• Nicole (10/5): Non ero mai stata in questa città e sono rimasta davvero meravigliata della sua bellezza e dei suoi collegamenti assolut - L’appartamento è bellissimo curato nei dettagli , la zona è centralissima è situato in una posizione strategica. Ho soggiornato per un weekend per lavoro e ci tornerò a giugno soggiornando in questa stessa struttura. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile nell’accoglierci anche prima dell’orario stabilito data la situazione meteorologica. Consiglio vivamente !!

• Anzhela (9/5): Апартаменты Бергамо - Апартаменты удобно расположены. По линии маршрута автобуса из аэропорта. У нас задержали рейс, и мы прилетели уже ночью, в 1.30 ночи. Хозяин нас встретил, отдал ключи и всё объяснил. Приятно, что в апартаментах была питьевая вода в бутылках. Мелочь конечно, но купить воду ночью не было возможности, и нам как раз она пригодилась. Утром можно выпить кофе, есть кофемашина и капсулы для неё. Советую хозяину обратить внимание на то, что в санузле не закрываются жалюзи на окне (ну мы во всяком случае как не пытались это сделать - так и не смогли), и санузел рассматривается со двора, и ты на всеобщем обозрении, когда ночью принимаешь душ. Так как мы приехали ночью, и чтобы принять душ включаешь свет в санузле. И с улицы всё видно. Вот так и мылись. Так быть не должно. И второй момент, постельное бельё обязательно заменить на хлопок, так как оно в апартаментах из полиэстера. У меня, допустим, аллергия на полиэстер, и думаю у многих людей тоже есть такая проблема. Это мне доставило большие неудобства, и оставило не совсем приятные впечатления. Оценку за это я не снижала, но очень надеюсь, что хозяин апартаментов примет это к сведению и устранит эти два неприятных момента.
• steliyana (6/5): Je ne recommande pas - Le logement est à côté de la gare ferroviaire et la gare des bus, des arrêts de bus en bas de l'immeuble. L'appartement est propre. Les volets ne fonctionnent pas, ceux de la chambre restent coincés à mi-hauteur laissant entrer la lumière et les bruits extérieurs. Le quartier est assez bruyant, et on peut se sentir mal à l'aise à cause de groupes d'hommes qui traînent à plusieurs endroits. Sans dosettes fournies, les machines à café sont inutilisables. La cabine de douche est très petite et la pomme de douche est fixée au plafond, l’eau tombe directement d’en haut et il est difficile de se laver sans se mouiller les cheveux. Nous étions en voyage avec notre fille, et ça a été particulièrement difficile pour elle. Enfin, l'appartement n'a qu'une seule lampe de chevet.

• Marina (10/5): - We stayed at the apartment just for 1 night, however, I think it's the perfect place to stay in Bergamo. The host was really kind, we had the option to leave our luggage a little bit earlier than the check-in time, which was really convenient, as we were able to explore the city after that. The location is perfect, it was walking distance to the city center and the old town as well. Also, it was close to the bus station, we had an early flight and were able to walk there at 5 am.
• Klaudia (6/5): - You open the door via app, but it wasn't working for us. So we needed to ask the host to open the door for us each time. One time unfortunately we had to wait 30 mins for that. The host contacted us about checkin late in the day of our arrival - at 6pm, we were supposed to arrive 9pm. I messaged him via Booking earlier in the day but didn't get a response. When he texted us at 6pm, he asked for documents to fill in saying that we will get info how to get in only after filling it in. Why wasn't it sent earlier to give us time to complete it? Even though the flat is nice, organizationally it was very stressful.
• Ekaterina (7/5): Maybe in the past years it was very good but now is only good. - The location, easy access, wide and all necessary was there. There was leakage from the bathroom to the wall outside and not repaired. Noisy from the boiler in the main room where one of us slept. Very basic supplies in the bathroom- small soap, no shampoo or other staff. No coffee, only tee.

• Suvei (10/5): Great stay, very convenient and clean - We had a really nice stay at this apartment. It’s easy to reach from Bergamo Central Station, which made our arrival very smooth. The apartment is quite big and was perfect for the four of us. It has two beds and everything was very clean when we arrived. We also really liked that it has all the amenities you might need, like a dishwasher, fridge, iron, hairdryer, and even a washing machine. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. One thing we especially liked was the app system used to open the doors, it was very easy and convenient. Overall, it’s great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.
• Vladimir (7/5): - Новая, чистая квартира. Не самая плохая локация. Через дорогу большой паркинг. В спальне был шкаф но небыло вешалок, туалет не закрывался, хотя кулюч был в двери. Был кофейный аппарат но капсул сделать кофе небыло, впервые встречаю, что есть аппарат а капсул нету.
• Lrk05 (9/5): - Locatia este aproape de gara centrala si la distanta rezonabila de centrul vechi. Gazda este foarte amabila si intelegatoare, ne-a permis check-in-ul mult mai devreme si a fost disponibil sa il sunam. Accesul in locatie se face prin intermediul unei aplicatii. Din pacate, locatia este aproape de aeroport si se aude destul de mult zgomot.

• José Simão (10/5): - Regarding the apartment, it's very welcoming and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located, with a bus stop right outside the building. Bergamo is a very well-maintained city. The public transport system is very well structured and easy to use, a real advantage for visitors. There are many and varied points of interest. It's a city that makes you want to return. Thank you very much!

• Monia (5/5): - Pulizia dell' appartamento Comunicazione con l' host,ho mandato messaggi nella settimana precedente e non ho mai ricevuto risposta,senza parlare al momento dell' arrivo dove non ha mai risposto al telefono e ha mandato messaggi con comodo e soprattutto a problemi risolti..... telecomando del riscaldamento inesistente, quindi non è stato possibile regolare la temperatura, abbiamo avuto freddo tutta la notte Televisione molto bella..... peccato che il segnale non arrivasse Leggendo le altre recensioni ho pensato di aver sbagliato alloggio

• Wróbel (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca i przystanku autobusowego na lotnisko. Apartament czysty, dostępne kapsułki na poranną kawę. Było bezpiecznie, przed wejściem do obiektu zamykana brama. Aplikacja do otwierania drzwi to bardzo dobry pomysł, filmik przesłany przed zameldowaniem pomocny. Nie wszystkie kapsułki pasowały do ekspresu, ale to tylko drobny szczegół :) ogólnie super miejsce.

• Roberta (10/5): Big, clean apartament. Great location. - The apartment was great, a lot of space and very clean. Also the position is perfect, near bus station and train station. Also, the comunication was great, we were helped very promptly with everything we needed. We would come back here for sure! Nothing. Everything was perfect.
• Pedro (10/5): Todo perfecto - Apartamento muy completo, en una ubicación muy buena, cercano a la estación de tren, desde donde salen autobuses para todas las ubicaciones de interés, incluida aeropuerto. Cocina muy equipada y tiene muchos detalles. El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo y el anfitrión te explica por WhatsApp cualquier duda que tengas.

• Mariya (10/5): Препоръчвам - Отлично обзаведен и оборудван апартамент, уютен и много чист. Няма много парко места в района, но все пак се намират. Достъпа до апартамента е изцяло дигитален - заредете телефоните си 😉. На пешеходно растояние има директен автобус за летището.

• sara (8/5): - L'appartamento è nuovissimo, pulito e ben tenuto. A disposizione tutto quanto possa servire sia per pulire sia per cucinare, bollitore, macchina del caffè e cialde a disposizione. Abbiamo trovato anche 4 bottigliette d'acqua in frigo. Accoglienza super! Non ci sono spazi dove appoggiare le giacche in quanto si entra direttamente in salotto/cucina/sala da pranzo, avrei messo un appendiabiti a muro per facilitare
