- Lisa (1/5): Abzocke und verarsche - Absolut nichts da wir ja leider nicht da sein konnten Ich gehe davon aus dass es diese Unterkunft nicht gibt. Es wird eine Kaution von 500€ verlangt und es soll dann per Email ein Code für die Tür gesendet werden. Nun ja .. wir waren dort, keinen Code erhalten. Versucht eine Rezeption zu finden, ebenfalls ohne Erfolg. Auf Nachrichten egal ob hier auf Booking, WhatsApp oder gar Anrufe wurde nicht reagiert!!! Wir standen also ohne Unterkunft da. Dies wird definitiv rechtliche Folgen haben

My experience here was disappointing and could have been much better with proper management and attention to detail. The cleanliness of the space left much to be desired, with a dirty floor and an old mattress behind the sofa that was visible. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was very limited closet space, making it difficult to unpack and settle in. Additionally, the key code provided was incorrect, causing unnecessary frustration. The delay in returning my deposit—taking four days and being double the amount of my stay—was excessive and unreasonable. This was by far the least satisfactory stay I’ve had near Disney, but with improvements in cleanliness, better communication regarding access codes, and more prompt deposit returns, it could be a much better experience for future guests.
