• Bianca (1/5): Misleading and disappointing tbh and also very damaged. Good view though - The view from the hotel was genuinely beautiful and easily the highlight of the stay. All of our interactions with the staff were over the phone, and they were consistently rude and dismissive. The tone was abrupt and unfriendly, with no effort to be polite or helpful. It often felt like we were inconveniencing them just by asking simple questions. Instead of listening properly, they would cut us off, give short and blunt answers, and rush the conversation without making sure anything was actually resolved. On top of that, the communication was very poor. We were given unclear and inconsistent information, and some things we were told over the phone turned out not to be true. This made the whole experience even more frustrating, as it felt misleading and unprofessional. When we tried to follow up or clarify, the same rude and dismissive attitude continued, with no accountability taken. Adding to the disappointment, many of the apartment amenities were in poor condition. Doors weren’t shutting properly, the curtains were damaged and broken, and the bathroom handle was broken. It felt like basic maintenance and customer service were both lacking. So much damage in the hotel. Overall, while the view was nice, the rude staff, poor communication, and lack of upkeep made the stay disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again unless there are major improvements.
• Vlad Estonia (8/5): - Incredible view. Amazing location. Cozy apartments. Strange, unfriendly service. A simple request for an extra blanket led to a lengthy, uncomfortable, and disrespectful exchange of messages, which ended with an offer to buy one out of pocket. The large burner on the gas stove is malfunctioning and dangerous. If the owners replace their managers with more professional ones, or improve their qualifications, these apartments would be one of the best options in Melbourne.
• Vicki (3/5): Very dissatisfying - I’m sorry to say it’s only the view that was great It was filthy, the fillers for the donor covers were to small so didn’t cover the bed, the air con filter change light was flashing, everything was filthy I mean really filthy

• Juan Ignacio (3/5): Very disappointing. - The property was in poor condition due to significant water damage. Upon arrival, we found the living room carpet completely soaked. It appeared that water had been leaking from behind a wall, affecting both the living room and the main bedroom, leaving the carpets thoroughly saturated. We attempted to control the leak and dry the carpets ourselves, but they remained wet for the entire duration of our stay. We reported the issue to the contact provided via Booking.com (Advante Homes); however, no meaningful assistance was offered. No one came to inspect or repair the problem, and despite requesting compensation, none was provided.
