• Melanie (10/5): Laverton little family treasure surprise getaway - Quiet area as stated close to train station 5 mins walk and shops 1 station away or 5 min walk to convenience shops. House was decent in presentation but lacks in cleaners getting the out of sight places that matter. left over dust and hair in bathroom floors kitchenette shelving above fridge was unmentionable my breath was hd so as not to breath in dust paticles (a lot!!) host was so attentive in helping with anything and reporting help to management. Very kind, polite and friendly would defenatly stay here again price, location, size for families of 4 is a real price nlt to knock back. • Gerald (9/5): Always comfy - Location was great, rooms were comfy and clean. I especially liked the washing machine and dryer, as we were able to wash our dirty clothes from our travels. I've already stayed here multiple times, and it has always been a good value option. Nothing in particular.

• Ellisa (8/5): Great stay. - Staff is very responsive. Location is very close to train station and not too far from Avalon Airport. Good space for family with kids. Bigger kitchen.

• Alexander (10/5): Comfortable Family Stay in a Convenient Location - We stayed here for seven nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. As a family of four with two children, we found the two-bedroom setup very comfortable. The location was a major plus, making it easy to catch the train and travel into the city. There were some takeaway shops close by. Although it is a guest house, the stay felt private and peaceful. Both bedrooms and the living area had air conditioning units. The owner was responsive to all our queries. Everything was great overall. For longer stays, it would be even more convenient to have a few cupboards or additional storage space in the rooms.
• Andres (8/5): Convenient location - Good location. Very convenient. Pillows were smelly and I could identify different perfumes. They weren’t fresh. The towels were the same.

• Brooke (8/5): A great place to stay for 1-2 nights - Very clean with comfortable beds. Access to Netflix, etc. on the TV. Quite spacious. The accommodation is the front few rooms of the owner’s house, which we didn’t know. The guest area is only separated from the owner’s area by a bookshelf in the hallway, and the owner gets in and out of their area through the garage. This was not necessarily a problem, but the fact that we didn’t know this ahead of time made it somewhat unsettling when the garage (which is right next to the guest bedroom) suddenly opened and a car drove out… would have been nice to know that we were sharing the house with them. Unrelatedly, the bathroom also smelt like mould.
