• Isabelle (9/5): - Superbe appartement situé au centre de Milan avec ses avantages de posseder un parking et au calme car situé dans domaine privé. Et a 40 mn à pied del Duomo. Siper accueil Juste un peu galère poir accéder a l'appartement quand on est pas habitué.
• Maria-Anna (9/5): Schönes Apartment in perfekter Lage - Schönes Apartment, alles in rot. Man schläft auf einem Ausziehsofa, welches aber recht bequem ist. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Leider nicht so einfach zu finden. Liegt in einer Privatstraße. Großes Badezimmer, kleine Terrasse für das Frühstück oder das abendliche Glas Wein perfekt. Obst, Milch und Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln für das Frühstück vorhanden. Sogar eine Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung auf dem Küchentisch. Sehr nette Eigentümerin. Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß in die Innenstadt durch Navigli ca. 40 Minuten, sehr schöner Weg. In Navigli viele Restaurants und Bars. Man muss keine Metro oder einen Bus nutzen. Alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Zugang zur Wohnung gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, aber mit der Hilfe von Laura hat dann alles gut geklappt. Parkmöglichkeit nicht für große Autos geeignet. Ansonsten perfekt, da das Auto abgeschlossen in einer Tiefgarage steht.

• Luca (6/5): bene non benissimo - posizione comoda per il mio luogo di interesse, e zona distante dal traffico milanese colazione che era inesistente ( dei biscotti confezionati due succhi monogusto e delle mele) e per fare il caffe abbiamo dovuto portare la macchinetta in bagno per poterla collegare alla presa idonea. per fortuna c era il proprietario gentilissimo nel momento dell arrivo.. e ci ha delucidato come funzionava il tutto.. il garage è un plus ma se si ha una macchina piu grande di una utilitaria si fatica molto ad entrare

Parking en sous sol et sécurisé. Nombreuses attentions de la part de l’hôte dans l’appartement Accès à l’appartement simple et sécurisé

• Riccardo (10/5): - Proprietario disponibilissimo Qualche zanzara di troppo, ma é responsabilità di Milano e del verde nel giardino, non della struttura.
• María (9/5): Buen alojamiento con terraza y garaje privado junto a Navigli. - Su localización junto a Navigli. La calidad de las instalaciones y electrodomésticos del alojamiento. El baño tan espacioso y completo. La accesibilidad de los propietarios. El parking en el mismo edificio. La terracita para tomar el aire e incluso comer. El vino de cortesía delicioso. Aunque el sofá-cama es de altísima gama, no es lo mismo que una cama.

• Maeve (9/5): A sweet and secluded spot - It is a lovely flat, it has a private garden where you can enjoy a meal in the sun and shutters for security. It has everything you need really for a solo trip or a couple. It was very close to a metro and the area felt safe to walk around at night, there is a mini market and a supermarket nearby and restaurants too. The smart TV at the end of the bed was much appreciated for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was complete with everything you need to cook a meal, the hosts are very responsive and if you need anything you just need to message them. We will definitely stay there again, we enjoyed our time :) it is a great base for excursions! Definitely worth staying in!
