• Aneta (10/5): - Bardzo czysty i dobrze zlokalizowany obiekt. Mega przestronny a z obu sypialni rozpościera się piękny widok na wodę. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, nie mam się do czego przyczepić. Obsluga też na wysokim poziome, z Panem był stały kontakt. Basen i siłownia wszystko dostępne. Z balkonu widok na Ain Dubai Oczywiście nie była to wina właściciela lecz trwające za oknem roboty budowlane generujące hałas trochę męczyły ale nie było tragedii

• Dominika (7/5): A lot of disappointment - Several things were really great - the view, location, gym, pool, apartment size. I also really appreciate the online communication via Whatsapp, quick responses and clear instructions. They also arranged a transfer from and to the airport for us, which worked out great for our larger group. Cleanliness - bathrooms in not very good condition and especially the floors - either you had completely black dirty feet or socks, quite terrible with a small child. Extra bed - for our daughter there was only a mattress on the floor! Unacceptable for us. Only on the last day did we notice that the bed frame was also folded up on the balcony, unfortunately no one had prepared it. So our daughter slept in the bed with us the whole stay because she didn't want to sleep on the floor. Construction works - The view is great, but no one tells you that two new skyscrapers are being built right under your house, running the works literally 24/7. Not peaceful, not quiet, not pleasant. Equipment - especially in the kitchen, the equipment was very poor, not even a proper knife for cutting, the coffee cups were old and dirty, we had to buy toilet paper or paper towels. The towels and beach towels were also not in the best condition. Parking - we were supposed to have a parking spot for our car. Unfortunately, someone else was parking there the whole time (obviously for a long time). We informed them about it, three days without a response/solution, so we had to park in different places and hope that it wouldn't be a problem.
• Saad (7/5): - الموقع والشقه جميله والطلاله كثير للأسف ليست في المبني الذي في صورة الموقع في بوكنق. وإنما مبنى اخر بالقرب منه لا يوجد خدمات فندقية لا نظافه يوميه ولا غيرها مع العلم انه لم يتم ابلاغنا عن هذه السياسات الا بعد الدفع الغير قابل للاسترداد وقبل موعد الوصول بيوم عبر الواتس اب المسؤليه تقع على شركه بوكنق لعدم التنويه او التأكد من بيانات وسياسات المواقع المدرجه بموقعهم في التطبيق التواصل عبر الواتس للدخول والخروج والتنسيق مع الأمن بالمبني ولا يوجد استقبال تم حجز غرفه سرير كبير وغرفه اخرى سريرين منفصله ولكن طلع كل الغرف سرير كبير

• roIVIan (9/5): - Отличное местоположение! Шикарный вид из окон!! Из минусов (незначительный) - не сразу нашли центральный вход. Есть особенность подъезда к данному объекту. Прошу персонал подробнее рассказывать как добраться, особенно тем, кто на своём авто. (Думаю, что таксисты знают как доехать до отеля).

• Ellis (8/5): Wat een uitzicht! Absoluut prachtig. - Wij verbleven op de 34e verdieping – wat een uitzicht! Absoluut prachtig. De benedenverdieping bestond uit een ruim leefgedeelte, een moderne keuken en drie slaapkamers, allemaal met hetzelfde adembenemende uitzicht. Er waren drie nette badkamers, en ook een wasmachine en droger waren aanwezig – heel praktisch. Op de bovenverdieping bevond zich de grootste slaapkamer, met een riant balkon en panoramisch uitzicht over de zee én het reuzenrad. Een unieke plek om te verblijven! Buiten het feit dat het een prachtig verblijf is, waren er wel een paar aandachtspuntjes. Bij aankomst moesten we nog even met een paar doekjes aan de slag; het bestek en de pannen onder het aanrecht waren helaas niet schoon. Ook is het goed om te weten dat je zelf moet zorgen voor voldoende wc-papier en handdoeken. Je krijgt standaard één grote handdoek per twee personen. Strandhanddoeken zijn er gelukkig wel, en als je iets nodig hebt, kun je eenvoudig contact opnemen – de service is snel en vriendelijk; meestal staat er binnen een uur iemand voor de deur. Let op met douchen: laat het water eerst even lopen, want bij ons kwam er in het begin bruin water uit de kraan. Tijdens piekuren (rond 08:30 en 18:00 uur) hadden we op de bovenste badkamer weinig tot geen warm water en soms zelfs maar een klein straaltje of helemaal geen water.

• Tj (5/5): No value for money, extremely expensive with respect to its amenities and pest control - It’s outstanding location Apartment pictures are misleading, as its showing a pent house pictures but its a two bedroom apartment, too many pests in all rooms, it seems holiday homes company just focused on cleaning but not on pest control, really disappointed with pest bites on my children body which resulted into affecting our vacations.

• Lisa (8/5): Great apartment but some basic additions required. - Great views from the balcony , very spacious apartment , carrefour below was ideal. It is a further walk into the marina than we realised. Great kitchen facilities with the exception of crockery , 2 spoons , 2 bowls , marketed for 4 people, would suggest the crockery is replenished and updated. There was also no shower/bath mats so you we ended up using the towels on the floor , which were at a minimum. Coffee pods provided but unfortunately they were the wrong ones for the machine. These are all basic items that you would expect to be provided .

All the supporting staff of both Eden and the 5242 building are very nice and helpful Just a minor recommendation to provide full set of towels for all the guests upon arrival

• Moustafa (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable apartment with great view. Highly recommend this property. - The apartment big and comfortable. The morning and sunset view from the terrace is amazing. The super market on the ground really make things more enjoyable to us. I want to thank Mustafa for being very helpful to us throughout our stay.

He helped us to book a spa and restaurant and also helped to take us to the grocery. The reception at night is a great guy as well.

• Andrii (9/5): Superb - Great location. Perfect view. One of the best swimmingpools. Groceries 1min walk. Very cozy bed. I wish there was a soap in the bathroom, some tea and several bottles of water when we first checked in. Bad internet connection in the bedroom
