Karolak-Borowy (10/5): Zdecydowanie polecam - Bardzo ładne i wygodne mieszkanie. Pomysłowy podział na część dzienną i sypialnię. Obracany tv umożliwia oglądanie z kanapy lub łóżka. Przyjemna drewniania podłoga. Lampy ledowe w suficie z możliwością doboru koloru tworzą fajny klimat wieczorem. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone. Zadbano o takie detale jak ręcznik papierowy w kuchni, kawa, herbata, suszarka do włosów z dyfuzorem, płyn do mycia naczyń, gąbeczka czy zapasowe worki na śmieci. Jest pralka, żelazko i deska do prasowania. Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Wszedzie bliko. Do ul. Świętojańskiej i nad morze. Na dole sklep. Zdecydowanie polecam. 1. Drobnym minusem jest dość mocno słyszalny ruch uliczny w ciągu dnia (przy zamkniętych oknach). Mimo to lokalizacja spełniła moje oczekiwania. 2. Przydałyby się zasłony również w oknie przy aneksie kuchennym (bardzo dobre są w drugim oknie). We wszystkich oknach są rolety zapewniające prywatność wieczorem przy zapalonym świetle w mieszkaniu jednak przepuszczają światło dzienne i jak dla mnie zbyt wcześnie rano w mieszkaniu zrobiło się widno.
