• Delyth (5/5): Basic buys you basic - Very central to Los Christianos It didn’t have a TV or balcony, on a very busy street with lots of traffic.

• Nic (3/5): Awful service, avoid this property at all costs. - The location was good and the apartment was clean On our first night, Sunday, we climbed into bed only to find it was making an awful noise. We lifted the mattress to see what the problem was and the metal base sprung upwards. We noticed it was bent and out of shape and try as we might we couldn’t get it to go back into the down position. We decided to put the mattress on the floor and speak to the hosts in the morning. The next day, Monday, we sent photos and explained what had happened, Chloe replied with an apology and said they’d order a new bed which would be delivered the next day. Tuesday arrived and when we enquired about the bed we were told it would now be another day and they had made a complaint. We were offered the chance to check out, get a refund on the nights we weren’t staying and find somewhere else to stay. We did look but there was nowhere in the same location and we were settled,apart from the bed, so decided to stay. By Thursday we still had no bed to sleep in and both my wife and I were getting limited sleep, this was due to sleeping on a thin mattress on the floor, the cockroaches crawling about and the maintenance man/cleaner coming in at between 5am & 7am every morning; banging and crashing about in the corridor where he kept his tools which was situated behind the toilet of the apartment. We again enquired about the bed and was sent a message saying that there was still no news and that they were sorry about the discomfort but we should take it up with Booking.com after our stay who would help us out. They said “As the platform pays us, so you have paid our ‘boss’ and then our ‘boss’ (booking) pays us but if there’s any complaints you can call them and they can act upon it. They pay us 1 week after you completed your stay”. No one will take responsibility for this awful service, my wife and I have had really bad backs since our stay and both had hardly any sleep for a week. It wasn’t the relaxing break we had hoped for. Avoid this property at all costs.

• Birgit (2/5): Dirty sheets - Check in was well explained Bedding was disgusting. Sheet had 2 dirty patches top sheet an oily looking stain. At 112 Euros I would expect washed sheets. Mattress smelled of smoke, bed was creaky and lopsided
• Kerstin (5/5): Die Wohnung war für unseren Zweck eines kurzen Aufenthaltes geeignet. - Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, sehr gute Check in Beschreibung. Sauber. Zentrale Lage. Bett im Schlafzimmer durchgelegen, quietschte bei jeder Bewegung. Man konnte riechen, dass in der Unterkunft geraucht wurde, trotz Verbotshinweisen. Ungemütliche und kalt wirkende Beleuchtung.Nachts laut.

• Adriana (2/5): Lamentable. - La ubicación es buena, sitio turístico, cerca de la playa y diferentes bares y restaurantes. La limpieza destacaba por su ausencia. Gracias a que solo nos quedamos una noche. Todo muy sucio, en la cama me encontré un grano de arroz, los muebles de la cocina se veía que no estaban limpios, tenían restos de grasa; y nos encontramos varias cucarachas muy pequeñas, y eso que no estuvimos mucho en el alojamiento, llegamos solo a dormir y nos fuimos bastante pronto. Aparte, hay mucha claridad, que molesta para dormir, y ruido.
• Lily (7/5): - I got the keys easily and found the apartment based on good instructions from the host. Cellular data signal was great there. The location was really good - walkable to tons of food options and the ferry. I dived locally and it was walkable to some local dive shops. The bed was very squeaky and the road noise was loud. Both affected my sleep quality. It can get a little hot during the day if you have windows closed.

• Francisco Javier (1/5): Desastre absoluto. Cama incómoda, limpieza pobre y cucarachas. - La ubicación solo. No me gustó que no estaba especialmente limpia, nos encontramos varias cucarachas por toda la casa y la cama estaba hundida por el centro haciendo que el descanso fuera imposible. La cama además suena una barbaridad cada vez que te girabas. En la reserva te ponen como extra que te dejan una botella de vino pero no fue así, dejaron una botella de agua pequeña. Conclusión… no volvería, salvo que solucionen todas estas cosas.
• Delian (6/5): La posizione ottima, si può migliorare il servizio. - La posizione è ottima, in pochi minuti si arriva a Los Cristianos. Check in facile e veloce. Il letto era abbastanza scomodo e rumoroso. Si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada. C’era qualche piccolo insetto in giro per casa.

• Pilar (3/5): No descanse por cucarachas y cama. - Ubicación y trato de la persona. Habían cucarachas en la cocina y pequeñas en todas partes. La cama parece que fue usada durante 50 años y después puesta allí con un somier hundido HORRIBLE. No solo lo incomodo sino lo que sonaba al moverte. Encontré un pelo dentro de las sábanas, daba la sensación de no estas limpias. Como dato, aparcar por la zona es complicado.

• daner zheng (8/5): The accommodation was as expected. - The location is good — very quiet and peaceful, yet convenient. The host was very kind and responsive, making check-in smooth and easy. The neighbors were also friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The apartment basically met my expectations and was just as described on the website. The only thing I hope the host could improve is the bed — the frame makes a creaking noise every time we move, and the mattress sinks in the middle, so we kept rolling toward the center during the night. Other than that, everything was fine.

• Naroa (5/5): Ubicación buena pero comodidad la justa - La ubicación. La nevera perdía agua, creaba un charco de agua según entrabas al apartamento. La campana extractora estaba bastante deteriorada. En cuanto a la vajilla, creemos que falta algún que otro utensilio como tijeras…, tampoco había trapos para secar. El sofá/cama muy incómodo, hacía ruido. En el baño el lavabo no tragaba bien el agua. La cama hacía mucho ruido y el colchón estaba bastante usado entonces era incómodo. El aire era mínimo y había mucha humedad entonces no se secaba la rompa y olía a humedad. Las ventanas no aislaban el sonido de la calle. Además, por si fuera poco había cucarachas. Avisamos a la dueña de las cucarachas y de la nevera y lo único que hizo fue lamentarse.
• Santiago (7/5): Perfecta ubicacion, nefasto descanso - La ubicacion, la decoracion y menaje de cocina La cama hace mucho ruido el somier de laminas hace ruido cada vez que te giras o mueves en la cama, apenas pudimos dormir, es un aspecto muy muy negativo a tener en cuenta.

• Christopher (1/5): Terrible dont do it. - Property was terrible Property was terrible, only one bed, absolutely red hot, and very noisy. Left as soon as we woke up the morning after, cutting the trip short.
• Daniel (7/5): Good - Well situated,small apartment right in the center,close to the beach and harbor. Shops,restaurants are nearby. Communication with owner was easy, I´ve got all instructions in advance. The blue blanket on the bed was pretty dirty.Maybe from previous guest?

• Edward (8/5): Good sized place in great location, close to restaurants and tourist area and quite close to beach - Excellent check in instructions, and location, plenty of room Bed was very creaky and not very comfortable, sofa was stained but covered with a throw that wouldn't stay in place. • Carolyn (10/5): Enjoy a Vivid Neighborhood and the Best Host - Great location, close to everything we needed. Apartment itself was perfect for our two night stay. Best of all was our hostess, Chloe. When we arrived we had a serious health problem to deal with. Chloe was there for us: warm, supportive and quick to respond to texts: suggested a doctor, how to reach the nearest Pharmacy. She even arranged an extra hour for us at the time of departure. We are extremely grateful. Street noise.
• James (8/5): Nice little apartment in the centre of Los Cristianos - Nice little apartment very central in Los Cristianos, very near bars & restaurants, 5 minute walk to the beach. Apartment was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. Very clear check in instructions and host was always responsive & friendly. No WiFi although we messaged the host and she apologised and said her colleague should’ve removed this feature from Booking.com as the apartment doesn’t have WiFi yet. No issue for us as we had data anyway. No air con and street outside quite noisy so couldn’t sleep with window open, so was a little hot at night. Shower water pressure was pretty poor and no tea/coffee etc in the apartment. But these are all minor things which didn’t spoil our stay - still really enjoyed it!
