• Sanne (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Heel klein, rare indeling, on hygiënisch, zeer luidruchtige buurt, hele smalle lift, dit is geen plek om een hotel te kunnen runnen. Badkamer en douche zeer klein. Toilet niet schoon en handdoeken ook. Waterkoker onbruikbaar wegens te veel verkalking.

L’esperienza è stata davvero ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista: camere pulite, struttura ben posizionata e personale sempre disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Saeid, un ragazzo estremamente gentile e disponibile, che ci ha aiutato molto durante il soggiorno rendendo tutto ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura!

Chambre qui pourrait avoir du potentiel si le ménage était correctement fait avant l’arrivée: carrelage évier salle de bain avec projection, cheveux qui traînent, rideaux qui mériteraient d’être débarrassés de leurs acariens. Chambre à déconseiller aux allergiques ! Pas de ménage ni de changement de serviette pendant le séjour, dans cet hôtel, il est à demander. Quartier très bruyant le week-end.

• Shafiur (8/5): Reliable Choice with Exceptional Staff - Crown taksim hotel exceeded my expectations for a short trip in Istanbul. The room was modern and cozy with a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the quick check-in process and the 24-hour service. It’s very centrally located, which made getting around easy. Only downside was the slightly noisy street, but overall, great value for money.

• Surayya (1/5): Between the yellow-stained sheets and the filthy bathroom, it was hands-down the most disgusting and unsanitary place I’ - It was in a horrible condition. We had to leave immediately after checking in. The bedsheet was covered in large yellow stains. The bathroom was equally disgusting and appeared neglected for quite some time. Hygiene should be the bare minimum, and this hotel failed miserably. Unfortunately, it was waste of money as we had to look for another hotel due to feeling unsafe in this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please refer to the photos to see condition of bedsheet, bathroom, and overall cleaning of the room. Additionally, there is no hot water running in the sink.

• Tatyana (9/5): Everything was excellent. I’d recommend it! - Great stay overall! The location is perfect - lots of cafes and shops nearby, and the metro is just a short walk away. Everything was very clean, and the host was friendly and helpful. The only downside is some noise from bars below in the evenings (didn’t bother me, but might for others). Also, the pillows were quite high and firm, not very comfortable.

There was no hot water, the room was extremely cold, and there was no staff or reception available at any time. As I was traveling with three children, this situation was unsafe and completely unsuitable for a family stay. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel at my own expense. The property failed to provide even the most basic services expected from any hotel. Very disappointing experience.

• Emine (8/5): Preis-Leitung top und super Lage! - Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. Sie waren rund um die Uhr im Hotel, sodass man jederzeit eine Ansprechperson hatte. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls super, da sich das Zentrum direkt in der Nähe befindet und Bus- sowie Bahnverbindungen jederzeit schnell und einfach zu erreichen sind. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber, sodass ich sorgenfrei schlafen konnte. Wirklich super! 😊 Hier ist eine sprachlich flüssigere und korrekt formulierte Version: Leider war der Toilettendeckel defekt bzw. komplett vom Porzellan abgebrochen. Als Notlösung wurde uns jedoch sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Was mir persönlich etwas gefehlt hat, ist, dass die Zimmer zumindest täglich gereinigt werden könnten – wenigstens die Böden saugen oder wischen. Nach zwei Tagen waren die Böden bereits sehr staubig und schmutzig.

So close to taksim square and Havana’s station. 2 rooms are very clean and heating is working perfectly. 3 super friendly and warm receptionists. All of them are so friendly and smiling. Really way too noisy. One of reason being the thin windows and one of them couldn’t be closed properly. I stayed 5 days and during the last 2 days there was a very strong Tabbaco smell in the room, probably coming from the street and poor isolation.

• Sabina (10/5): - The location of the hotel is really excellent. It is located near the metro, so it is very easy to get to many of Istanbul’s attractions. This is a big advantage for travelers who plan to move around the city a lot. It is also worth noting the very good Wi-Fi — the internet worked fast and reliably throughout the entire stay. Unfortunately, this is where the positive aspects end. When we arrived, it felt like the guests were not expected at all. There was not even toilet paper in the room, not to mention water or other basic amenities that you would normally expect in a hotel. Therefore, I would recommend bringing your own toothbrushes and necessary toiletries. The biggest issue was housekeeping. I understand that for this price you cannot expect a luxury hotel, but if the cleaning had been at a good level, many small imperfections could easily have been overlooked. However, there was no cleaning at all on the first day. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, we were told that we needed to leave the key at the reception, and only then housekeeping could enter the room. In the end, during our 4-night stay the room was cleaned only once. The next day, when we asked again for cleaning, we were told that we were not entitled to it anymore because the room is cleaned once every two days. This was quite unpleasant. In the end, the housekeepers only took the trash that we had specifically placed near the door. The trash inside the bins in the room was not taken at all. We also asked the reception several times to bring water to the room. Each time we were told, “Yes, of course,” but in the end no water was ever delivered. Overall, the level of service at this hotel leaves much to be desired, and we were very disappointed with our stay.

• Olga (10/5): Отличное расположение, прекрасное соотношение цена/качество, однозначно рекомендую. - Понравилось все - удобное расположение, очень очень дружелюбый персонал, готовый помочь во всем (парень на ресепшн даже отдал свой обогреватель - а было холодно и он сидит у самой двери! - чтобы я могла высушить куртку), очень уютный номер, чистый и со свежим ремонтом, в номере все необходимое есть. Ну, конечно, ночью шумновато. Однако повлиять на это никак нельзя, все-таки очень туристическое место, рядом много кафэ и ресторанов и конечно же людей. Но об этом мы знали заранее, были к этому готовы и отдых нам это не испортило!

• ILIAS VASILEIOU (8/5): - Ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο σε πολυ καλή τοποθεσία στο κεντρο της ιστικλαλ κάτω απο την πλατεία ταξίμ. Καθαρό περιποιημένο με εξυπηρέτηση σε πτι ζητήσουμε. Θετική εμπειρία ωραίο δωμάτιο. Υπήρχε θόρυβος απο τα κάτω μαγαζιά αλλα δεν ηταν καθόλου ενοχλητικός. Γενικα μια καλή επιλογή για ζευγάρι. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε ακομα και όταν κλειδώνει. Επισης οταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε χαρτί τουαλέτας και η λεκάνη ηταν βρώμικη και χρησιμοποιημένη, αλλα μετα απο ενημέρωση ηρθε προσωπικό καθαρισμού και καθάρισαν. Το πιστολάκι μαλλιών ηταν κατεστραμένο μύριζε σαν καμένο και έβγαζε περίεργους ήχους, αλλα και αυτο αντικατασταθηκε άμεσα. Τελος τα μαξιλάρια ηταν λιγο σκληρά και ψηλά αλλα αυτο ειναι προσωπική γνώμη.
