There was a strong unpleasant perfume that hit you as soon as you entered and even with windows open we could not get rid of it the entire stay . The bathroom is tiny and water leaked out into the bedroom. Felt cluttered with tiny things and fake flowers full of dust everywhere. Rugs looked dirty. Collection of keys from subway not easy or convenient - only 3-4 minute walk but not easy to find.

Not so much good isolation plus there were lot of construction work( next Appartment with drill from 08.30 in the morning)going on during our stay which was not the owners fault ( but it was annoying ).

• Caroline (10/5): Beautiful apartment in an exciting area of Paris! - This is a fantastic and unique apartment in an excellent and historic location with amazing window shopping, at le Place Vendome. Versailles style furnishings are fun and different. Very comfortable king bed. Situated in an older building across from some very fancy hotels, to give you the feeling of living as a local. Nice to have a tiny kitchen and living room. And the complimentary wine and asian tea were very nice. Maybe the host can arrange to have somemone meet the guests so the collection of the key at the metro is not an additional requirement. That was a bit of a hassle after our long flight from SF. Especially if one is staying for a longer period of time, as we did. We were able to negotiate a drop off of the key in the room which made it easier to make our flight to Corsica.

• Thelma (7/5): Top locatie - De locatie is top, het appartement is schoon en de communicatie met de beheerder is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement is niet geschikt voor vier volwassenen. Alleen om te overnachten is prima, verder kun je er niet comfortabel zitten of gezamenlijk eten. Gelukkig zijn er voldoende lekkere restaurants in de buurt 😀.

• Nataliia (8/5): Мила квартира з чудовим розташуванням в 10-15 хвилинах від Лувру та хороших ресторанів - Гарний інтер’єр. Є два широких ліжка у різних кімнатах з хорошим вибором подушок. Дуже класне розташування! Лише за нього можу 10 балів залишити! Квартира невелика, але усе необхідне є, навіть пральна машина, що дуже зручно у подорожах (засоби для прання теж є). Замість праски є маленький відпарювач. Є косметика для душу, зубна паста зі щіткою. Є достатньо капців. Власник безкоштовно запропонував напої в холодильнику (кола, пиво, шампанське) як моральну компенсацію за те що ми мали труднощі на кордоні і в першу добу не змогли заїхати в апартаменти. Не сподобався запах в квартирі. Таке враження, ніби там розлили відро не найкращих старих важких парфумів. Постійно провітрювали приміщення. Немає тюлі на вікнах, тому з відкритими шторами проглядається все що відбувається в квартирі, що не зручно, тому що вікна дуже близько до вікон сусідів. Не сподобалась велика кількість штучних квітів в декорі. Вони все псують і збирають пил. Зламаний душ який неможливо закріпити в потрібному положенні, верхній душ теж не працює нормально, коли його вмикаєш, вода ллється навіть в спальню.

• Anne (4/5): Elegant surroundings in the heart of Paris - The location was perfect, the building the apartment was located was gorgeous. The shower was broken, the bathroom didn’t have any lights for makeup. The rooms were cluttered with cleaning equipment. The wardrobe was cluttered with additional bed linen and unusable. The kitchen was so badly designed the fridge could not be included, but sat in the living space. The living room had another bed in it - could you not put in an elegant fold out lounge and create a truly beautiful living space? There is no or very dim lighting from the street to the rear lift well - where one accessed the apartment - it felt unsafe. Collecting a key from a metro station, involving stairs, when you are unfamiliar with the place, travelling on your own with a large suitcase was ridiculous. (Despite the many images Patrick had sent) The alternative- though better - meant I was met with people who had no idea why I was there. The whole ‘arrival’ experience left me very shaken.

• Andriy (10/5): Very good. - Incredible location in the middle of the city. Walking distance to a lot of awesome places - restaurants, branded stores, historical buildings, metro station. The building is also very cool with tall ceilings and cute old elevation. Management was very helpful, understanding, and responsive. Small details matter, and they know that. None.

Felt like such a nice Parisian experience for mother & adult daughter travel. Would absolutely recommend & go back. Everything you need including lovely robes, slippers, coffee, pop, wine, Champaign. We booked here for the last week of our travel & so nice to be able to do laundry; have separate rooms, lots of space for all our shopping. Patrick was responsive to all questions. Building itself is lovely with working lift, large spiral stair case. Room looks into inner courtyard. Key pick up at metro. My daughter & I don’t split up while traveling if possible, especially around metro. It was grid lock traffic in the rain & getting key from there with heavy bags at the end of a long travel day was overwhelming. Ask about other options as we arranged differently when leaving. The apartment is accessed through a 2nd elevator/staircase at back of building, just as lovely. We missed this in instructions & the building is so wow…it’s not the first elevator!

• Jehanzaib (9/5): Ideal location, beautiful unit. - The location is everything. 15 minute walk to the Louvre. 5 minute walk to Galleries Lafayette. Walking distance or a short ride to most of the places on my list to visit. Building and the unit are beautiful. Nice to have an elevator because my mom can’t handle too many flights of stairs consistently. The buildings in Paris are old and many don’t have elevators. Secure building. Unit is beautifully decorated and had a lot of nice touches like great working fans, air purifier, towel warmer, plus essential items that were really helpful. Could have used more surface space to hold items.

• Michael (5/5): Nice apartment, good facilities, perfect location, but very little sleep due to noisy resident in apartment above. - Perfect location: right in the heart of the city. Facilities were well-thought out and very good. The apartment was sheltered from external noise, we could barely hear any traffic noise at all. The main bedroom bed was large. Way too much noise from the resident above us. Continuously pacing about in shoes on the wooden floors, putting on the TV, running taps etc. throughout the evening and night, up to about 3.30am. I don’t know if this was a permanent resident or a guest, but I barely slept over our two-night stay, maybe six hours in total for two nights. This is a major negative, and will lead to me seeking alternative accommodation next time. Seriously, do not book unless you are a very heavy sleeper. Also, the whole key situation, whilst well-explained, is a bit of a faff.
• Francine (10/5): Luxe Parisian apartment in the heart of the city - A bit of Parisian luxury for my birthday! The apartment is fabulous, conveniently located and very comfortable. The host was an efficient and responsive communicator and helped to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about the apartment was fantastic including the host Patrick who provided water, wine, juice, coffee, towels everything you need. The only thing that was stressful or complicated was recuperating the key from the location in the Metro station that was not evident. If you are tourist entering a City with your family along with luggage and you are not familiar with the Metro stations and on top of that the key system is jammed, it made for unnecessary stress. I wouldn't think twice about renting the apartment again, the next time I would ask Patrick to have the key accessible at the building or in the apartment.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - the apartment is located in the center of Paris. very convenient access to the metro or walking. there is everything you need, a coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea, mini bar, and even olive oil and salt. in the bathroom there is a dental kit, shaving kit, soap, shampoo. the owner explained in great detail how to get to the apartment. a great option, highly recommend!
