- SURIKA (5/5): - Cozy and had hot water - shower where very nice. Did not get booked unit, where put in another unit, due to double booking apparently. Dirty glasses and cups and dirt and old clothes under mattress. Mattress on bank beds not suitable for adults; feels like there is no mattress. Main room’s bed mattress very noisy (mattress cover with plastic?) Did not have a nice rest. Duvets had no covers on. RV not stable; whole unit moves when walking in it. TV in room had no remote and did not work.

- Cyndi (10/5): Great visit with my family and Hot Springs in general. - Clean and safe. As 2 senior females we felt safer here then in most Hotels we stay in. We have all intention to return frequently. We had absolutely no complaints.
