• raquel (5/5): Calidad precio no se puede pedir mucho más - Que tuviese cinco habitaciones y dos baños. Y la parada del bus en la puerta Los vecinos. El suelo hacía ruido, éramos 7 personas que intentábamos no hacer ruido pero solo con caminar los vecinos ya se molestaban. Es un súper apartamento que si lo tuviesen coqueto estaría genial, solo tenía dos sillas y una de ellas rota, el sofá para tirarlo, las paredes manchadas, faltaban puertas de muebles en la cocina. Aunque tenía la cocina bastante equipada, no había cafetera, lo cual es indispensable para mi

Totally unacceptable - I didn’t like anything bcoz since we checked in i got issues with property there was no electricity no hot water also no boiler bcoz the room was totally cold. I requested the management team to assit & sort me out but no one did that neither answered positively. We stay 2 days but we couldn’t take the shower bcoz boiler problem was not resolve just imagine staying 2 days without taking shower. I give zero points to this property bcoz am not happy at all My comments Same as above

• Hergen Haye (1/5): A whole lot of nothing ! - Nothing The fact that we booked the place around 11pm as we needed to vacate to an alternative place for the night. Once we booked, we expected check-in details Which never came. Phoning the owner, we were first greeted by the ringtone of the phone. On our second attempt, we got the answer machine. We were deliberately ignored. The end result was a sleepless and stressful night without the comfort and security of a place to stay:.absolutely disgraceful .
• Hannah (4/5): Semi convenient location. Poor cleanliness. Disappointed. - The property has huge potential to be lovely. It is big and the rooms are a good size. Hot water available. Quick responses online to help us find the entrance. I did provide photos showing the condition of the property and been told they've been passed to management and it will take 10-15 days to consider my request for a partial refund. So many flies. Counted 13 flies in one bedroom. It was not very clean. Towels had stains. Dust on all surfaces and random screws/coins lying around. Lump of butter on the toaster. The buzzer went off sporadically overnight, around 2am and then a few times around 4am so we decided to just take it off the hook so we couldn't hear it/so we didn't keep being woken up. Broken sofa and 3 chairs so insufficient seating for our group. One bed seemed a bit broken but luckily was not needed for our group size. Two rooms had broken window blinds so people who slept in there were woken early. One of the two toilets was unusable as the cistern had been tiled in with a hole for the flush but there was no flush.
• Aaron (10/5): - The apartment was absolutely incredible, there is plenty of rooms, spacious and it was amazingly clean. With such a large group options were limited within our budget but this place ended up being exceptional. The host was great too, letting us drop our bags off earlier than the check in time which was a massive help. Additionally there is also a great view of London available from the rear facing windows! No bad comment to be made about the apartment itself however I wouldn't hang around the area.
• Marie-Emilie (4/5): Bien pour un groupe de potes, pas en famille. - L’emplacement. Avec le bus 159, en une quarantaine de minutes, on arrive à Westminster. Le bus roule 24/24. L’appartement est grand et convient pour 10 personne. Le ménage n’avait pas été fait. Seuls les lits et les serviette étaient propres. Le canapé est en piteux état donc la 11ème personne de notre groupe a dormi par terre! Vieux chewing-gum collé au sol, moquette sale, intérieur des tiroirs avec des restes de nourriture… bref bien pour dormir (et encore un lit très inconfortable!) et passer les journées sur Londres. Une seule clé disponible donc peu pratique en groupe. Seulement 3 chaises pour s’asseoir. Franchement je ne reviendrai pas même si évidemment niveau prix c’est imbattable pour Londres.

• Davies (10/5): Do again!! - The owners were quick replying, friendly and helped every way they could even with our sudden quick check in and when we arrived it was well organised and the place was so clean and welcoming we had everything we needed even for the two babies with us....This place was such an amazing experience and definitely made London an experience to remember and will definitely be returning again !! Thank you so much to the owners everyone should use it's so convenient including close free parking to the facility and convenience stores plus tubes and buses all at just a few mins walk. An experience to remember thank you so much!! The rooms were just like the photos and the beds were so comfy and clean even my babies dropped so quick I didn't have to ask them, definitely a huge recommendation!! Nothing it was an amazing experience not a single fault to the place even other tenants was polite and in close proximity to all we wanted to visit❤️

The beds had slept in the towels were used and on the hallway floor. Crumbs all over living room carpet. Couldn’t stay here had to book elsewhere
• Josie (8/5): Good value for group - All equal sized rooms for 10 people. Clean and good location for what we needed. Easy check in and check out process through the lockbox. Good showers and kitchen facilities. The apartment is on the 4th floor and should be noted as a lot of stairs. Not a problem for our group though.
• Kayleigh (7/5): Good - Huge property plenty of space. Hosts very friendly. Some broken furniture still left in property. Really didn't brother us but could annoy others. Would be good to have spare pillows
