- Ken (8/5): I liked it. - It was clean. A nicely appointed small Queen studio perfect for this solo traveller, with a relaxed vibe. No real cooking facilities but no-one is preparing a 3-course meal while travelling. Check-in was easy. I slept well for 2 nights and buses to the Junction and beyond are regularly available. Mine wasn't a beach visit to Sydney but those so inclined will like the short stroll to Campbell Pd. Also seemed to be lots of "groovy" places to dine (also not my thang). I'm old. If you are too, be careful on front steps(1 flight), as the "tread" is a tad small ( perhaps a legacy of yesteryear when people were smaller). Yes..I talk too much. . I noted the relatively negative comments by other guests re noise, and Queen1 did front the road. However it was not a deal-buster for me and these things will pass once this section of Bondi is beautified. Not meeting the famous Belle.

- marika (9/5): Beautiful property, well equipped - Perfect walk distance to beach and restaurants, super clean and aesthetically lovely The layout of the bedrooms made things a little tough traveling with kids and would have impacted my decision to book. Parking was tough to find with roadworks but understand parking is a privilege in that area and no fault of the property.

- Hayley (8/5): A wonderful cosy oasis - We absolutely loved the location, perfect walking distance to pretty much anything, allowing our dog to come along for our road trip was a highlight. The bed was so comfy and the room in general may be small but it felt cosy and a home away from home. The only negative experience we had was the three people in the room next to us that were making an absurd amount of noise late at night and early hours of the morning, slamming doors and yelling.

Road noise plus other residents walking past our door late at night to access the other apartments in the block. Also the room is very small making it difficult to open and use two suitcases. - Julie (3/5): - Room was clean. Bed was ok. The decor is lovely. Building is old and looks like there is rising damp. My room was below street level-felt weird and some people above were banging doors alot. There was no safe place to leave luggage-suggested options looked very dodgy so I moved.

Misschien qua grootte minder ideaal voor een groep van 4 volwassenen en veel bagages. Verder moesten we last minute nog een extra nacht in Bondi boeken. Belle heeft ons hier meteen mee geholpen en de nodige tips gegeven. Het appartement was qua ruimte niet echt groot genoeg voor een groep van 4 volwassenen (en bagages).

The location was absolutely perfect for those wanting to base themselves in the Bondi area and be able to explore Sydney from there. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick, and the check-in/out process was easy. All in all, a great place to stay, would definitely recommend! Nothing.

- Azura (4/5): Overall, while the location and presentation were good, the repeated disturbances and lack of meaningful resolution left - I stayed for 5 nights. The apartment itself was clean, well presented and in a great Bondi location. Communication prior to arrival was clear and check-in was straightforward. However, our stay was significantly impacted by late night disturbances. On one night at approximately 4:30am, another “guest” repeatedly attempted to access one of the apartments and was kicking the door for a prolonged period. This was distressing and raised genuine safety concerns. I reported this the following morning. I also experienced late night noise from neighbouring guests, which was reported at the time. On the final night, there was loud appliance use around 11pm which again disrupted sleep. Additionally, the apartment doors are not well soundproofed - there are visible gaps around the frame where light comes through - which meant hallway and external noise travelled easily into the apartment. In total, 3 out of 5 nights were disrupted, which had a real impact on my sleep and overall experience. While a small goodwill refund was offered, I do not feel it reflected the level of disturbance experienced. Given the premium price point, I expected a more consistently peaceful and secure stay.

Compact apartment with gorgeous furnishings and high quality fittings. Great to have access to washing facilities. Layout of the apartment worked fine for us, but access to one bedroom was through bathroom or the other bedroom. Clear to see a lot of thought has gone in to the decor, but there are so many decorative items it makes it difficult to find places to put belongings.

The apartment was just incredible and had everything we needed and more, along with a lovely welcome gift of a bottle of fizz and chocolates for our stay over xmas and new year. Belle was just incredible and was able to answer any questions or queries we had about the apartment and local area. Honestly so grateful for our time stayed here and the beautiful location. - Harvey (8/5): Perfect place for a short stay in Bondi - Beautiful space, location is great for Bondi Beach and surrounding restaurants with easy access to transport (we relied on buses alot, bus stop on the same road). Bathroom interior is stunning, very comfy bed. Owners were lovely, gave us some really good recommendations and were quick to respond to any queries we had. Would recommend this stay, perfect place for a short stay in Bondi. The bathroom interior was stunning, the shower was powerful and hot. The only problem we had was that we found it flooded fairly easy, and it was difficult to get the bath mat dry. A bathroom bin and perhaps a drying rack would be beneficial in this space. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

I want to highlight and give 5 stars to whatever cleaning service and people are in charge of the apartment because it was spotless. Even the skirting boards in the bedrooms were clean. We didn't do any cooking, but noticed the kitchen is fully equiped. Bedrooms were cozy with very comfortable beds and decoration is next level. It makes you want to stay forever! Bathroom doesnt have an individual entrance, but it's connected to both rooms - kind of like both rooms being ensuite? I travelled with my partner and a friend (who stayed in the adjacent room), and had no issues whatsoever, but I guess sharing the bathroom with someone I didn't know would have been an interesting experience, haha! I would add a small bin in the bathroom for the girlies and anyone that flosses haha! :) Aboslutely loved that you don't need a key to the apartment, but it's just a code. Makes it super easy if you're sharing your stay with other people with different schedules/plans. I mainly chose this apartment because it's pet friendly. I have a beautiful dog that loves joining us on our little adventures and she was the goodest girl. I'm very grateful we were able to bring her along on this trip. Belle is a star. She's super quick answering messages and was very helpful with parking suggestions. Communication was great as she sent detailed messages letting us know the house rules, door lock number and other details to make sure everyone was on the same page even before we arrived. Thanks for having us, Bell! We loved our stay in your apartment. Everything was perfect!

- Lauren (8/5): Iconic Bondi at it's best! - Great, convenient location. The property was clean & comfortable & we were met on arrival. The shower was fabulous! Everything you needed for a short stay. Happy to recommend the property :)
