• Nataša (7/5): Okay for the price - More like a guest house than a hotel, but if you are looking for a cheap accomodation just to sleepover, take a warm shower and have an okay breakfast, this is it. The staff members were polite. Also the place is just a few minutes walk from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and other landmarks. This place should do something about house rules for guests. Last two nights of our stay we had hard time sleeping due to a group of Russian tourists (mostly women) who were very loud late at night and early in the morning - yelling, laughing and banging doors. Also hygiene could be better as we found black hair both in the bathroom and bedroom.

• Fabiana (7/5): Básico mas bem localizado - A localização é excelente, perto dos principais pontos turísticos. É possível fazer tudo a pé. Local bonito e seguro. Acho que falta mais capricho. Tinha toalha rasgada, no primeiro dia quase não tinha comida no café da manhã e ele é bem fraquinho. A mesma coisa todos os dias.

• ANCA (4/5): - Hotelul este aproape de principalele atractii turistice. Aproape de statia de tramvai. Este masina de spalat rufe care te ajuta daca stai o perioada mai lunga. Studioul unde am fost cazati era la parter, urme de umezeala si mucegai in colturile camerei, fereastra cu geamul exterior spart. Lenjeria si prosoapele uzate, am primit si prosoape rupte. Micul dejun nu este variat si spatiul unde este servit este inghesuit si nu este curat. Se asteapta pentru eliberarea meselor.

Nach jedem Wunsch kommt das Personal sehr gut entgegen und ohne jeglicher Art von Erwartung oder Aufpreis haben sie zum Geburtstag zwei Torten als Überraschung geschenkt. When we arrived at around 1:00 AM, the place looked dirty, unsafe, and completely different from the photos shown on the site. We didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying there, so we had no choice but to leave immediately and find another place in the middle of the night. I reported the issue to Booking.com right away and initially received a message saying they would contact the property. After that, there was complete silence. No updates, no support, and no solution. To make things worse, my money was taken for a room I couldn’t even stay in, and nobody seems to care. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like being scammed – both by the hotel and by the lack of action from Booking.com. I’ve used Booking.com many times before, but this experience has completely destroyed my trust. Avoid this hotel at all costs, and think twice before booking if you expect help when something goes wrong.

• Xhihad (2/5): Avoid this hotel - It was a scam. There was nothing what to like. The hotel promoted on booking looked nothing like the actual hotel we stayed. Our room was in the basement, very dirty and to access it you had to crawl some narrow dark corridors where you could easily get lost. The license for this hotel should be revoked Everything. Rooms were dirty, breakfast was bad, the building itself didn't look like a hotel but more like an abandoned warehouse from a horror movie.

La struttura e molto pulita, ha una posizione molto buona, vicina alla stazione tram di Cemberlitas,a circa 600 mt da gran bazar, moschea blu ... La colazione molto fornita soprattutto salata. Unica nota negativa è proprio la struttura che secondo me ha bisogno di un restauro: la tenda della camera si è staccata, lo specchio nel bagno pure, il letto che scricchiola ogni volta che ti giri...

Acces with car is a bit tricky, but it's like everywhere in Istanbul. If you have rented car, I advice you, you have insurance for scratches ;)

Very good location, so close to the main attractions. Personnel was friendly. The room was pretty clean. Free Wi-Fi in the hotel was good. Did not like the breakfast, it was bearable, but tomatoes were often dirty, watermelon was cut the way it was impossible to take with the offered handle. Coffee and juice were very, very, very bad, awful I might say. Everything in the bathroom was like it was done for kids - so little, so close to the floor.
