- Beatriz (5/5): Equilibrada. - A acomodação é confortável, a cama é boa, tem um colchão de solteiro e o sofá cama ainda pra auxiliar. E o fato de ter uma lavanderia no prédio com lavadora e secadora foi bem bacana. Sentimos falta de manta, só tinha uma e bem fininha, também sentimos falta de um varal para estender a roupa que chega da praia. O exaustor do banheiro tem um cheiro bem forte de esgoto.

- Fernandes (7/5): Poderia ser melhor. - Acomodação confortável, limpa e organizada.Tem acesso a eletrodomésticos e utensílios de cozinha. Tudo muito agradável na estrutura. Portaria eletrônica um pouco confusa. O estacionamento era do lado de fora e direto na rua sem proteção para o carro. E muito barulho de obra nos dias que estive lá, inclusive no dia que cheguei que era feriado tava super barulhento quase impossível.
