Thank you! - A beautiful home, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, both aesthetic and functional, from the resin flooring on the ground floor to the parquet flooring in the bedroom, to the charming exposed concrete—a design touch that lends the home its character—and the natural elements, such as driftwood, rocks, and other objects, artfully scattered throughout. It looks like something out of an architecture magazine. The home is equipped with every comfort, so much so that you'll feel like you need nothing else, thanks to the spectacular views, both from the fully glazed interior and from the spacious terrace, perfect for living. There's also a Sonos wireless sound system. We've tried the beautiful Weber barbecue outside, perfect for grilling, and the indoor kitchen is equally impressive, equipped with every necessary kitchen accessory. The private beach is right next door, and it's a 15-minute walk to the center of Plomari, where you'll find other beach clubs, restaurants, pubs, and bars. The Island nightclub is also just a 5-minute walk away. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive to our every need, from addressing any deficiencies in the house (which, however, weren't there), to providing us with recommendations for beaches and places to visit, as well as local festivals and events. They even left us a basket of fresh fruit in the fridge as a welcome gift! One minor detail was the shower "visible" from the stairs, which also gives the house character. There were four of us, male friends, and the idea might have seemed awkward, but it wasn't. The double beds, one fixed and the other foldable, assembled on the spot, couldn't be separated, but we made do, also making use of the magnificent sofa. Would I return? I'd sign up to return every year. Thank you!

• Louise (10/5): Stunning house and view - This is a stunning house with an incredible view. It is very well equipped for cooking, including lots of herbs in the small garden. Our host Metaxia was great, she gave us a warm welcome and lots of local tips. It's just a 10 minute walk from town and lots of great tavernas too.

Plomari Merkeze arabayla 3 dakika, yürüyerek 10-15 dakika sürebilir. 2 çocukla güvenli bir şekilde konakladık. Üst kattaki banyonun kapısı yok, mahremiyet açısından sıkıntı olabiliyor.

• Ahmet (9/5): House with a magnificent view and a homey feel - We had a holiday that made us feel like we were in our own home, every detail was considered and with a magnificent view. There are all the items in the house that will meet your needs, the house is clean and the items are new. It is just a little outside the city and you can reach it more easily with your car. It is very close to the sea and there are many places to swim around. There are many alternatives for cooking, you can also use the barbecue at home :)

It’s located just a short 5–10 minute walk from the heart of Plomari, yet it feels like a private, tranquil escape. perfect for relaxing, with a huge terrace that catches the sea breeze and offers stunning views of the ocean from every room. The house itself is brand new, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything inside feels thoughtfully planned – from the cozy, high-quality beds with soft linens to the spacious and modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and more, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. Everything about the house is convenient and welcoming. It’s clear a lot of care went into every detail. The host was fantastic – responsive, kind, and always available for anything we needed. And perhaps the best part: it’s just a 1–2 minute walk to a breathtaking, quiet beach that feels like a hidden paradise. We didn’t want to leave. Highly, highly recommended! The bedroom is located on a separate upper floor, designed as a beautiful open loft with spectacular sea views. It’s important to mention that while it’s on a different level from the living area, the wall around the loft is only half-height and there is no door, so the sense of privacy is partial rather than complete. That being said, it didn’t bother us at all — we stayed as a couple and absolutely loved the open and airy atmosphere. Just something to keep in mind if you’re planning to stay with more people.

Just a 2-minute walk to a quiet, hidden beach and 10 minutes to the heart of the village, the location is perfect. The house is modern, super comfortable, and fully equipped – a perfect Greek escape!

Just a 2-minute walk brings you to a quiet, almost private beach with crystal-clear waters, and within 10 minutes by foot, you’re in the heart of Plomari with everything you need: shops, restaurants, cafes, and local Tavern. The gallery bedroom is absolutely magical. The bed faces a wide window, so you wake up each morning to an endless view of the sea. It’s peaceful, bright, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect place to rest and take in the beauty of the island. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and a real joy to cook in. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll find everything you need, all laid out in a clean and beautifully designed space. Just outside, the terrace offers a perfect spot to unwind — ideal for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or a quiet evening under the stars. With the sea in front and the sounds of nature around, it’s one of the most relaxing places you could imagine. Everything about this home feels special — peaceful, stylish, and perfectly located. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dreamy Aegean escape.
