• Hrudaya (10/5): It was pleasant and lavish stay. - Near to dabolim airport 10 minute drive and properly is top in vasco in terms of services, cleanliness and tasty food. Everything was so perfect.
• Mayur (2/5): No value for money. Not a 4 star facility - Nothing like 4 star hotel facilities so not recommended for anyone No value for money. Bathrooms were horrible. Room was good but no basic services like bath towel was missing. No toilet rolls etc. I would not recommend it.

• Kirti (5/5): Not worth mentioning. - I came in a bit earlier than scheduled as I had finished by work earlier than expected at Mangalore. I came in at 2.0 am and was told that there are no room available in a rude manner, while they were making arrangement of cleaning some other rooms. I had to search other hotels @ 2.0 am at night, on foot, as I had no transport arrangement available. I would have expected the Hotel to give me a spare bed in their banquet hall to a rest and use of common toilet facilities till morning.

• Matan (5/5): Modern, clean, but very noisy. - The staff are very kind and nice. The hotel is close to the airport and rail station. The rooms are spacious and modern. Great breakfast. Unfortunately the location, while close to terminal hubs, is very noisy. I wasn't able to sleep because of the sound from the street and the sound of the train honking every 30 minutes approximately. The noise was too much. We were in a "quiet" room on the 7th floor.

• James (7/5): Good stay for transiting - Very nice stay with easy access to Vasco Da Gama railway station and a short drive to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants in the immediate area and plenty of shopping. Breakfast was very nice, lots of options. The room could’ve been cleaned better. There were so many long hairs all over the room.

• pierre (9/5): Super option à Vasco de Gama - Staff très sympa, partout (portier, réception, service d'étage, spa, restaurant). Chambre confortable et propre. Literie très confortable. Spa : j'ai fait un foot massage, absolument génial, avec un masseur venant du Kerala. Bon petit déjeuner. Un bon rapport qualité prix. La petite piscine sur le toit est sympa, belle vue, mais comme souvent en Inde, tout fait un peu délabré : pour arriver à la piscine, on passe dans un espace où sont entassés divers objets, pas très glamour... Le laundry est très cher..

• Thomas (5/5): Passable - The hotel is rated 4 stars, it used to be the case in 2010, now the whole thing is downgraded and it will be between 2 to 3 stars. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. certainly not 4 star hotel.

• Peter (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Nice rooms and clean. Rooftop pool and just call down and order a beer. The restaurant is top class. The taxi service is excellent. However, the hotel needs to fix its Wifi. The Wifi is above all criticism.
• Nicola (10/5): Fabulous hotel for a stop over. - Ram the manager arranged for the pool to have water put in itl as it had been under maintenance for several months.It was nice to look over the town while swimming. I loved the hotel, the nicest room we have stayed in in India. staff and food were great. I would recommend this as a stop off hotel after a long flight. The local beach doesn't have any shade or shacks.

• Darynwales (6/5): Expected more but passable - It was close to the airport and initially I found the staff to be very helpful as they organised a taxi on our behalf. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The amenity kit was a good touch. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of foods and the restaurant looked good For the price I would have forgiven quite a lot but I was really disappointed that the pool was closed. I said as much to the reception staff and they said it was "under maintenance". I asked why they didn't tell me in advance or mention it on their website but they said it was only for two days (i can't help thinking this was a lie because the amount of algae and dirt built up would take more than two days). Also, I asked for two singles and I was technically given that but the beds were still together so we moved them ourselves and the floor was really dirty. Finally, the Internet cut out A LOT and I couldn't really use it at night. It took over an hour to fix. Finally, we asked for help trying to find a tv channel and help did come but it took over 30 minutes. Overall, a bit disappointed with the service and facilities. The basics were there though
• Simon (3/5): Very poor service including a very thin sheet with holes in! - Breakfast Staff were inefficient and didn’t do what they said they would. We were met by a taxi at the airport despite not ordering one and hearing nothing about the cost after enquiring months before. The hotel staff member with the driver said the taxi was complimentary so we jumped in. When we checked out they tried to charge us but we refused to pay! The beds had what looked like well used sheets and were not comfortable. One of the beds had a sheet and mattress with holes in! It took two calls to reception before a new sheet and a second towel were provided and this was at 11:30pm after a very long journey. We had asked via Booking.com earlier on our arrival day for a taxi to be booked to Hubballi Jn as the train from Vasco to Hosapete had been cancelled and it was starting there. The hotel failed to reply and only gave us a price from one driver at 8:30am the next morning when we’d said we wanted to leave at 9am. This hotel has clearly seen better days. The staff are not trained properly and the owners are skimping on the basics. Avoid!!!

• Mary (6/5): It could have been better. Wi fi was a big issue.Likewise the cleaning. - Breakfast was good. Cleaners were late cleaning the room. On 5 ocassions the room wasn't cleaned. We had to ask for hand towels, soap, toilet rolls etc. No dusting was done and cleaniness was not to a high standard.

Nothing to do near this hotel. Famous beaches and destinations are atleast 1 hr away. Rooms need to be maintained better. Not very clean. Ok for 1 day stays.

• Leo (9/5): Great Hotel - Location was great as it was a 10 minute drive to Dabolim airport. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We stayed in the executive suite with three people and the staff provided a third bed. The room was very clean with great amenities. Only downsides were the slow WiFi and the restaurant food. The restaurant looked beautiful and the staff were amazing, but the food was pretty bland. But they did bring it to our room which was great. Overall I'd definitely stay here again. This hotel was great value for money.
