• Kim (7/5): Goed voor een nacht maar niet villa waardig - Vriendelijke medewerkers, fijn zwembad en mooie tuin. Kamer/ villa is OK voor paar nachten of doorreis. Geen mogelijkheid om bij zwembad bv te liggen op een bedje, kamer/ villa verouderd op bepaalde onderdelen, tv niet werkend ivm onderhoud?

• Emilie (8/5): Bon séjour de 5 nuits pour se reposer - Le logement est bien, propre et plutôt spacieux. Le personnel est adorable et toujours au petit soin ! Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus, tout est toujours très clean Le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel… Beaucoup de moustique (ils mettent à disposition de l’anti moustique et une bombe contre les insectes) L’hôtel est à côté d’animaux (cochon, poules et coqs principalement) donc quelques bruits mais rien de trop dérangeant.
• Daniel (10/5): Excellent stay in Labuan Bajo - Located on the outskirts of Labuan Bajo that feels like a luxury jungle retreat! There are a few shops within 10-15 minute walk for groceries/supplies. Location was quiet, calm and relaxing. Getting into town was easy with local drivers(we used the one we got from the airport and text via WhatsApp) takes about 10-15 minutes drive. Staff were some of the best we have ever had. So kind and thoughtful. They would go above and beyond on a daily basis! Offering fruit or coffee when we returned from diving or tours was a nice touch! Breakfast options are limited but sufficient. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel a few times and found the food to be quite good as well. Stay was a great value and would recommend to friends and family and would stay again when our travels bring us back to Komodo!!

• Roger (3/5): - My experience at this accommodation was very disappointing. I believe the price is high for what it actually offers, especially considering the general standards in Indonesia. While the place itself has potential, there are many unacceptable issues. The bathroom was in very poor condition: the shower did not drain properly, the toilet also had drainage problems, there was a very unpleasant smell, and the toilet lid was broken. Breakfast is very limited, with very few options available. There is also hardly any furniture around the pool to relax on. The airport pickup service is overpriced, charging nearly double the usual rate. We requested room cleaning, but it was not done because, as we were told, the master key was broken. Overall, the property feels neglected and poorly maintained. There is a clear mismatch between the price charged and the quality provided. I would like to highlight that the staff are very kind and helpful, and there were no issues with them at all. However, for the total price paid (around €250 for four nights), the experience was not up to expectations. After traveling around Indonesia for a month and staying in wonderful places, this was certainly one of the most disappointing. With proper investment and care, this place could improve significantly, but in its current state, it does not justify the high ratings it has.
• Kevin (8/5): Prima met verbeterpunten. - De omgeving van de villa’s is prachtig. Heel ruimtelijk en een mooie onderhouden tuin met zwembad. De villa’s zijn mooi, echter de schuifdeuren sluiten niet goed, waardoor er toch geregeld veel muggen binnen zitten. Een klamboe zou een aanrader zijn. Ook het ontbijt kan verbeterd worden, het is eigenlijk wel erg simpel met de keuze tussen ei met toast of nasi/bami. Een yoghurt als optie, of bv jam ipv ei zou fijn zijn voor variatie als je er meerdere nachten verblijft.

Heerlijke iced cappuccino. Superlieve eigenaresse!! Top service. Zou er zeker terugkomen In het donker moeilijker te vinden, want er staat een bordje met: Tajung Lima labuan bajo vills. Verwarrend, maar valt onder dezelfde naam
• Johanna (9/5): Ik zou zonder twijfel heel graag nog eens terugkomen! - Prachtige locatie, lekker zwembad en fijne huisjes om in te verblijven. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik was jarig en tijdens het ontbijt kreeg ik een kaarsje, felicitatie en extra toast. De menukaart is compact en heeft vegetarische opties. Het was een beetje lastig om de plek te vinden, omdat het aangeven wordt als Tanjung Lima Villas Labuan Bajo. Er waren geen ligbedjes bij het zwembad.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast and dinner area is cozy and we enjoyed their nasi goreng an lumpia’s multiple times. The pool area is lovely! We enjoyed the beautiful garden as well as the place next to the pool where you can lay down and relaxt. It is perfect for relaxation after you did a nice day trip. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Really recommend this place if you are visiting!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set this place apart; they were always available to help with a smile, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect. The cabins are simply stunning—beautifully designed, cozy, and impeccably clean. Speaking of relaxing, the pool area is a dream. The views are breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to unwind. We were also very impressed with the gastronomy. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we ended up having lunch there as well because the quality was so high. To make things even better, the hotel offers on-site services that are incredibly convenient: we rented a motorbike to explore the area and booked massages that were absolutely professional and relaxing. Every detail was carefully thought out to provide a luxury experience. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and for making our holiday so memorable. We are already dreaming of our return!❤️

• ThomGrue (9/5): - Die gepflegte Anlage mit den Bäumen und den Pool und den einzelnen stehenden Hütten ist sehr gut, nur leider etwas weit weg vom Stadtzentrum. Um mobil zu sein, wurden uns MotorScooter wurden uns vom Resort organisiert. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
• Casey (7/5): - Was only here for one night so hard to give a full review, but it was a fairly quiet spot, surounded by well kept gardens. Nice communal pool. I only had time for one meal (mie goreng) and it was fine. The villa was not well insulated, so the aircon had to work pretty hard to cool down. Could feel the heat from sun radiating off it. Bathroom was nice, but a bit dirty. Like it hadn't been cleaned properly after the last work was done on it. It was kind of indoor/outdoor bathroom, so there was actually a lot mosquitos in there which made it not so relaxing.

El servicio es muy agradable. Es un poco caro para la zona en la que está y los poquitos servicios que tienen pero por lo demas bien.

Ear plugs in the room with the note ”you’ll need these” does not increase the comfort either. First time also to see an price list for items in the room that if you break or steal the price for certain items are xyz.

• Adrian (8/5): - el hotel en si esta muy bien, todo lo que es el jardin y la piscina estan muy bien la ubicación esta un poco alejada del centro y necesitas taxi o moto ya que no hay nada cerca para cenar o comer, nosotros pedimos al hotel un taxi y nunca llego y tuvimos que ponernos nosotros en contacto por Whatsapp con una empresa del pueblo que encontramos en internet y muy bien. El servicio de cenas tendría que tener mas horario ya que no hay nada cerca. En la piscina no hay nada para tumbarse, solo una cama balinesa que cuando nosotros usamos la piscina estaba ocupada y tuvimos que sentarnos en el suelo, deberían poner hamacas.

• John (3/5): Very loud music until 1:00am and a bit overpriced for Labuan Bajo - Property grounds, the landscaping, the pool and the staff were all really nice I chose to stay here as it was a bit outside the centre, expecting it to be quiet. Unfortunately, there was loud music playing nearby (maybe a local karaoke place?). I stayed there on Fri and Sat nights and both nights the music was so loud I was not able to sleep. This was despite having ear defenders (ear plugs) in my ears and placing a pillow over my head... you could still hear the beat of the music very well. I ended up changing hotels so I could get a good night's sleep. The hotel, staff and ground were all fine, but the loud music every night until almost 1:00am was awful. I also found the price for this lodging is too high for the location and overall quality. You can get cheaper, quieter and more comfortable accommodation nearer the center of Labuan Bajo.

No sun loungers by the pool. No table in the room or on the private terraces. They give you a kettle but no cups. The name is not the name of the actual place which makes finding it pretty tricky!

• Anna (8/5): Nella natura - Location molto bella e particolare, immersa nella natura. Ristorante buono ed economico, sia per la colazione che per la cena. Piscina bella e ben tenuta. La stanza necessitava di una profonda pulizia e di alcuni lavoretti di mantenimento, il condizionatore era rumoroso. È a 10 minuti di macchina sia dal porto che all'aereoporto, ma si trova alla fine di una via non asfaltata.
• EVA (10/5): Sitio muy bonito y personal execepcional - La bienvenida y recepción de 10! Llegamos agotados de un tour en barco y fue un acierto coger este hotel para disfrutar de un poco de tranquilidad (está alejado del centro de Labuan Bajo, pero merece la pena). La zona de comedor y desayuno, estupendo. La piscina genial. El bungalow amplio y cómodo y una cama muy cómoda también. El baño amplio y estupendo. Lo mejor, sin duda, la atención de las personas que trabajan allí, increíblemente amables y atentas. Un 10. Para nosotros no fue ningún problema... pero tienen unos "vecinos" bastante ruidosos por la mañana (gallos y gallinas que se ponen como locos :D) Ya lo advierten con un papel, así que, si se tienen problemas con los ruidos, llevar unos tapones para los oídos. Para nosotros no fue ningún problema... prefiero el ruido de los gallos que el de la ciudad.

• Oliver (8/5): - Sehr schöne Anlage und freundliches Personal. Es wird bei der Organisation von Touren oder dem Ausleihen von Scootern geholfen. Das Essen und indonesische Frühstück ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Sehr sehr viele Mücken und an zwei Abenden laute Musik aus der Umgebung, wofür die Unterkunft bei Beidem nichts kann. Es gab leider kaum Liegen am Pool. Die Lage ist auch nicht optimal. Mit dem Scooter kann man zwar alles halbwegs schnell erreichen, aber man ist definitiv darauf angewiesen.

Had some personnal issues, they took care about me as friends. And the place is so nice as paradise. They also gave Fantastic advises to visit water falls with scooter starting from their place. The breakfast is terrible: you get a toast, old butter and poorly cooked scramble. Cottages are dark and poorly ventilated. You can hear roosters and karaoke all night long.

• carmen (7/5): - El lugar es idílico, justo lindando con la selva, la piscina infinita es una maravilla. Las cabañas de estilo tradicional muy bonitas pero a nuestro parecer faltaba un poco de mantenimiento. Aún así, el personal siempre atento para cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar. El servicio excelente, super amables! Te reciben con una bebida de bienvenida. En el desayuno tienes opción entre continental (huevos/tostada) e indonesio; bastante correcto con fruta y té o café. Está disponible desde las 7:00 y como nos marchábamos a esa hora ya nos lo tenían preparado. También nos guardaron el equipaje durante nuestra visita en barco a Komodo. Está algo alejado. Sin embargo, está cerca del aeropuerto y solo a 10’-12’ en ciclomotor del puerto(zona centro). Hay restaurantes que incluye el transfer. Así que tienes que evaluar si estar en un sitio más tranquilo y bonito pero algo más lejos.en general, nosotros nos movimos con moto/taxi y estuvo bastante bien. Falta un poco de mantenimiento para el nivel de precio. Aunque el sitio es precioso
• Charlotte (5/5): Impossible de dormir et mauvais rapport qualité prix - Chambres spacieuses L’hôtel est situé juste à côté d’un poulailler. Nous avions la chambre 1. Le coq commencé à chanter à partir de 3h30 non stop jusqu’à 7h du matin. Impossible de dormir ! Petit déjeuner horrible : un choix d’œuf (nous avions choisi des œufs au plat qui sont arrivés ultra cuits), une tartine de pain et une boisson chaude. En plus d’etre quasi inexistant, c’était très mauvais. Jolie piscine mais aucun transat pour y rester. Nous avons préféré trouver un pool bar proposant de vrais services.
• Marlene (9/5): Eine kleine Oase - Die Anlage ist ein kleine Oase, zwar etwas außerhalb, dafür hört man aber auch keinen Muezzingesang wie in der Stadt und hat keinen Verkehrslärm. Man kann problemlos einen Roller mieten Die Bungalows sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist mit das Schönste, dass wir im bisherigen Urlaub hatten.
• AIDA (2/5): Huevos con hormigas - La cama era cómoda. Falta de limpieza en general (suelos, espejos, cristales… no han sido limpiados en meses) Por la mosquitera del baño entran mosquitos. Los cubiertos están sucísimos por dentro, la mantelería…luz de la piscina rota. Para terminar los huevos del desayuno tenían hormigas. Se lo dije a la dueña que me ofreció hacerlo para llevar 🙄 Ella insistió en tomarse una foto con nosotros porque vio que no estábamos contentos. Eso no me ha gustado nada. 140€ por dos noches en estas condiciones me parece carísimo.
• Mijntje (9/5): Heerlijk, rustig, ontspannen - Prachtig aangelegd resort met heerlijk zwembad. De villas waren erg mooi, het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ligt heel rustig en je kan er echt relaxen en bijkomen. De televisie deed het niet in geen van de villas maar uiteindelijk ook helemaal niet nodig gehad

Problema con el agua, en la primera estancia salió fría, y hoy hemos visto que goteaba un poco de la pica, pero nada grave. Ruidos del gallo y a veces de las fiestas que se dan a lado.

Es gab zu viele Moskitos, sodass man jeden Abend Moskito-Spray brauchte, und tagsüber musste man die Türen geschlossen halten.

It looks nicer, and better maintained on the pictures, than in real life. Also, the accomodation is located pretty far from the center of Labuan Bajo. The area is not that great and there’s nothing there. You really need a scooter or other transportation, because I wouldnt advice you to go walking around.

• Mawi99 (9/5): - Nett angelegte, äußerst gepflegte Anlage, nettes Personal, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf hohem Niveau gejammert: Mehr Liegen am Pool wären gut, mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Zimmer ebenso, Wäscheständer auf der Terrasse könnte auch ergänzt werden..

• clemens (6/5): Geen aanrader - Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam Zoals eerder beschreven was er geen waterdruk in de douche, overdag ging het nog maar s’avonds alleen een paar druppels. Dit ook gemeld maar helaas geen actie om het op te lossen. Zwembad is openbaar dus ook de plaatselijke bevolking kwam zwemmen. Ontbijt is zeer sober. Het complex ligt zeer afgelegen van het centrum.
• Francesca (6/5): Non tornerei - Location piuttosto wilde ma carina, bungalow spartani e spazi condivisi risicati ma vivibili. Il fatto che la piscina non abbia nemmeno gli sdrai è una grande pecca. La sera dell'arrivo l'accoglienza è stata cordiale. Ci hanno buttato giù dal letto perché alle 12.00 non ci eravamo ancora palesati. Per carità, avevano tutte le ragioni, però al primo giorno ancora il jet leg può creare brutti scherzi. A quel punto ci hanno cacciati, senza un caffè (la colazione anche se pagata non l'abbiamo nemmeno chiesta a quell'ora) letteratura nel mezzo del nulla, senza aiutarci a chiamare un taxi né nulla. Là si è veramente isolati, strada sterrata e abbiamo vagato per mezz'ora sotto al sole in direzione Labuan Bajo prima di trovare un mezzo di trasporto. Là non funzionano le varie app per chiamare taxi e si è veramente in mezzo al nulla, ci vuole un po' di attenzione anche se il cliente ha la colpa di essersi svegliato tardi.
• SJ (10/5): Beautiful, relaxing stay in serene forest-like surroundings away from the city with wonderful staff. - We loved our stay here. This place is surrounded by so many trees. The villas are nicely designed and the whole place is spacious. We also liked the surroundings and the swimming pool. It was lovely to stay here, away from the traffic and noise of the town. All staff were very caring and instantly responded to our needs. Breakfast was average with very limited options. I liked the local noodle dish over the continental dish. More options would have been better.
• alvaro (6/5): - Personnel is so kind This place does not worth what it costs. Need a a lot of improvement on installations, poor kitchen offer etc. Nothing to do with the rest of services offered in other places around Indo. It has potential but this is not well leaded.

• Bernard (10/5): Séjour parfait ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre passage dans cet hôtel. Cadre reposant et agréable, chambre conforta - Personnel très accueillant, cadre reposant et très agréable. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, seul petit point d’amélioration possible : prévoir des transats au bord de la piscine (il y a un bed mais si d’autres personnes sont présentes cela fait juste)
• Colin (7/5): - Les villas sont jolis, la piscine est sympa et le personnel est très gentil comme d’habitude. La chambre est remplie de moustiques et il n’y a ni moustiquaire ni diffuseur anti moustique. Le personnel est très gentil mais ne parle pas très bien anglais ce qui a posé problème pour l’heure de départ du taxi pour l’aéroport.
• Nora (9/5): - I really loved this hotel, where very confortable and beautiful huts are nested in the forest. The staff is very friendly and the pool in the tropical garden is a treat. The rooster was noisy at multiple night hours (11pm, 2 - 3 am...).
• Juliette (5/5): Déception - L’endroit a du potentiel, mais beaucoup de points restent à améliorer. Grosse déception pour cet hôtel. Très peu de réactivité de la part du personnel : nous n’avions qu’une seule serviette pour deux, et il a été difficile d’en obtenir une deuxième… L’hôtel est situé au calme, mais un peu excentré, et l’accès se fait par une route non terminée, ce qui complique un peu les choses en scooter. La piscine, quant à elle, n’a que des chaises… donc pas vraiment possible de se détendre au bord. La chambre était mal isolée, ce qui a laissé passer énormément de moustiques, rendant les nuits assez pénibles.
• Maria (9/5): - Preciosas cabañas con un baño muy bonito integrado en la naturaleza. Jardín y piscina también preciosos. Y el personal muy amable, ayudando en todo lo que podían. Muy recomendable! Está un poco apartado pero no supone mucho problema porque en 10 minutos en taxi o moto estás en el centro. Había un gallo que cacareaba por la noche, pero son cosas del entorno rural.

• Pablo (8/5): Genial - Lo que más nos gustó sin duda fue la paz y la tranquilidad del sitio, estuvimos súper cómodos en un lugar único, el trato con el personal impecable super agradables siempre dispuestos ayudar. El último día nos dejó tirados nuestro conductor a las 6:00am y enseguida nos consiguieron otro. Por poner una pega no salía presión de la ducha y era difícil lavarse el pelo
• Caterina (9/5): Lovely calm place to stay in Labuan Bajo - The villas are in middle of nature so it feels really calm and quiet. The staff is really nice and helpful. The food is quite good and the room is really nice. The breakfast menu could be improved: only Nasi/Mie Goreng or eggs with toast. You must have a scooter or rent a driver to move from the villas.
• Yann (10/5): Super logement calme et confortable avec un personnel chaleureux - Emplacement très calme, pile ce qu'on recherchait. Le lit était grand et comfortable. Le logement avait la clim ce qui nous permettait de dormir confortablement ! Le personnel est parfait. Vous pouvez leur donner vos vêtements pour qu'ils s'occupent de les laver pouur environ 2€ Nous n'avions pas loué de scooter, nous utilisions Grab pour aller dans le centre à moins d'1€ la course en environ 10mn. La salle de bain est propre et spacieuse. Il faut faire attention il y a beaucoup de moustiques. Mais c'est le cas partout sur Florès. Pensez à bien prendre du produit anti moustique. Il y a un ou plusieurs coqs près du logement, il a tendance à faire son cri à tout moment. Y compris la nuit. Personnelement, je dors avec des bouchons d'oreilles, donc je ne suis pas gêné.
• Marina (6/5): - Posizione tranquilla , vicina all’aereoporto. Bel giardino con piscina . Il servizio lascia molto a desiderare. Ci hanno chiesto 150k rupie indonesiane per un transfer di 5 km ! Un furto . Leggo le recensioni su Booking e vedo che solo qualche settimana fa per lo stesso servizio chiedevano 100k. Disonesti. Senza considerare che l’autista è venuto a prenderci col vetro del parabrezza completamente rotto! In più volevano a tutti i costi farmi riportare sempre da loro all’aeroporto chiedendomi ancora prima del check in 300k IDR. Ci viene assegnata una villetta con il vetro della finestra rotta nonostante ce ne fossero altre libere . Il pavimento pulito solo dove vede l’occhio, mi sono chinata a raccogliere una cosa sotto al letto e non vi dico la polvere che c’era ! Il bagno puzzava di chiuso , la tv non funzionava e il Wi-Fi era praticamente assente. La piscina bella, peccato che non ci sia mezza sdraio nei suoi pressi . Il personale parla a mala pena inglese , abbiamo fatto molta fatica per farci capire . Dovevamo fare il check out al mattino presto , abbiamo chiesto alla ragazza se avremmo trovato qualcuno per l’ora in cui dovevamo liberare la stanza . Ci ha detto di sì , peccato che al mattino non ci fosse nessuno, abbiamo dovuto fare il check out da soli , lasciando le chiavi sul bancone del “ ristorante “ . Sicuramente il prezzo non corrisponde al reale valore del servizio offerto.
