• Christine (9/5): Great stay with all the comforts of home - Plenty of room and very well equipped. 2nd bedroom is very small but serviceable.
• Garcia (1/5): - I like how easy it is to get a reservation through Booking.com and how smooth is the process to pay in advance. I did not like the fact that they requested a filling of forms before check-in and after they charged for the stay with no reimbursement, they demanded pictures of the passport on a platform that doesn't work, after I asked for hours for help through email because it is the only way of comunicacion with them I got no response, my wife and 2 daughters (minors) stood with me outside in the cold and rain, but they did not care, between 4 am to 5 am I got an email saying they will give me the instructions on how to enter the premises, and yet no instructions, it was too little and too late. Around 8 pm before that email we already have made a reservation in a different hotel since nobody came to help us. It is unacceptable, not everyone is able to navigate all these procedures after being charged for a service without warning before paying, never saw a human being or received a call, when I contacted again next day on an email on the Booking.com platform because it is the only way to get to say anything to them i got a reply stating it was my fault for not sending a picture of my passport and my family's via email, then no reimbursement for my troubles and my family's suffering and stress. In our visit to JAPAN we reserved in many different hotels, trains , Uber, taxis, restaurants, attractions, excursions etc. The only very bad experience was (Creare Togoshi Ginza by Tranova)

• Mahendra (9/5): A nice and comfortable stay for a family of 4 in the heart of Tokyo. - The location and the size /facilities of apartment was very very goog They should have provided a iron and washing powder which was missing.

• TANIL (7/5): Nice place, nice location. - All equipments including the kitchen tools were new. There were enough space for three. Towels were not smelling clean. We asked the management company to change it. They immediately provided new ones. However, new ones were also not smelling clean. (I am sure they were clean, no doubts, but not sure why they were not smelling fresh and clean)

• Michael (9/5): Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage - Sehr ordentliche Wohnung mit den wichtigsten Dingen vorhanden. Schöne Umgebung mit Metro Station und kleiner Einkaufsstrasse wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es war nicht ganz genau ersichtlich wie die Zimmer sich aufteilen. Es ist effektiv ein Bett in einem eigenen Zimmer, ein Bett in der Küche/Wohnzimmer und ein bette durch Schiebetüren von der Küche/Wohnzimmer abgetrennt. Das war schon OK, aber 2 von 3 haben etwas weniger Privatsphäre.
• Deb Li Ang (2/5): Wasn't happy with this stay - I didn't like this place at all. It looked good in the photo. Bedroom 1: The actual bedroom had no ventilation. No window. Bedroom 2 : Very tiny space with a huge dining table ,4 chairs, kitchenette, tv located in the second bedroom . No closet. No space to walk. Can't dry the clothes since there's no window or balcony. Bare minimum Amenities. No lobby

• Amos (10/5): - דירה מאוד נקייה וחדשה בבניין מטופח ובאיזור שקט ולא רחוק מתחנת רכבת תחתית. היה לנו מספיק מקום לשישה אנשים וזה לא קל למצוא בטוקיו. קצת קשה לי עם נושא הצ'ק אאוט (10 בבוקר) ולעומתו הצ'ק אין (4 אחרי הצהריים). לא רואה צורך בשש שעות לסדר ולנקות ואפשר להיות קצת יותר גמישים לפחות עם אחד מהם.
• Wojciech (4/5): - Apartament ok, ale czystość do poprawy. Górne półki w szafach i w łazience pełne kurzu.. Było cicho, to ważne i klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze. Niestety obsluga apartamentu mniej niż zła. Najpierw nie wysłali nam na czas hasła do drzwi. Numer telefonu, który podali nie jest na WhatsApp. Jal jesteś z poza Japonii dzwonienie kosztuje bardzo drogo. Na koniec nie byli na tyle elastyczni, żeby przedłużyć o 1 godzonę check-out. Ale maila, z obowiązkami przy wymeldowaniu przysłali. Według nich masz w tym apartamencie same obowiązki i żadnych praw. Dużo podróżuję i zwykle daje wysokie oceny. Jakbym miał ocenic samą obsługę, dałbym 1.

• Anisa (8/5): Clean, Comfortable Beds, a bit on the small size. - Collecting keys was a very straightforward process. The room was extremely clean, and had everything we needed. Located next to a Go-Karting place (which we found out about on the last day of our trip >_<), and very close to a train station (few minutes walk). Toilet had a bidet which was nice too, and streets were quiet despite being on a main road. A few minutes walk to a market too. Shocked me and my dad by how small it was. Eventually we got used to it and it felt normal, no complaints! But for foreigners, make sure you know that everything in Japan is much smaller in size than expected.
