A bit not clean enough for the new apartment. There was no washing machine tablets , washing liquids, no kitchen rags. The kettle was in limescale …. No rubbish bags. And only one room key and one electronic key. With out electronic key it’s not possible to enter the building and to use the lift as well. So if you are more the one it’s not comfortable. The apartment is for about 4-6 persons . And no one TV set in the apartment.

Essendo una famiglia numerosa, per noi mangiare alla sera a casa è essenziale, c'erano pochi utensili a disposizione.

• Ifeoma (4/5): I stayed for over 10days. Communication was fast. However, there was a confusion at checkout and we were really treated - Property itself is clean and secure. Close to east croydon train station and box park. Next door to tesco express. Easy for travellers to really get by if you’re an eat out person and do not have need for a tv. Washing machine/dryer provided. A small tin of sugar, coffee are provided as well as shampoo and body wash. They were generous with towels and sheets but only after my first booking was up. They offered a mid-stay clean prior to second booking and that was nice. The cleaner was nice. The actual property concierge are very nice and helpful. No Tv. No microwave. No coffee maker. Very minimal pots/ pan. No sponge to wash dishes. 1 key and 1fob provided and you need fob to enter building and elevator. Without fob, you’re at the mercy of a fellow tenant to get into the building if no one is in your apartment. Then you need to wait until you have the fob available to get to your designated apartment floor. The beds were hell and back. No foam. You are basically laying on the spring. More than due for a change. Could provide a firmer mattress for the money collected.

• CLAVERIE (8/5): Very spacious and comfortable apartment - The apartment is extremely spacious and very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a real plus and very practical. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. Communication through the platform was very easy and efficient, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. The apartment was also very well heated. The only small downside was the limited kitchen equipment available for cooking, although there were enough basic cutlery.

Maybe add some detail to pre arrival email about disembarkment. We didn't know where to pull in with the car to offload our luggage. It was very warm and we couldn't regulate the temperature with the wall mounted controls.

• ABDULRAZAQ (6/5): سكن جميل بس مخيب للامال - لايوحد افطار ..المكان نظيف ولكن تنقصه اشياء لتكون شقه في قمه الروعه اصحاب العثار بخلاء جدا جدا جدا .. لايدفعون باوندا او اقل منه من اجل راحتك رغم انك دقعت لهم الكثير من المال لم يعجبني الكثير واليكم بعض منها 1- الاسره هابطه ولينه جدا جدا جدا لدرجه تهبظ علي الارض وكانه في ماء وسط بركه سباحه 2- بخل في وضع اكياس قمامه 3- بخل في الصابون السائل لغسل الملابس والصحون .. رغم انني جلست 14 يوم لم يقدم لي الا كيس واحدفقط للقمامه والقليل القليل القليل من الصابون للصحون لاتوحد اي علامات حيه في الشقه كمناظر او ازهار صناعيه لتطفي علي الشقه رونق وطابع الجمال 4- الاوني الطبخ سيئه وبهذا صدا وبقع لاتزول حتي لو قمت بغسلها 5- غلايه الماء صداءه ومتكلس فيها الملح ورفضو اغييرها بحجه انها جديده وهذا غير صحيح 6- مغادرتي تركت لهم علبه سائل للصحون واكياس قمامه وسائل لتعطير الملابس وتركت لهم شي من الاكل ليعرفو مدي كرم الساكن لديهم 7- كثيرون الكذب في وعودهم بحل المشكله لكن لاتحل ابدا ابدا جلست 14 يوم لم اجد زائر واحد من الاداره القائمه علي الشقه . 8- ياخدون الاموال بحجه النظافه وانت من تقوم بالتنظيف ويشترط عليك ان تترك الشقه نظيفه فور مغادرتك. 9- احدو مني تقريبا 40 باوند لاتمكن من الدخول قبل موعدي بساعتين بحجه ان الشقه فيها ساكن اخر عيري بعد الدفع ادخلت نفس الشقه التي حجزت لي من قبل ولم يتم تغيير الشقه 14 يوم هذا دليل علي ان الشقه خاليه من اي ضيف . المنطقه بها اناس من البشره السمراء بكثره ولم اعلم ان اصلا المنطقه من المناطق الغير امنه بنسبه 100% اخبرت بعد مغادرتي من سايق التكسي اثناء توصيلي للمطار بان المطفه اصلا غير امنه الا اني بكل صراحه لم اجد اي مضايقات لاني معظم الوقت حارجالشقه في وسط لندن . لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ان لم يتم تغير سياستهممن الضيف فتحن ندفع للحصول علي راحه وليسا لسرقه جيوبنا السكن قريب من محطه القطار وسوبرماركت وبعض المحلات التجاريه وهي كانت كافيه لتبضع منها .

• Omar (10/5): Exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone visiting London. - I was in town for my wedding. The property greatly exceeded my expectations. Keys were easy to pick up. Facility was clean and spacious. Further, it was extremely close to food, groceries, train station, and most importantly, to my wife's family's houses. I would highly recommend renting this unit. It is thoroughly sufficient for any and all occasions. Very little I did not like. The unit could use a microwave? We had family bring us food, and it was a bit inconvenient reheating food on the stove. Had the unit came with a microwave, it would have made food warming pretty easy. Other than that, no other complaints.

Area was safe to walk around. NO TV - this was not acceptable. No curtains in the main living area. Felt exposed and it was cold and hard to heat the area during our winter stay.

Equipe de atendimento muito solicita e cordial, respondem rapidamente e sempre nos perguntando se está tudo bem. Mesmo estando em Croydon a localização é segura e muito próximo da estação de trem. Deveria ter mais utensílios para cozinhar e para limpeza do apartamento.

• Imperia (5/5): In summary, it was a decent stay, but the comfort and cleanliness could definitely be improved. - My family stayed at the Blossoms in Croydon recently and it had some positives. The location was fantastic, just a five-minute walk from our home and right by the station, making transport super convenient. The apartment was spacious, bright, and modern. However, there were several downsides. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, too soft, and you could feel the springs, which was especially problematic for my mum who has back issues. Additionally, there were not enough cups and glasses on arrival for the number of guests, and we had to clean some items ourselves. On top of that, my sister found a comb with hair on it under one of the mattresses, which was concerning in terms of cleanliness. We also had issues with maintenance regarding the mattresses as they were unable to provide a solution, which was disappointing.

The room was quite cold amd we could not adjust it, the living room door could not close properly, there was no proper shampoo and not very easy to get a hold of the people. The two blossoms - short and long term do not communicate very well with one another either. But this is a new place. We hope that by the time we could come back, such details would have been fixed.

• Diamy (3/5): Chaotic and Unsettling at first until I had to go get the basic amenities to finally settle in! - Located near the train station - NO TV - At the point of booking, I made it clear I was coming with a 10 year old. To not CLEARLY HIGHLIGHT or CALL OUT that the property does NOT have a TV for entertainment is UNFAIR & UNACCEPTABLE. Even when I pleaded and offered to pay if required! - NO MICROWAVE - Secondly no microwave to heat up meals!

• Maren (8/5): Perfect location for London visitors - The location was really great, especially since you can get to the city in 15 minutes by express train. Easy to get to the south coast (Brighton, Littlehampton, Seaford...) in about 1 Hour. Also buses, tram, shops, supermarkets, restaurants such as Boxpark Croydon with international food, were very close. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was large, and the windows were good, allowing a good night's sleep. You could't hear the trains although the the platforms were very close. A big fridge and washer/dryer were a great bonus. The key handover was a bit difficult at first; there was no key fob, which I only received the next day. The staff weren't immediately available. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed; a little coziness, such as a sofa blanket, a rug, or a plant, wouldn't be a bad idea - ;-) A TV would also have been nice. The apartment smelled a little strange at first.

• Rudy (9/5): Amazing property with hosts that were responsive and friendly. - The property was spacious and located in a nice area that was close to transportation, food and entertainment. The balcony was a nice touch with a beautiful view at night. I was initially concerned about the fact that there is no fan or AC but the temperature dropped at night and we were almost cold so we didn’t need either one lol. The WiFi was a nice touch as well and it worked really well. The kitchen was clean and stocked with all the utensils we needed. I liked that they provided a few essentials such as body wash, dish soap, tea bags and sugar to name a few. This was a helpful start until we got around to shopping. Overall, the property was very nice and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the space and happy we didn’t have to live in a super small space for 8 days. That is, compared to the spaces our other family members were staying in, we felt like we got such an amazing deal and value for our money. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property honestly. We felt we got bang for our buck.

Zone a kadar kullansbiliyorsunuz. Sonrasında national kullanmak zorundasınız. 1-5 zone arası oyster haftalık yallaşık 80 p, 1-3 arası yaklaşık 50. Ayrıca undergruound da 11 yaşa kadar çocuk ücretsiz, national da ise 5 yaş üstü ücretli ve 4.5 p cıvarı. Ve de underground dan in, national tarafına geç vs konuşurken ki kadar kolay olmuyor. Sonuç olarak bu bölge ulaşım için zor ve pahalı oluyor, özellikle çocukluysanız. Çevredeki olanaklar da sınırlıydı. Yatak odalarında komodin dışında üzerine bişey koyabileceğiniz hiçbirşey yoktu. Gardrop sadece askılardan olusıyor, bir raf vs yok. Eşyaların çoğu bavullarda kaldı.

• Saman (4/5): Avoid, not worth the hassle - Location was great, check in process was easy Bed was extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the springs on the mattress. One very soft pillow is provided per person, I had to fold my clothes under the pillow to raise it. The insulation isn't great, you can hear and feel a breeze running through the flat, especially in the bedroom. Curtains are not good, they let the light in so you're forced to wake up with the sunrise. The amount of forms and details you have to provide online before your stay feels unnecessary. Extremely rigid rules about check in hours otherwise you must pay extra (25£ after 10pm and 50£ after midnight). Even though the check in is just collecting a key from reception. This really ruined our trip as we had to change our plans, trek all the way from central to east Croydon to check in, just to go back to central London. The guest team are not flexible in the slightest to try to accommodate you. Found used toilet paper under the toilet, the toilet also had dried stains on the front - didn't feel like it had been cleaned. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.

• Fahinaz (9/5): Blossoms : our humble abode - First of all the location was excellent, just few steps away from east croydon train station, tramline and bus stops. The view from the balcony was majestic and sipping a cup of coffee from there was a treat to the eyes.The apartment was well decorated and had all the amenities that were needed.WIfi supported and fresh air through the windows was an added bonus. There was no one at the concierge mostly, so even if we had doubts and queries we could not ask anyone.

Since we were in the 7th floor and the balcony was on the railway platform side, the apartment was very noisy. To get relieved from the noise we tried to close the balcony door, then it was too hot. There was no fan and the cooling system was horrible as there was no system to set specific temperature. There should be a fan in the room as well as in the hall.

Especially in the nights, it was impossible to sleep. The window in the bedroom couldn't be opened horizontally. Would suggest the owners to keep atleast one fan in the bedroom, which will help during summer.

• Onu (10/5): We would definitely recommend The Blossoms to anyone visiting London, and we will absolutely be looking to stay here aga - Our stay at The Blossoms in Croydon was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't have picked a better place for our trip to London with my husband! The location was truly unbeatable, making it incredibly easy to get around with all the transportation options available right near town. We especially appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was, and the fantastic view from the accommodation was an added bonus. The host was exceptional, always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay so much smoother. We genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our time there, from the peaceful atmosphere with no noise from other guests to the cozy kitchen which we particularly loved. The only small suggestion we would have to make it feel even more like a home away from home would be the addition of a TV, as we had to bring our own which was a bit stressful. However, this was a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay.
• Arun (4/5): I would never stay here again - The layout of the apartment was good, and the location is okay, if you like the noise of trains. The cost of traveling on the Rail, as opposed to the tube adds up and makes this place even less worthwhile. The staff at the reception were very pleasant and polite, as were the security guys, but they could never help with anything and only sent me to The staff gave me a Whatsapp number to contact the manager, if I needed anything, but the number didn't work. The guys at the reception in our building were just security, so they could never help us. We had to go to the other building to complain about the heat or lack of cleaning supplies. We were there in the middle of a heatwave, and the place has NO AIRCONDITIONING, and the HEATER was ON!!! I repeatedly emailed the address I was given. and they asked me to adjust the thermostat. This was useless and didn't change the temperature at all. After multiple complaints at the reception, someone was sent over who flipped a switch in the utility cupboard to change the system from heating to cooling. But the cooling system still did not work for more than two weeks! They kept saying they were fixing it, and it only kicked in during week 3, and even then it was pretty weak during a HEATWAVE! We opened the windows for some air, but between the noise of the train station outside (even though we were on the 13th floor, it was very LOUD) and the bugs that started drifting in, it was impossible to sleep. If they had told us they couldn't fix the cooling system, we could have found a different place to stay. Instead they dragged it on, and by the time the thing was working, the heat wave was mostly done. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the sheets were cheap, considering what you pay for the place. I had to buy my own stuff to clean the place, as we were staying for a month. The place had just been painted and still had a light coating of dust, which only got worse once we kept the windows open. There's no coffee maker or microwave, btw. This place was either not ready to be rented (we were the first people there), or it's generally going to keep having these problems.

• Peter (1/5): VERY AWFUL / DEPRESSING EXPERIENCE - Location was great I was lodged in there two-bedroom apartment, I stayed in for over three weeks and it was a complete disaster. I paid a huge amount of money for a place that lacked basic amenities. There was no TV and no microwave, which made staying there very uncomfortable / depressing. To make matters worse, the apartment was not cleaned even once during the entire three weeks I lodged there. I complained to the manager about the poor condition, and I was told to go buy a TV myself and that I can take it when I was leaving (for someone that travelled all the way from Africa to the UK London precisely). The management's attitude was rude and unprofessional, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against staying here; it’s a total rip-off.
