• Marta (1/5): Horror - Nulla Il viaggio è stato un disastro. Già prima dell’arrivo, mi sono stati mandati dei link per effettuare il check in non funzionanti e, ad eccezione di una prima risposta da parte dell’hotel, non ho più ricevuto riscontro. Mi è stato mandato un link per effettuare un pagamento di 300€, a titolo di cauzione, che non era stato segnalato in fase di prenotazione. Una volta arrivati alla struttura, ci siamo accorti che nonostante fossimo in 3, era stato preparato solo il letto matrimoniale. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto mettere io le lenzuola sul divano, che avevano lasciato da parte. Il problema è stato che hanno lasciato il piumino SENZA IL COPRIPIUMINO e senza le tovaglie per il bagno. Una volta aperto il piumino, ci siamo accorti che era pieno di macchie gialle/rosse. Abbiamo scritto e chiamato ma non abbiamo MAI ricevuto risposta. Abbiamo quindi pensato di dormire senza il piumino e rimediare al freddo con il condizionatore, ma questo non funzionava. La tv non funzionava. Abbiamo nuovamente scritto alla struttura ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Ho dovuto dormire senza coperte, vista l’estrema sporcizia del piumino, e il giorno seguente ho dovuto comprare in autonomia una coperta, visto che non ho ricevuto alcun tipo di aiuto dalla struttura, nonostante abbia scritto dei messaggi anche il giorno seguente. Ho deciso che non pubblicherò le foto del piumino per non far vomitare la gente, ma è stata un’esperienza davvero terribile. Inoltre, abbiamo prenotato per 2 notti, eravamo in 3 e c’erano a disposizione solo 2 bustine di the e 2 capsule per il caffè. Gli inconvenienti possono capitare, ma ciò che è imperdonabile è la totale assenza di interesse nei confronti del cliente. Non mi era mai capitato e la mia vacanza è stata completamente rovinata.

• Nihade (4/5): C'est cher sans raison. Je vous déconseille. - L'appartement bénéficie d'un bon emplacement, à environ 10 minutes du centre de Bâle. Le lit est de qualité médiocre et vous casse le dos. En soulevant le matelas, il y avait une planche vissée. L'isolation est insuffisante, on entendait chaque pas, chaque voisin. La vaisselle est en quantité limitée, la télévision est de très petite taille et il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la chambre. L'hôte est désagréable et peu professionnel. On a voulu me prendre la caution de 300 € sans aucune raison. Nous avons rendu l'appartement comme nous l'avions trouvé, mais on m'a laissé en suspens pour la caution pendant des jours sans que personne ne me donne de nouvelles. Une arrivée à 18h !!!!! c'est abusé, et un départ à 10h, et pour arriver plus tôt et repartir plus tard, il faut payer ! Alors que le ménage est fait de 10h à 11h, si ce n'est pas du vice et du vol, c'est quoi ? Vu les autres commentaires, je ne suis pas la seule à penser la même chose.

• Natalia (8/5): - Большой дом для большой компании . Мы отдыхали с семьей у каждого были свои апартаменты. Удобное расположение дома . Рядом Швейцария. Бесплатная парковка возле дома . В больших апартаментах была хлипкая лестница на второй этаж ,которую стоит починить , так как она шаталась . Так же лестница очень узкая. Апартаменты отапливаются кондиционером и по приезду дом был очень холодным .

• Mayte (8/5): Estafa con el depósito de garantía - Es una pena que a pesar de pasar unos días maravillosos en Francia se estropee el recuerdo porque desde el alojamiento se niegan a devolver la fianza de la casa. La dejamos en perfecto estado. Alegan que ya me lo hayan reembolsado y después de tres semanas no ha sido así. Desde mi banco me dicen que si transcurre una semana más sin que ellos lo autoricen se quedan con el dinero. 300€

Silencioso y oscuro para la noche. No habia ascensor. Sofa cama muy incomodo. Mesa para comer extremadamente pequeña. Dificil acceso de codigo para recoger las llaves.
• Schindl (4/5): - Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Und nicht weit weg von der Grenze. Lage ruhig von der Straße her. Handtücher waren genug vorhanden. Die Wohnung war eiskalt als wir angekommen sind. Unsere Kinder waren nur am weinen. Probleme die Heizung zum einschalten es gab keine Anleitung. Bad wurde mit der Mini-Heizung nicht mal warm. Zu kalt zum duschen. Besitzer waren nicht erreichbar und habe keine Antwort erhalten. Sehr hellhörig der Nachbar oben war um 23 h so laut unmöglich zum schlafen. Waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort. Im Winter nicht zum empfehlen.

• Anna (6/5): Se la descrizione dell’alloggio avesse rispecchiato quanto realmente presente e se ci fosse stata una comunicazione di s - La casa è in una buona posizione per andare a visitare Berna e Basilea. L’arredamento era curato. La descrizione della casa dice che ci sono due camere da letto ma in realtà un letto è nella zona giorno e al piano di sopra ci sono 4 posti letto ma non c’è una porta. Si sale con una scala a chiocciola e non ci sono appendiabiti e i lucernari non hanno la tenda. Chi dorme sopra per andare in bagno passa dalla zona giorno dove c’è un letto matrimoniale. La piastra di cottura non è di facile intuizione nell’uso, abbiamo chiesto informazioni il primo giorno di soggiorno sul numero whatsapp ma nessuno ci ha mai risposto durante tutto il soggiorno.

• Jack (8/5): Good location for a family, especially if you need a parking space. - Good space, great parking since we had a trailer which we were able to leave there. Well equipped (WiFi, smart TV, aircon) Location seems close to Basel but two different public transport regions cause issues. We couldn’t get a bus back on the French side from Basel centre after about 7pm and ended up needing a €50 taxi which was a surprise.

• Olga (5/5): Freezing cold - The bed in the main room was super comfy. That's the only thing that we loved. - not a smooth check-in. First time even in my experience with booking.com properties. When I booked the place, I mentioned that our check in time is between 3 and 4 p.m. No text message, no email was sent to us with the door code. I had to call the place, and they said, "Yes, there's some problems with sending emails (well, I also have a cellphone, you can still contact me), but also usually the check-in time is after 4 p.m." Really? Could you please look up in the booking info? You sent us the confirmation, that means you knew when we were coming and were Ok with it. We had to wait in total for 40 min or so. I was shattered after a 10 hour trip and a flight, and it just didn't help to feel welcome. - the whole place was stinking with cigarette smoke. Yikes. - no toilet paper in the bathroom. - no hairdryer (I checked before the trip as it's super important for me) - they only gave us the hair dryer at the end of day 2. - no proper heating (!) the apartment is supposed to be heated with ... an air conditioner. As a result my skin was super dry and irritated (we stayed for 4 or 5 nights), the air in the room was dry, too. It just felt awful. You either freeze, or you feel ok but with super dry skin. Also we had to sleep in the main room after heating it with air conditioner as the bedroom was freezing cold (no heating). The kettle was dirty - full of sediment after boiling, so I had to clean it before making us some tea. There was also black dirt on the brush that is used for washing dishes, yikes. We lived on the ground floor, and someone was living upstairs, too, that's how we learnt that there's no sound isolation. Each step sounded like elephants running. I know that clients are different. I know that owners meant well when they upgraded us to a better room (we originally booked a studio with a balcony for non-smokers upstairs) but sorry, it just didn't work.
• Andrew (8/5): This place was a good find & I'm glad we stayed there, but the issues above should be addressed. - Spaciousness, location, parking, the oven was great, the kitchen was well stocked. The entrance door to the apartment wouldn't lock. The bathroom sink leaked. The shower was messy. The spiral staircase was dangerous. The communication regarding the heater remote controls weren't adequate. We had to go online to figure out the heaters needed to warm up first before activating. We kept thinking we were doing something wrong.
• Eric (10/5): Perfect residence for a family looking for a short stay in a comfortable accomodation. - Everything. The house was well located, the house was tidy and clean. More importantly, the host was really accomodating. We would be happy to reside in this property again in the future. There was nothing to complain about. As mentioned above everything looks great.

• Davis (8/5): Lovely property, but you definitely need a car when staying here. - The property was very clean and nicely decorated. It had a nice kitchen and bathroom. A good amount of room. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Wi-Fi was very spotty and slow- which made working from there very difficult. The keypad at the entry door is very temperamental and hard to get in to. There is an iron, but no ironing board, adding one would be very helpful. This apartment is in a nice neighborhood, close to the airport and Basel. But, if you don't have a car (we didn't) you need to be aware that Uber very rarely services this area and though there is a bus stop out in front of the apartment, the bus doesn't stop there unless you order it to come. It would have been a great location if we had a car.
• Patrick (8/5): Nice stay next to Basel, light breakfast included - The property is well located: 15min drive to Basel city center and airport. Very spacious rooms with modern furnitures. Excellent host who replies immediately in case of any questions and doubts. easy check-in and check-out procedures. Maybe some toiletries like soap and shampoo in the bathroom/shower would be appreciated. Breakfast which is included is only a small tray with toast bread, two juices, some coffee cups and marmalade. Maybe enough for the first morning, but not for more days. rest was perfect. well done
