• jean claude (4/5): Hôtel décevant - J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel du 19 au 20 mai pour 223 € la nuit. La chambre, située sous les combles au 7ᵉ étage, était propre mais extrêmement petite et ne correspondait absolument pas au tarif payé. Le jour même, la même chambre apparaissait à 97 € sur Booking.com. À la réception, on m’a simplement expliqué que les prix “varient selon la demande”, ce qui laisse une impression très désagréable d’avoir été surfacturé. Une expérience décevante.

Отель из-за этого закрывает входную дверь по вечерам. - Номер был на первом этаже и окна были закрыты пленкой из-за чего полностью отсутствовал вид из окна и было ощущение что живешь в подвале.

• Helena (9/5): Very cute hotel in the heart of Nantes. - New construction in the heart of Nantes, but made to blend in with the surrounding architecture. Nicely appointed room and generous bathroom with excellent water pressure. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The signage for the hotel is cute and discreet - but impossible to see. It was also not made clear that the hotel is not accessible by car.
• Pascale (7/5): un peu déçue - accueil sympathique, bon emplacement géographique, jolie déco originale, assez récent donc parties communes propres environnement peuplés de gens bizarres , en particulier le soir (mendicité, alcoolisme , voire plus). ménage des chambres : pratiquement pas fait, ou tellement peu fait que ça donne l'impression que personne n'est réellement passé faire la chambre. Pas de possibilité de lits jumeaux et chambres vraiment petites.
• Markéta (8/5): Beautiful Interior and Great Location, but Disappointing End to the Stay - What I liked most about the hotel was its decoration and interior design. It felt very unique and had a great atmosphere. A big plus was the free water station at the reception where you could get still or sparkling water anytime during your stay. The hotel is also in a good location, close to public transport, the train station, and a car rental service, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I also appreciated the good housekeeping and cleanliness of both the room and the common areas. The bathroom had no ventilation, which was not very comfortable. We arrived as a family and informed the hotel in advance that we were siblings and parents, all adults, so I expected the double bed to have two separate duvets. The breakfasts were quite monotonous and there was never any warm food. Normally, these things would have been acceptable for me, but what really negatively affected my overall impression was the end of our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, we used an Uber. Before leaving, I asked the reception how much a taxi arranged by the hotel to the airport would cost. I was told approximately €48, which seemed fine, especially since we were a group of five people. However, in the end, I had to pay €60 because the hotel confirmed a different price to the taxi driver. The driver even showed me the text message. The €12 difference is not huge, but I found it quite disappointing. It’s not really about the money itself, but more about the principle.
• Lee (10/5): Great price with lovely amenities - The room was really nicely decorated with a comfy bed. The shower was great too with lots of space in the bathroom. The TV in the room was excellent allowing you to watch live TV or chromecast. We really loved the access to fresh water fountain which also produced sparkling water! The kettle, mugs, free tea and coffee were a plus too. The room was also a great price in a good location. Nothing, it was excellent!

The staff were very nice and I had no issues with anything. The breakfast selection was nice and the price was service very good. Recommended.

The breakfast . We arrived at breakfast an hour before it finished and there were no seats and the majority of the choices were gone by other guests . Ie , no eggs left , no yoghurts , no croissants and the cheeses didn’t look appealing, we didn’t go to breakfast the 2nd night even though it was included .

A 10min a pied du centre ville et des activités touristiques ! Petit plus, une petite gourde est mise a disposition dans la chambre pour la remplir dans la fontaine a eau de l'accueil (choix entre eau filtrée fraîche ou tempérée ou eau pétillante) La clim est géré de manière centralisée, vous pouvez pas changer le mode clim en chauffage mais vous pouvez tout de même régler la température.

La gourde en verre à remplir à volonté à la fontaine d'eau filtrée, fut salvatrice lors de notre séjour sous une forte chaleur.
