• Iago (1/5): - La ubicación es súper lejana arriba de todo de la montaña y están en obras desde las 8 am el ruido es atronador imposible descansar! La lavadora no funciona ! Hay cortes de agua todas las mañanas no te puedes ni duchar ni ir al baño ni nada hasta cierta hora no funciona el agua!
• Maria (1/5): DONT STAY ILLEGAL SPLIT PROPERTY WITH 1 VV - Nothing The person who looks after the property lies and blames you for everything. The property is being illegally rented out as the property is split into 2 but using one vv which is highly illegal also nothing works I.e washing machine, iron broken sockets also there is meant to be fire instructions and a smoke alarm in the property which is against the VV policy’s. The lady CHLOE lies and PLEASE LOOK AT ALL REVIEWS as she calls customers dumb etc and blames everything on others but this time her luck is done with.

• Georgina (1/5): Avoid! - Unfortunately nothing The property was very difficult to access with my young daughter with all the stairs I had to put her pram back in the car because it was just impossible. The apartment was dirty, the inside of the freezer had stains and dirt inside. The sofa bed which was for my mother to sleep on was filthy, cigarettes at the side of the sofa and no sheet for the dirty mattress on the sofa bed. No pillowcases for the two pillows and only a throw left for bedding. There was sand all over the floors and the air conditioning unit was blowing out hot air and the control did not work. There was no fans or windows that could be opened with fly screens to allow some air. The dining table is pushed up against the sofa and the fridge so only one person can sit at the table because of the lay out. Quite frankly it is the worst place I have ever stayed and my daughter barely got any sleep due to being too hot.

Bed very uncomfortable and the couch even more uncomfortable Hot water in the shower was not long enough. Elevator broken and too many stairs to walk Description how to enter the apartment was not clear because of broken elevator. The key for the pool need to be shared with other person. When they take the key you can not enter the pool
• Polina (1/5): - Cena We checked into our room and immediately called the owner because 50% of the conditions weren't met. They promised to fix the problem with the blanket (which wasn't there!), but we only had a small, unwashed throw. They didn't fix it and told us to contact support. The washing machine isn't working; we thought we could at least wash the dirty clothes and towels ourselves! The rooms aren't very clean. There are no amenities. The shower barely flows. The promised bottle of wine is also missing. The walls are dirty. There's no high-speed internet either; it barely works.
• María (6/5): - Estuve en toda mi estancia sin piscina, solo estaba libre la piscina infantil. Podrían haber avisado de éste detalle ya que he cogido un apartamento "con piscina". De resto muy bien todo.
• Coraima del Carmen (6/5): - Las explicaciones de los anfitriones fueron buenas, claras y cercanas. La limpieza de todo el apartamento podría ser mejor. Sobre todo la cocina y menaje, debería ser algo más curiosa. En general la estancia fue buena, pero es cierto que estábamos en plena ola de calor y el aire acondicionado estaba en el cuarto principal, y bien, pero el mando del aire no funcionaba; dijimos que éramos tres personas y dejaron toallas para dos, que además las toallas eran medianas no grandes de ducha. El lugar está un poco lejos de los servicios más cercanos (guaguas, tiendas) para ir caminando; es recomendable tener coche pero hay poco aparcamiento por la zona. En general el precio nos pareció un poco alto por el apartamento en general que estaba bien, pero sencillo, pequeño (para dos personas máximo) porque aunque el sofá se hace cama, éste no es cómodo, con algo de suciedad (polvo y poco detalle en la cocina).

• Luis Fernando (2/5): DECEPCIONANTE Y NADA RECOMENDABLE, ahorraros el dinero. - El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en toda la semana que estuvimos y tampoco se me ha puesto ninguna solución, es más , me dijeron que me darían una respuesta y no fueron capaces de darme ninguna, apartamento en general sucio, suelo sucio y mal olor, la nevera también sucia y con mal olor y faltaba la sombrilla. Además, HABÍA UNA CUCARACHA detrás de la cama, lo cual resultó muy desagradable, y una fregona sucia en la entrada escondida en un cuartito que generaba mal olor al entrar al apartamento. Sofá con manchas de vete a saber qué, adjunto fotografía. La ducha tenía moho y caía la suciedad al ducharte. Habitación sin ventanas y sin ventilación. Añadir también que la piscina es muy restrictiva el horario y el encargado, el presidente de la comunidad habló de muy malas formas faltando al respeto a un turista por entrar con una colchoneta a jugar con su niña pequeña, sin molestar a nadie ya que estaba vacía la piscina y no molestaban, es un impresentable. Todo esto afectó negativamente a nuestra estancia y también a la calidad de nuestro descanso. Creo que es importante que lo tengáis en cuenta para futuras reservas, ya que no corresponde con lo que se ofrece cuando estás pagando por ello , ni con lo anunciado.
• Julia (2/5): Horrible - La piscine et le bar à côté. Nous avons été très déçus par ce logement. Nous sommes arrivés avec des instructions sur Whatapps et pas toute correcte. Nous avons chercher pdt 20min notre logement. Ascenseur en travaux. Une fois dans le logement, quel mauvaise surprise. L’appartement est crade, sale. 2cm de poussière par terre, un paquet de feuille à rouler sous le lit, un baume à lèvres également. Des lunettes de soleil oublier. Des lumières et une Clim qui fonctionne qu’à moitié. Dans le congélateur ? Une couche épaisse de glace avec du moisi et un liquide rouge dessus. La wifi ne fonctionne quasiment pas. Des bouts de papier avec du sang trouvé dans la table de nuit. Et lorsqu’on demande un remboursement ou un geste ? Aucune réponse à part que le ménage va être refais. Nous avons réserver un autre logement et n’avons pas passer la semaine dans celui-ci. Nous somme revenu l’avant dernier jour pour voir, aucun ménage n’avait été fait et tout été encore pareil. Surplus, le code de la porte d’entrée a été changer dans la semaine sans que nous soyons au courant.
• Mikkel (4/5): Was OK, but significant downsides. - I like the price. The standard was OK. The apartment was quiet. The beds were not so comfortable. The kitchen had a smell of sewage, the shower and washing machine didn't work. Had to take two elevators to get up.
• Martin (10/5): Beautiful. - Lovely modern spotless apartment. Views of the sea were amazing! Access to the property was so easy. The bed was so comfortable and the Apartment has everything you need. The owner Chloe is a lovely person, although we didn’t meet and contacted each other via WhatsApp, she was very quick to get back to me with any questions. Chloe has recently had a new baby and she was still so quick! I felt like I’ve known Chloe a long time. Just a really nice place to stay and a beautiful location. I would highly recommend. As a frequent traveller to Tenerife I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much for everything Chloe. Nothing!
