- Summer (5/5): Decent apartment, bare bones hosts - The apartment and key were easy to find, the lockbox worked exactly as outlined in the check in notes. There was always parking available. We had some issues with the hosts of this listing. I started writing the whole story out here and got cut off by character limit so I will just state that we found this unit to be improperly stocked (1 partially used roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no paper towels, a single dish rag that had been used and smelled, 4 towels total for 3 people on a weeks stay). After some issues with the laundry machine and a third attempt from the host to take more of our money I let them know how disappointed I was and their response was hostile and shocking. Honestly we were travelling abroad with our 1 year old and the way they responded to me left me feeling that if I had engaged anymore we could find ourselves without a place to stay so I decided the best course was to stop responding to them and leave the review after we were back home. 2 parts of the response that concerned me were about the crib and the washing machine. We had requested a crib, stating not once but twice that it would nice but not necessary. They later implied that I made them purchase a crib that they would "likely never use again" all to accommodate me -this was untrue. And then they stated that as the user I was responsible for the maintenance of their washing machine. Proper operation, yes absolutely, but maintenance of a major appliance that is who knows how old? No we were absolutely not responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the machine. And we had completed laundry in the unit before the issue happened so we do not believe there was any improper use. The apartment was decent but the hosts made us feel uncomfortable and like we couldn't rely on them for the duration of our stay.

- José Ramón Rojas Martínez (7/5): Excelente ubicación y excelente relación calidad-precio. Pobre atención por parte de la anfitriona. - La relación calidad-precio excelente y la ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de Dublín. Llegamos en avión a Irlanda, luego cogimos en el aeropuerto un coche de alquiler. Menos mal que el alojamiento no quedaba lejos del centro de la ciudad ni del aeropuerto, porque no estoy habituado a conducir por la izquierda. Tuvimos dos problemas:
1) las mantas eran demasiado gruesas para finales del mes de agosto (eran mantas nórdicas), por Whatsapp le pedí a la anfitriona unas mantas de verano, y nos respondió que no le era posible suministrarlas.
2) Un día sábado la llave de entrada a la casa se atascaba en la cerradura con demasiada frecuencia, por Whatsapp le pedí una mejor copia de la llave a la anfitriona, y no nos respondió, supongo que porque era fín de semana.

- Helen (6/5): Pleasent enough - This would be a lot higher rated , as was a nice apartment but sadly a few bits let it down.
A nice location for walks and easy bus to catch to centre. 1 right at the end of advert , where no one looks , is a catch where you have to pay £500 deposit for damages before you get there.
2 the key to the front door of the apartment building does not work! Making it very hard to enter. We had to get other people living in the flats to let us in.
3 the cleaner didn’t do a very good job, before we arrived, as There was rotting food in a bin , hair in sink, floor covered in bits.
- JULIE (8/5): - Le logement était spacieux, propre et bien équipé. C'était agréable de le retrouver après une journée dans le centre de Dublin. Ca ne pourra pas être amélioré, mais l'accessibilité en transports en commun est un peu compliquée (les bus sont rares). Il pourrait être utile de donner des conseils, des horaires... Par exemple, utiliser le P+R de Red Cow a fini par s'avérer une meilleure solution que le bus direct pour le centre-ville (très long : une heure). Il y en a peut-être d'autres que nous n'avons pas trouvées par nous-mêmes.
- ANGEL DAVID (2/5): - La casa está ubicada en una urbanización de residentes que no se muestran muy amables con la presencia de turistas. La presión a que somete la empresa explotadora a sus huéspedes para que faciliten fotos de pasaportes es directamente ilegal, ya que exigen foto de la cara con el pasaporte al lado así como foto directa del pasaporte que queda en propiedad de esta empresa. El apartamento en sí está descuidado con cantidad de mobiliario roto, taburetes y sillas de comedor, placa vitrocerámica, etc aún cuando te han obligado a contratar un servicio de bloqueo de fianza de 600€!! que tiene un costo de 7 € y un seguro de devolución de cantidades de otros 12€! Por si fuera poco, a escasos 30 minutos de abandonar la vivienda comienzan a llamar a cada uno de los huéspedes registrados para que abandonen la vivienda a la hora exacta, ni un minuto más, con amenaza de cargar 50 € sobre la fianza en caso de incumplimiento. Las prácticas de esta empresa son claramente una perversión de la presunción que tenemos las personas de no ser tratadas como potenciales criminales
- Jamal (5/5): Great location but no attention to detail - Location and facilites were great However the house could have been cleaner, there were rotten foods in the fridge and cupboards.
Also, the main point of an Airbnb is to sleep, however one of the rooms was really bright despite the blinds. With lights from the road at night and sunlight early in the morning, it was very difficult to sleep.

- Tamara (9/5): We had a nice stay, I would recommend to anyone. - Spacious living room, 2 comfortable bedrooms, nicely furnished, everything was nicely clean In bedrooms there was a lot of sunlight in the evening so it was difficult for kids to put them to sleep, otherwise everything was great
