• KIMBERLY (1/5): - Terrible location. Terrible check in instructions that included a wrong code to access property. Terrible parking situation. Automatic gate malfunction and closed on rental car causing damage. It should have stopped and immediately opened to avoid damage. God forbid a person coming in contact with the Automatic closing gate (that obviously did not have a sensor to automatically reopen) could have been hurt. Slow response from management regarding rectifying the situation and damage caused. They waited until 2 days after check out and our repeated outreach for communication regarding a solution. They declined any responsibility. Saying gate was functioning properly. I have video showing it malfunctioning. They used the excuse that using profanity towards staff as one of the reasons why they are not dealing with us to resolve. After lack of proper response I am sure many guests would have also been stressed beyond politeness. Also, they were slow on returning damage deposit we had to reach out to ask what was taking so long. It took 2 days to return. They ruined our trip.

• Marie (9/5): Superbe endroit très agréable - Superbe logement, propre, neuf, super équipé Personnel réactif et très sympathique Le parking ne peut prendre qu’un véhicule type minivan donc parfois compliqué le soir de trouver de la place dans la rue mais nous y sommes toujours parvenus

• 3beer3 (8/5): - الموقع :ممتاز الحي هادئ وفي نصف المدينة تقريبا طاقم العمل : فريق العمل جدا متعاون وسريع الاستجابة حيث لم يكن بامكاني دفع تامين الشقة من خلال وسائل الدفع المتاحة لديهم ووافقوا على استلام المبلغ كاش وارجعه لنا في آخر يوم الشقة : توفر جميع أدوات النظافة من محارم وادوات التنظيف الشخصية والتنظيف للشقة تم لفت النظر لفريق العمل بأهمية توضيح ان الفيلا من ثلاث طوابق وان الغرف متوزعة على الثلاث طوابق حيث حيث يصعب على من لديه كبار السن او الأطفال الصغار
