane nic, wykładzina brudna i śmierdząca nieczyszczona nie wiadomo ile czasu, łapki na myszy porozkładane, Rodzina brzydziła się tam spać. Pokój na 6 osób okazał się max na 4 osoby. Rozmawialiśmy z innymi lokatorami to wszyscy byli załamani warunkami ! OCENY TO SAMI SOBIE WYSTAWIAJA NA 10, Byłem w różnych hotelach i pensjonatach ale nigdy nie doświadczyliśmy takiego smrodu i brudu.

• Arribas trujillo (1/5): Estafadores, sinvergüenzas y gentuza - Un auténtico sinvergüenza y estafador a pesar de avisarle que llegaríamos más tarde de las 20h y confirmarnos que no había problema nos dejo en la calle y no pudimos alojarnos en toda la estancia porque la habitación la había alquilado a dos personas. A día de hoy sigue sin devolver el dinero. Y Booking permite tener esta gentuza en su web Un auténtico sinvergüenza y estafador a pesar de avisarle que llegaríamos más tarde de las 20h y confirmarnos que no había problema nos dejo en la calle y no pudimos alojarnos en toda la estancia porque tiene la costumbre de alquilar la habitación a varías personas. A día de hoy el sinvergüenza sigue sin devolver el dinero. Y Booking permite tener a esta gentuza en su web

Gdy zapytalismy pania do ktorej mielismy kontakt na whatsapp jak wlaczyc ogrzewanie to odpowiedziala ze zapyta zarządcy, zarządca zapytał w czym tkwi problem i nie dostalismy żadnej odpowiedzi.

Abajo de la cama había muchas maderas apiladas, como si cada madera que estuviera rota la tiraran ahí abajo. Éramos 3 personas y solo teníamos 2 toallas de baño, al pedir una más jamás me la llevaron, me ignoraron el mensaje y al día siguiente me pusieron "seguro" pero no me la llevaron, poca atención con los huéspedes y no son serviciales. Tuvimos que usar la misma toalla entre 2 siendo que pagamos por un servicio en el que cada uno tendría la suya. Tendrían que ser más atentos y responsables al momento de dejar la habitación "lista" para el check-in.

Quamdo chegamos ao alojamento, verificamos que tinha uma cama partida, após reportar esta situação ao contacto que tinha (WhatsApp) disseram que iam comunicar à gerência, mas resolveram nada nem deram resposta. Não havia cobertores, nem lençóis extra e alguém teve que dormir, duas noites, no chão.

Une souris se baladait dans la cuisine et quand nous en avons fait part à la personne qui « s’occupait » de nous, ils ont installé une serviette au bas de la porte ! Ah ah!! D’ailleurs nous n’avons vu aucun membre du personnel mais nous avons seulement eu des échanges par message. Nous ne sommes pas restés la 2ème nuit, tellement nous étions dégoûtés ! • Daniela (1/5): Incubo sudicio - Niente davvero Imbarazzante, una stanza di 10 mq per 4 persone, senza riscaldamento, calorifero spento mi hanno dato uno scaldabagno il giorno successivo dopo le mie richieste. la doccia da cui scendeva un rivolo d’acqua, 2 rotoli di carta igienica per 4 giorni in 4, acqua fredda in bagno e lavandino, moquette lurida, rifiuti sotto al letto, coperta mancante 10 ore per averne una. Le porta che si aprono a spinta, muri sottilissimi che sembra di essere in stanza con i vicini. Le fotografie sono probabilmente ricostruzioni grafiche che hanno fatto per studiare i mobili durante l’arredo delle stanze ma non ci si rende conto che tra il letto e la fine della stanza ci sono 40 cm. Non ci si muove.
• Pamela (8/5): - Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement à 2 pas d'une artère principale et de part et d'autre de notre logement il y avzit 2 pub supers sympas! Je vous les recommande grandement... Concernant les nombreuses critiques concernant le logement, il faut savoir ce que l'on souhaite... Un logement irreprochable et souvent trop cher pour une famille au budget serré ou un logement, certes avec quelques petits défauts mais qui fait le job... Literie propre, salle de douche, acces facile, tout ce que l'on souhaite et surtout, malgré qu'on ne les voit pas, tous les jours nous avions un message des responsables pour s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien... Et, concernant l'acces au logement, toutes les infos nous sont parvenues la veille de notre départ... Perso, sans ce genre de Logement, nous ne pourrions pas nous permettre ce genre de week-end donc oui, nous reviendrons...

• N’gou (1/5): - – À fuir absolument ! J’ai séjourné une seule nuit le 20/10/2025 à Edgware Room et ce fut une expérience catastrophique. C'est de l'arnaque ! La chambre était infestée de punaises de lit, ce qui a rendu le séjour insupportable. J’ai dû quitter l’établissement dès le lendemain avec mes 3 enfants, malgré la réservation pour plusieurs nuits. Le propriétaire a été injoignable, ne répondant ni aux messages WhatsApp ni aux appels, et n’a jamais procédé au remboursement, malgré mes signalements et les photos à l’appui. ⚠️ Je déconseille fortement cet endroit. Il est insalubre, mal géré et dangereux pour la santé. Personne ne devrait y séjourner tant qu’une désinfection complète et un changement de literie ne sont pas faits. Booking également n'a rien fait pour mon remboursement. Je suis très déçue. Les propriétaires sont malhonnêtes. Presque 400€ à la poubelle

La puerta principal estaba rota por lo que podia abrirse desde la calle sin llave ni codigo, y nos provocó algo de inseguridad al estar cerca de un barrio que tampoco nos pareció muy seguro. Asimismo, no tuvimos ningún incidente relacionado con esto.

• Daniela (5/5): - la sua posizione. il fatto che si trova in un quartiere per me completamente nuovo e decisamente caratterizzato. essere all'interno di un edificio tipico. la grande attenzione da parte dello staff che ha sempre e subitamente risposto a ogni mio quesito e informato sul mio soggiorno. secondo me l'assioma "se non paghi molto non puoi pretendere tanto", dovrebbe comunque garantire degli standard minimi, tra cui la pulizia e il confort. io non ho guardato con estrema e accurata attenzione le foto, ma sinceramente avevo interpretato una stanza con angolo cottura, invece è a tutti gli effetti una cucina dove è stato messo un letto. inoltre, trascurata e con molti dettagli disattesi. infine, il fatto che al bagno in comune manchi un elementare sistema di chiusura, utilizzarlo non mette del tutto a proprio agio.

• Laura (1/5): SUCIEDAD, había CHINCHES (bed bugs) y nisiquiera nos contestaron a los mensajes - NADA, había chinches. Nos levantamos por la mañana y había chinches (bedbugs) en nuestras camas. Avisamos al apartamento a las 7:30 am para que al menos nos cambiasen las sabanas. Tuvieron todo el día y no hicieron NADA. La noche siguiente tuvimos que irnos a las 4:30 am porque seguimos encontrando chinches en nuestras camas. Al escribir al apartamento, ni siquiera se dignaron a contestarnos. El apartamento estaba sucio pero ya tener que dormir rodeado de chinches es inaceptable. Tuvieron la oportunidad de corregirlo y limpiar la habitación pero en cambio ni siquiera contestaron a tus huéspedes, a los que nos tuvieron durmiendo en condiciones sanitarias terribles.

Mio marito ha avuto uno sfogo cutaneo dovuto allo sporco delle lenzuola che inoltre erano maleodoranti.

I would use again if I was more confident about lock and location of loo. I do have low expectations of cheap places in London. At least I had mybiwn room and not a bed in a dorm. • martina (1/5): ESTAFADORES - NADA TODO MAL ESTE ALOJAMIENTO NO EXISTE. Desde que lo reservamos nadie nos respondía a los mensajes, no hay recepción y un día antes de llegar nos mandan las instrucciones con el pin para poder entrar en el edificio pero no nos dan número de habitación. El día que llegamos borran absolutamente todos los mensajes y les empiezo a escribir y no responden a nada. Llegamos al alojamiento sobre las 17:00 de la tarde ponemos el pin para entrar, entramos y está todo inundado de agua y todo sucio y viejo, empezamos a mirar y no teníamos número de habitación y los llamamos para ver qué pasaba y no respondían ni a las llamadas. Después de mil llamadas porfin nos responden y nos dicen que nuestra habitación está infestada de bichos y que no podemos entrar les decimos que nos den una solución y nos mandan a la otra punta que dicen que tienen un alojamiento listo para nosotras. Nos vamos de ahí, llegamos al otro alojamiento y estaba muy muy sucio de huéspedes anteriores. Llamamos otra vez mil veces y nos empiezan a decir por mensaje que no nos lo van a cojer que ahora nos mandan una limpiadora. Pasamos desde las 18:00 hasta las 22:00 de la noche esperando a la limpiadora y no aparece nadie, empieza a picar gente el timbre diciendo que tienen una reserva en la habitación en la que estamos osea que vendió más habitaciones de las que hay. Al final tuvimos que marcharnos dejaron a 5 chicas en la calle a las 22:30 de la noche. Tuvimos que buscar y pagar otro alojamiento para las 2 noches osea que nos gastamos el doble de dinero. ME PARECE VERGONZOSO no tendría ni que existir este sitio.

Pas du tout du tout dans les normes et les photos que l’on voit sur le site n’ont absolument rien à voir avec la réalité. J’ai absolument rien aimé de cet établissement. En plus le personnel n’était absolument pas joignable. Nous avons eu un problème et nous avons su contacter absolument personne. Personne ne nous répondait. On nous a donné plusieurs numéros qui ne répondait absolument pas non plus ça a été le séjour le plus horrible, la preuve, je ne suis même pas resté

• YVES (1/5): En 3 mots HORRIBLE, HONTEUX, A FUIRE - emplacement géographique Nous avons découvert un taudis!!! Lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre, nous avons poussé un cri d'horreur. Lits non fait avec draps sales et linge de toilettes sales des précédents occupants. Canapé, miroir cassés, la moquette en parle pas (sale et tachée)...Ventilateur en marche couché au sol...et le clou du spectacle , fenêtre bloquée en position ouverte sur 40 cm (impossible de refermer la fenêtre, un miroir est posé devant pour boucher la fenêtre). Sara (la gérante) n'a pas répondu à nos messages avec photos. Salle de bains miniscule avec toilette partagés avec plusieurs chambres dont le verrou ne tient qu'avec une vis. Bonjour l'intimité pour se doucher!!! A FUIRE!!!

The hotel was generally clean, and I definitely didn't find it either messy or dirty, as mentioned in previous feedback, which did put me on edge after booking. It's not spotless, but at the same time, it's not the Ritz, so if you're looking for a place to sleep in a fantastic location, then I'd fully recommend this place as long as you're not fussy and want to spend the majority of your stay out of the hotel. The self-check-in may confuse some people. However, everything is explained thoroughly, and it may be worth writing down the codes with pen and paper. Otherwise, you could potentially lock yourself out of the room if you don't have your phone on you. Very quiet location without disturbance during the night and was also sandwiched between two pubs and plenty of food outlets. The shared shower/toilet next to other occupants was very awkward, and there was no shelf on the shower, so it made it difficult to apply shower gel. The room was very small.

• Rhiannon (8/5): Such good value for money! Better than I expected! - The room is a self contained bedroom and kitchen. The fridge is great, the cooker and hob work very well. There was washing-up facilities provided, towels, and toilet roll. There were sufficient plug points and the wifi was fast and reliable. The room was also complete with a table and chairs if needed. The freezer was entirely frozen over. It would have been nice - with the hot weather - to have use of that. There was thick dust down the side of the bed and it was a little bit worrying to see a pest repellent plug and a mouse trap. However, I realised this was just a good precaution after my stay. If I was being petty, I would have liked bed sheets without the wear and tear that these ones had - there was a hole in one side. Also, more information may have been helpful regarding where the bathroom was located etc. A sign may be good for future customers.

• Guest (4/5): Bien ubicado pero desorganizado. - La ubicación. Es muy céntrico y eso hacía que los trayectos fueran mucho más livianos. Las instalaciones en sí estaban poco cuidadas pero las camas eran cómodas y aunque era pequeño el espacia estaba bien organizado. Para hacer el check-in todo muy cómodo y teníamos un chat en WhatsApp y te contestaban con bastante rapidez pero no ponían soluciones a nada, aunque imagino que eso no dependía de la persona que nos atendía al 100%. Ponía que teníamos ropa de cama y toallas. Nos escribieron el primer día para decirnos que iban con retraso con la lavandería y que nos las traerían a lo largo del día pero no fue así. Con lo que tuvimos que ir a buscar toallas por la noche. Después, había también una mancha en el suelo y lo comentamos y nos dijeron que miraban si todavía estaban las de la limpieza para que se pasaran un momento y tampoco lo hicieron. El cuarto día al llegar al apartamento vimos salir un ratón pequeñito de debajo de los muebles de la cocina y meterse en un cuarto en el que habían cosas varias y que estaba lleno de polvo y muy desordenado. También lo comentamos pero no hicieron nada al respecto. Creo que es una pena porque realmente el apartamento no estaba tan fatal y la persona que nos atendía parecía atenta pero es que no nos solucionaron nada.

• Géraldine (1/5): NUL - à fuir absolument !!!!! - Rien Un ménage douteux, une chambre minuscule pour quatre personnes, à peine 9 m² WC et douche compris, non conforme aux photos, une extrême vétusté, des trous dans les murs, odeur suspecte, fenêtre délabrée, réserve de pots de peinture et autres matériaux sous le lit. Quatre jours horribles à Londres pour toute ma famille, entassée dans une chambre carcérale. Un enfer avec la chaleur qui s’est installée sur Londres, mi-août. Il n’y a absolument aucun respect du touriste. Quel mépris ! C’est inadmissible que ce logement soit encore à la réservation. J'ajoute 5 photos qui, j'espère, seront bien publiées !

The wet wipes I used to wipe down the table were very dirty.There was a TV on the wall that couldn't be connected to the power supply because there was no power socket along the length of the cable. The bathroom plumbing system was leaking and water was leaking into the room..There's an old, leaning wardrobe in the room, with no shelves. The broken shelves from this wardrobe were under the bed.
• Lady Dragon (2/5): Great location. - Good location, 10 mins walk from Marble Arch. MOMA and Frames few minutes away. Plenty of restaurants around. Room was ok, had fully equipped kitchen, but that was it. I never left a bad review so far, but there has to be first time for all, so the rest you will find in section below. Upon arrival I was trying to contact the host to get codes to my room, took me 40 mins. When I finally got in, and was trying to have a nap, cleaning lady came into my room, suprised that I'm there. Bathroom on the first floor is very nice, but there was no warm water at all. The next day I asked host if there is a boiler I should turn on? Got message that I was put in wrong room and they need to move my stuff from the room I occupied. I got room on the ground floor, which was ok, but the bathroom was in pieces, there was shower with electric heater secured with duck tape, the room itself looked as if it was stripped for renovation? There was nothing there except old cabinet and paints, no hook, nothing. Next to it was toilet that was out of order, flush didn't work. Overall it was unfortunately rather poor experience.

• Guest (2/5): Stanza minuscola, non adatto a famiglie - La posizione La camera era davvero troppo piccola per quattro persone. Non c’era nessun armadio, solo dei ganci ai quali però c’erano gli zaini se no non ci si muoveva. C’era anche un tavolo pieghevole che però non si poteva aprire perché non c’era sufficiente spazio. La struttura è una costruzione vecchia, gli infissi sono davvero datati e le condizioni generali non sono ottimali (buchi nei muri, arredi scrostati…). Dalle foto sembra molto curato e accogliente, ma nella realtà è tutto molto più piccolo e poco curato. Avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione e pulizia. La pulizia è al minimo indispensabile. Quando siamo arrivati il wc era sporco (fortunatamente nella camera di fianco c’era una ragazza che stava facendo le pulizie che è venuta poi a pulirlo). Ottima posizione comoda per spostarsi, ma non lo consiglierei.

• Lisha (3/5): Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location - The location of the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately, the building itself is in very poor condition. The windows are falling apart, and the room was much smaller than shown in the pictures on Booking. The bathroom was tiny, dirty, and smelled bad. The shower rod was broken, and the sink drain was clogged. Shockingly, we even found a mousetrap under the bed. I booked for six people, but we were only provided with two blankets. Overall, the stay was quite uncomfortable and disappointing.
• Elizabeth (3/5): DO NOT BOOK HERE, property did not meet expectations whatsoever. - Was in a good location, close to public transport. Arrived at our accommodation, there was construction trash piled up to eye-height right outside the front entrance. When we walked in, we were met by a hallway which was barley walkable - full of flat-pack furniture items which hadn't been assembled and random men painting in the hallway and rooms downstairs. For reference, to maneuver through the hallway we had to turn our suitcases side on to fit. I asked the host if they were under renovations, which she denied (I would have understanded the mess and random people if there had been construction going on). Once in our room for only 2 nights, we were told with no warning we had to move to a smaller room since she had taken on another booking for more people (these rooms are small enough as it is). When I questioned her as to why I was given no warning, she said they had already arrived - I looked outside and there was a group of people waiting outside our bedroom door. Furthermore, the advertisement had listed air conditioning, which did not work for the duration of our stay anyway. Overall, do not stay here, it is not worth the money and feels very unsafe, especially as a group of young girls.
• Daniel (2/5): A eviter! - L'emplacement Photos mensongeres qui ne refletent pas du tout la realite peut etre retouchees avec l'ia ou datant d'il y a tres longtemps! Le studio est minuscule et vetuste. Pas de plaques chauffantes dans la cuisine ni de poele ou casserole pour cuisiner.. il y a des telecommandes mais pas de television car aucune place pour en accrocher. L'appartement est tellement petit qu'on ne peut pas deplier la table. La fenetre ferme mal et un rideau de douche separe le coin cabine de douche du lit. Les peintures sont sales et il y a des trous dans les murs. Il n'y a qu'a londres avec ses prix exorbitants qu'on peut louer ce genre de lieu pour un tel prix.
• Guest (1/5): A FUIR - Idéalement situé le seul point positif Les 2 chambres louées avec salle de douche et cuisine étaient très trés sales et vétustes limite insalubre. Ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants trop dangereux. J'ai dormi pendant 2 jours sur un lit aussi dur qu'une planche de bois! Les moquettes sont "dégoûtantes" ,projection de je ne sais quoi sur les plinthes et murs ,douche avec joints oranges et moisis et cheveux dans le siphon. Poussières partout! Nous n'avons pas osé utilisé la cuisine tellement c'était sale!!! Les chambres sont minuscules contrairement aux photos ... D'ailleurs les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à celles du site. Couette plus quee sale... Électricité complète à revoir le lustre tenait avec 2 fils dénudées. Vue sur une cour dégueulasse Oh my god!!! Les locaux sont encombrés et sales ! Cet établissement ne devrait pas pouvoir être loué nous sommes vraiment déçu ! Cela nous as gâché notre séjour!!!
• Julia (2/5): Not worth its price, although relatively cheap for london. - The location in London was good, very close to the subway and other public transport, but that was the only good part of the place. The place was under construction, the corridor to access the room was crowded with construction material and rubish. The information sent for the self-check-in didn't match the place: we were told to check in on room 5, but room 5 was under construction with a construction worker inside. We had to contact the property admin, who told us to check in in a different room which was not exactly as in the pictures, but fine. The bunker bed was very fidly, I was travelling with three elderly people and the upper bed shaked so much that we didn't feel safe and had to sleep instead in the sofa-bed. The room description also said there was a fridge, which was important for us since one of the elderly people had diabetes and needed to store their insulin in a fridge. There was no fridge in our room, and we had to use a fridge located between two shared rooms in a different floor. The morning after the first night, we woke up to find some dirty socks left in the corridor right in front of our room's door. The admin asks people to put their own rubbish out of the flat, but the seagles of London make a mess out of it, such as the building door was behind a pile of rubbish. On the second day of our stay, a random person entered our room during the day - they told us they were the cleaner and that the admin told them we checked out (we were staying for 3 nights, though, and were only due check out the next day). All the doors (from the street and to the room) worked by code, and with the large amount of people coming in and out, we felt unsafe. During the first day of our stay, we had issues with a leaking shower and a leaking sink, which were soaking the bathroom floor. We complained, and someone was sent to fix it. During the last night, there was a leakage from the room's ceiling. We arrived back from the day, and the sofa and carpet were soaked. Admin did not react on time to fix that before we left.

No AC and the fan didn’t work. - Nothing Location-too far from main transport links The outside area was lined with litter and trash. The main hallways were crowded with construction materials and wet vac and cleaning supplies. We couldn’t even get to the room and had to lift our luggage over our shoulders to get to the room. It was a fire hazard and illegal to block the hallway and provide a Clear path. The rooms didn’t have AC, the little fan didn’t work.

• Anne (1/5): Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Le prix ne vaut pas le bon emplacement. - La situation géographique. Chambre beaucoup plus petite qu’annoncée dans les descriptions et montrée sur les photos. Literie de mauvaise qualité et très inconfortable. Chambre où il fait très chaud et le ventilateur proposé ne fonctionnait pas (cassé). Impossible de brancher la télé (pas de prise murale à proximité et pas de rallonge). Fuite d’eau dans la chambre, moquette mouillée à cause de la fuite. Vaisselle insuffisante pour cuisiner le soir si vous souhaitez manger à l’intérieur. Salle de bain peu propre et espaces communs sales (mégots par terre) et encombrés et minuscules. L’interlocutrice n’a pas répondu à nos messages quand nous l’avons sollicitée pour ces divers problèmes. En revanche lors du check-out, elle nous demandé (par message car nous ne l’avons jamais vue) de lui donner une évaluation de 10 étoiles… Trop cher pour la prestation malgré la bonne situation géographique, je ne recommande pas du tout.

• Françoise (1/5): - La proximité avec la ville The stairwell looks like a souk. The room we rented only confirmed this impression. No fridge, no coffee machine, and the bathrooms are bare bones. No comfort, and the place isn't clean. Luckily, London seduced us; it made up for the inconvenience of staying in such an ugly place.

• Guest (4/5): - La posizione è abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro di Londra Entrando nella struttura ci siamo trovati ad attraversare un corridoio stretto e con attrezzatura lasciata con il rischio di inciampare (a parte il discorso poco estetico). Entrati in camera un odore sgradevole rimasto anche avendo lasciato la finestra aperta tutto il giorno. Probabilmente dovuto ad una scarsa igiene della moquette. Una perdita di acqua dal boiler che ho segnalato e mi è stato dato un numero da contattare per far risolvere il problema. Ma non è compito dell'host?

• Markus (7/5): Wer eine gute Lage sucht und keinerlei Anspruch an eine bezahlbare Unterkunft hat, liegt hier richtig - Geniale Lage, Matratzen bequem, Dusche in Ordnung Kaum Platz, keine Stellmöglichkeit für Koffer, Ausziehsofa nicht benutzbar wegen schmerzhafter Streben im Sofa, Klo nicht abschließbar, kein Wasserkocher und Küchenutensilien wie beschrieben, Dreck unter dem Sofa und alte Socken im Schrank, kein Platz im Schrank weil vollgestopft mit Ersatzdecken etc, keine Garderobe oder Haken, um Jacken aufzuhängen.
• Ruth (4/5): - The location is well located in the city centre. When we arrive, the room was not yet clean so we left our luggage in another room that is available. When we came back at 9pm, the room was a full mess and it was not clean at all. We kept on calling them but to no avail. We also cannot access our luggage as they locked the room. It was a full mess that we need to clean the room ourselves cause we were all tired and just wanted to rest.

Très mal isolé donc beaucoup de bruit de la rue le soir et très chaud en cette période estivale. Aussi, le logement était assez sale. L'immeuble est en cours de rénovation donc peut-être en de meilleures conditions à l'avenir...
