- Forbes (8/5): A comfortable, budget-friendly stay - The staff were very kind and helpful from the start. They arranged an early check-in, helped with my bags, and placed me in a first-floor room near reception, which I appreciated. The room was very basic but clean, and exactly what I expected for the price (around $30 USD per night). One of my favorite features was the small screened-in patio, which was a nice place to sit and unwind. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential. True Digital Park, which is a mall with a lot of food and restaurant options, is about a 10–12 minute walk away, and Udomsuk BTS is roughly a 15-minute walk. The only downside was the distance. It’s a bit of a walk to the BTS, and getting to more central areas can take close to an hour depending on traffic, which felt tiring as a newcomer. That said, for the cost and the cleanliness of the accommodations, it ultimately felt worth it for the peace of mind.

Preis / Leistung sehr gut! - Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr geräumig, sauber und neu ausgestattet und schön saniert. Die Matratzen sind auch neu und ich habe gut geschlafen, sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist toll fernab vom Tourismus und eine schöne Gegend die man zu Fuß gut erkundschaften kann.
- Andreas (7/5): Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war abgesehen von den stellenweise lauten Zimmernachbarn akzeptabel - Das Hotel lag in einem ruhigen Bereich ein wenig abseits der Sukhumvit Road in der Nähe zweier BTS-Stationen. Das Personal ist auf Wünsche eingegangen und hat diese auch regelmäßig erfüllt. Ein Abendmarkt mit vielfältig Angebot war ebenfalls in fußläufiger Nähe zu finden. Die Matratzen auf den Betten waren sehr hart. Das Gebäude ist äußerst hellhörig und Geräusche im Nebenzimmer (selbst normale, etwas lautere Gespräche) waren deutlich zu hören.

- Maria (8/5): The hotel is quiet and comfortable, with a convenient location for staying in Bangkok. - The room was spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning, a fan, a workspace, and kitchenware. We arrived around 2 a.m. and were warmly welcomed. A 7-Eleven is just 5 minutes away, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the BTS station and a shopping mall. The room had a balcony, but there was no proper window, so it didn’t get much natural light. We also noticed some black hair on the floor and in the bathroom.

Near bts station just a15 minutes walk . Can find many local foods. And a local market nearby Mrs sulai Ainchan really helpful and assist me how to navigate around.Thanks so much to Mrs Sulai. Really no issues at all staying at this apartment.

The beds are super big size. Made me extended my stays for 6 nights. The shower water pressure upgrade higher pressure would be added satisfaction.

- David (10/5): I think one of the cheapest nice room with full facilities , - New Building inside complex , I think 3 story building with 20rooms ? , area on quite street , clean , street car parking , lock front door from midnite to dawn , concierge do cleaning also . Big room with xtra large bathroom , table n chair , cabinet for TV n to make coffee n tea n water free , large fridge with drinks n peanuts chocolate etc must pay n price similar with shops . 200m from large supermarket , 800m walk to old style open market 5am-pm ? . Street Food stalls n restaurant from 6am some open from 11am. ,till late n 1 restaurant specialist fried chicken open 24 hours . Shopping mall around 1.3km with nice food court , 200m Little bit away from shop , restaurant n crowded people . I believed no clubs in the area

- Alex (10/5): Super place, please be respectful to it - super place, almost new, very clean and nice; mega convenient location, BTS Punnawithi 15min, 7-11, Rotteri, Tops, McDonalds, Krungsri bank, lots of cafes and everything you need 5min to go; you got TV, conditioner and fan, hot water, kettle and microwave, refrigerator with drinks, dishes, some snacks and simple menu to order meals, even clothes dryer on wall at balcony, so comfortable; minimalistic and pleasant design, fast wifi internet, quiet street, kind and helpful staff, so cool place for good price, liked it so much! recommend
