- Claire (1/5): Very disappointing - N/a The apartment had a persistent unpleasant smell, similar to sewage, throughout our stay. More significantly, the hot water system for the shower failed for two of the three nights we stayed. While water continued to run at taps, the shower would turn completely cold within minutes and would not return to hot. As a result, my family was unable to take proper hot showers for two days, including on our final morning before a long-haul international flight. I understand that issues can arise with rental properties, and I rarely leave negative reviews. However, the handling of this situation was disappointing. When I requested a partial refund to reflect the lack of a basic amenity, the property manager attributed the issue to external factors and did not take accountability for the impact on our stay. Based on our experience, I would not stay with this accommodation provider again.

- I (8/5): Good value for money - Superb location, bunch of amenities (nespresso coffee, dishwasher, cookies, gel…), pin access (no need to coordinate) Shower electrical heater is something to improve
