- Andreas (10/5): Besser geht nicht. - Wir haben auf Reisen noch nie ein so bis ins letzte Detail sauberes Hotelzimmer vorgefunden. Alles war in einem top Zustand. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und wir haben uns woe zu Hause gefühlt.

Cannot ask for better Facilities 9/10 as expected, room much smaller then expected also no balcony which was unusual Host communication 10/10 the wifi didnt work in my room but host was quick to send multiple alternatives Sound proofing 1/10 however there wasnt anyone next door so didnt effect me so i could sleep easy but i could hear people entering door codes in the hall way, walls need to be improved Size of room No balcony Internet issues No complimentary drinks in the fridge, nothing infact. Shower gel was almost empty when i got there Sound proofing, the walls are as thin as paper

Die Lage ist auch top, Parkhaus und Geschäfte sind gleich nebenan, Fährenanlegestelle ist in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar Von aussen ist das Hotel nicht so leicht zu finden, wir haben zum Glück Hilfe von einem Hausbewohner bekommnen

- Karin (9/5): Würden bei erneutem Aufenthalt in Livorno wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. - Sehr geräumiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Gesamtes Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar. Hafen nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Check in übers Handy einfach und schnell. Parkgarage in 2 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar- kostet extra.

- Aurel (9/5): - The accomodation is in the city center and allows you to explore the city by foot. It's also near the historical parts with lots of restaurants. It does not have its own parking but there is a very good private parkinghouse some 100m from the property. It has self-check-in so you can arrive later in the evening/night without any issues. The property manager was available via messaging the whole time and responded promptly even to messages before midnight. The accomodation was new, so things were working and relatively clean. However, there were some spots that seemed to be not properly cleaned (e.g. bathroom mirror) - it was nothing bad and I would probably not notice it were the property not new and all shiny. The one thing that was bad was the shower - it features only a top shower head which makes it quite difficult to use without getting your hair wet. As a guy with short hair I had no issue with it but my girlfriend did. Also, since the shower head is quite high, it was difficult to shower without getting large parts of the floor wet.

- Salvatore (8/5): Livorno nel cuore - Camera in posizione centralissima, pulita ed arredata nell'essenziale ed in modo gradevole. Il bagno ha una bella dimensione con una doccia molto confortevole. Tutte le operazioni per l'ingresso avvengono on line. Abbiamo avuto un fastidiosissimo problema con il lavandino del bagno che scaricava male e molto lentamente. Nonostante l'inconveniente sia stato immediatamente segnalato, il titolare non è riuscito a risolverlo e neanche ci è stata fornita una valida alternativa. La camera potrebbe essere arricchita con una macchina del caffè ed un bollitore in modo da migliorare il comfort per i clienti. Sarebbe stata gradita una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto visto che all'ingresso della Guesthouse c'è un distributore solo di bevande calde che peraltro non può essere adoperato con le carte. Il piccolo frigo da camera è molto rumoroso.
