• Baghirov (1/5): - I made a reservation, paid the money in advance, and received a message that my key was in the third box. It was 9:00 PM. I went to the hotel, opened the third box, and the key was gone. I called the hotel manager's number to have the key handed over, but no one answered. I stood in the rain and cold until the morning, calling the Booking number that was connected to the administration in hopes of getting into the hotel. Until 9:00 AM, I kept calling and writing to Booking asking for help, but to no avail. The next day, I went to the hotel, and a girl named Yulia was there. She admitted that another client had mistakenly taken my key and that she would try to return the money. More than 10 days have passed, they haven't returned my money, and the last time I was told, "We don't want a refund, what are you doing?" This is of course outrageous, but don't overpay for this, you'll also become a victim of it.

Il bagno era pulito, mentre il resto dell’appartamento risultava leggermente polveroso.

The room was a bit tiny for a bed this big, so it was a bit of a shimmy to pass through, but it's not a big issue

• William (8/5): Great value for money - This property is located in Kraków’s old town, less than 2 minutes’ walk from the main square, and very close to things like the central train station. The facilities here are basic but comfortable - I was here for one night on an airport layover, and I found this property provided excellent value for money as somewhere to get some sleep, shower and recharge. If you’re in Kraków for a longer period and want a place with lots of “extras”, this isn’t the one, but if you want somewhere clean and comfortable to stay for a good price, you won’t find anywhere as budget-friendly as this in such a good location.

• Sissy (2/5): Un disastro, da non ripetere mai nella vita - Posizione ottima per poter girare il centro storico Purtroppo l'host non è stata di parola: appena ho eseguito la prenotazione mi sono accorta di aver prenotato una camera con bagno in condivisione, ho scritto subito alla struttura chiedendo se fosse stato possibile cambiare camera con bagno privato aggiungendo la somma dovuta. L'host mi comunica che ci avrebbe cambiato camera e che avremmo dovuto aggiungere 90 PLN e io accetto. ( Le mail inviate confermano tutto) Arrivati a destinazione dopo circa 2 mesi dalla prenotazione mi consegnano una camera con bagno esterno in condivisione. Ovviamente abbiamo passato una vacanza bruttissima, aspettando che il bagno si liberasse per le nostre necessità e con doccia fredda! Oltre che sentirsi bussare il bagno ogni 5 minuti. Se ci fosse stata più sincerità da parte dell' host avrei prenotato altrove anche perdendo la prenotazione, sono molto delusa dalla disonestà. Abbiamo dormito su un soppalco con materassi scomodi e un ragno alla parete come compagnia, asciugamani forniti solo due teli doccia, una scala ripidissima per arrivare a letto insomma un disastro!

• Chloe (9/5): Perfectly located. - Location was perfect. A 2 minute walk from the main square and only 20 minutes from the airport. The apartment was exceptionally clean & tidy. For the price I paid, the stay was brilliant. The entry way to the property could give the impression of a bad apartment, but once in the apartment building the reception is well decorated and clean so don’t let this impression mislead you. The water temperature of the shower was not continuous. Took a while to get hot, and dropped in and out during the shower. Not sure it can be helped due to an old building. Wasn’t a deal breaker.

• Magdalena (6/5): - I loved the location, however it can be noisy because of the tram right in front of it I asked about the luggage storage and someone confirmed with me it's ok and to let them know a day before my arrival time. I did and nobody was there neither the key or any kind of information. Great to come there and find out i must search for some luggage storage... The bed sheet was dirty, the hair in the shower...Nobody is there, the reception is an empty place. Also would be good to inform that the heating is not on and must be turned on
• Agnieszka (7/5): Fajne miejsce na krótki pobyt. Dla kogoś kto lubi spokój i każdy szmer w nocy budzi- nie polecam. Słychać mocno tramwaje - Bardzo blisko centrum, wygodne łóżko bardzo miła pani obsługująca. Czajnik w pokoju, dostępne stopery u obsługi. Zapach z kanalizacji w łazience mimo odświeżacza było mocno czuć. Cienkie ściany-było słychać jak ktoś obok rozmawia a już nie wspomnę jak głośno słuchał muzykę. Telewizor, który był, ale nie miał kanałów,wiec udogodnienie bez sensu.

It was difficult to meet up with the staff, there was good communication via booking.com messages, but to pay some extra costs took a lot of effort as the reception was rarely manned, and then only when I was off being a tourist. Coffee and tea - only had a small supply not enough for the complete party and only enough for one day.

Podobnie jak w niektorych klodkach szyfrowych - (sa udane kłodki szyfrowe i są fatalne, gdzie trzeba je brac do ręki pod roznym kątem pod swiatlo zeby zobaczyc cyfry) . Tutaj rowniez trzeba ustawic to pod pewnym kątem, ale nie da się gdyz to jest wbudowane w sciane, Dodatkowo, skrytki sa za wysoko (mężczyzna mial problem z patrzeniem na cyfry i stawał na palcach), do tego jest to za blisko drzwi i sciany, jest tan waski schodek, ale trudno na nim wystać przytulajac sie do sciany, stając na palcach, manewrując jedna ręką a drugą świecąc na metaliczne cyfry, które trudno rozpoznać. I jeszcze trzeba nimi obracać, pojedynczo chociaż sąsiednie też się przesuwają. We dwie osoby dopiero otworzyliśmy to i to po prawie godzinie, / Mężczyzna nie wszedłby chyba do hotelu, nie umiał się dogadać przez telefon z obsługa, więc pośredniczyłam gdyż akurat wracałam na nocleg i znam takie szyfrowe kłódki wiec wiedziałam, co robić a mimo to było ciężko wejść. Pan powiedział ze nigdy już tam nie przyjedzie a szkoda, bo miejsce jest bardzo fajne. Sama nie chciałabym odbierać kluczy z takiej skrytki. Na sama myśl mam gęsia skórkę. Zasadę jej otwierania znam, ale ta akurat jest kiepska i kiepsko usytuowana. Pisze to z uwagi na takich jak ten pan, ze się zestresował i zniechęcił i może szyfr ten zostanie zastąpiony lepszym i lepiej usytuowanym z korzyścią dla klientów i hotelu. Wiem, ze są wciskane cyfry i to jest łatwiejsze do wykonania.
