Thomas (5/5): Passable - Good location, the manager was fantastic. As I said in a complaint I sent to customer service, the night we arrived we had problems getting in the apartment because the lock wasn’t functioning properly. The next day, trying to leave, the door would not open. The woman who manages the property was fantastic, did everything she could, but we still were stuck in the apartment for over 3 1/2 hours between waiting for a locksmith and him actually being able to open the door. As someone with severe claustrophobia, this was not good. I could not stay in the property another night. We ended up leaving early, and I requested a refund. The owner knew about the problem and did nothing, this was not the first time the door got stuck, but I never been apparently this bad. Either way, you should maintain your property properly. An unacceptable situation. we paid for three nights and stayed only one. I would like a refund for those tonight.
